Lleve mi fixie para que me arreglara diversas cosas. Me la recibió inmediatamente aunque anda con mucho trabajo pero el servicio fue excelente. Muy recomendable.

Mala atención, dueño pasota, pocas ganas de vender, local sucio desordenado. Voy con la intención de ir a por una bici desde la otra punta Barcelona con la pasta en mano y me dice que no la tiene cuando estoy en la tienda. No volver jamas.

Una tienda genial si estás buscando una bici chula. Les compramos una fixie 6KU (modelo Beach Bum) y, aunque el envío tardó unos pocos días porque no la tenían en stock, nos llegó en perfectas condiciones y muy bien embalada, por cierto. La bici ya está rodando y va de maravilla. Gracias.

Gran lugar. Necesitaba una bicicleta para triatlón y Sergio fue de gran ayuda. Definitivamente lo recomendaría

I’m Bikes - Bike Rental review

This review is going to focus on the bike rental from I’m Bikes. I rented from Sergio in January of 2023. I rented a well used single speed bike-share style bike. I named her Sarafina. If I could fine tune my rating it would be a 3.75/5. My personal experience was a 5/5 but I am pretty relaxed about riding a ‘beater’ bike.

I really liked my experience with Sergio (the owner I believe) and renting from I’m Bikes. It wasn’t perfect, but neither am I. I would agree with many of the other bike rental reviews about I’m Bikes. The commuter bikes are quite beat-up, there aren’t a lot of them, they might not come with bells or lights, and I wasn’t offered a helmet.

That said, I loved my experience renting from Sergio. He was a bit gruff at first but warmed up very quickly. It’s worth giving him a smile and a minute or two. He offered me a bike which I test drove. It wasn’t in great shape so I ask to try another. Sergio offered me an alternative which was better, and after two test drives and an equal number of seat height adjustments I was off with a decent bike that I wasn’t worried about being stolen (Sarafina was beautiful to me, but probably not worth stealing).

I got a great price on full day and part day rentals, I was provided with a lock, and Sergio was great about me changing my return times on the fly (I’m not suggesting this is guaranteed). His English was very good in person and he was also great on the phone, saving me a trip back to the shop. He was true to his shop hours and true to his word regarding his quotes, which were more than fair. I can truly say I liked the guy. If you’d like to support a small local shop and you’re ok with good and not fancy, then I’m Bikes and Sergio will suit your needs. Just please be kind and remember that dealing with tourists can’t be easy. Thank you Sergio.

Here is my hope for Sergio: I believe that the tough times are behind us and the tourists are coming back and many people will want bike rentals. I hope Sergio can invest some time and money into his rental fleet, buy some bells and lights, and get the bikes into better shape so everyone has a safe and enjoyable time cruising the streets of this beautiful city. I think both he and his customers will benefit. I also think quick release seat post clamps would be a worthwhile investment as it will get customers on their way quicker and improve their experience.

I can recommend this place, we rented two well assembled and running fixie bikes and it was great value for money and a quick rent. Just be a bit relaxed with the owner, he seems to be working the rental and the assembly of the shop purchases by himself. In the end, you want a proper bike for exploring the city, and this is what you will be getting. I will be renting bikes from Sergio again and probably buy one of his fixies online soon.

This place was amazing! Small little place but had super dope single-speed townies to rip around town all day on. Great way to experience Barcelona, highly recommend.

Fui por un cambio de rueda (buje, radios) y el solucionó mi piñón fijo en 5 minutos

Don't go for the cheaper city bikes. These are of the same type as those provided by rental schemes which in itself is not a problem. But the brakes were not well maintained and are far too loose, and the bike in general feels tired and shaky. There wasn't much attention paid to make sure we had a good fit.

The owner told us to come at 10am as bikes were gone after the morning which, judging from when we returned, wasn't very accurate.

I don't want to give small businesses a hard time unnecessarily, but just would have appreciated it if they put some more care and attention into the maintenance of the bikes.

Worst bike shop i ever knew, worst communication i ever had with a bike shop, always glorifying their „10 years experience“ on bike industry. These are some photos of the bar they sent me. You guys can rate their work yourself.

Compre una Csepel, me fue bastante pequeño y el dueño me lo cambio por otro sin ningún problema. Atención de 10 por parte de Sergio.

€10/10hrs rental bikes! C'mon you cannot beat that! This place may not be glossy or hipster but will get you a bike and helmet to get you around the city. Owner was friendly and bikes where in decent condition.
The only thing missing on the bike was a bell. Biking in Barcelona is easy and safe. Just keep an eye on the somewhat weird left turns that sometimes crosses the bike paths.

I ordered a bike via their online store Imfixies, and a week later I had to contact them to find out what happened to my order, as I got zero feedback. This is apparently their idea of ‘exellent’ customer service…. Wait until the customer contact them, and they’ll send you an update. Long story short, I received the bike a month later, not that Imbikes would know, as they never bothered to check. Sergio, the owner did ask me to mention that he replied to my WhatsApp at 9: 30pm at night, so I am doing it now. I also improved the rating from 1 star to 3 stars after receiving countless messages to do so. All the best to Sergio and Imbikes, may they keep giving ‘excellent’ customer service in the future.

Súper! Alquilé una bici de paseo con Imbikes y todo salió muy bien: excelente atención, la bici en buen estado, incluso fui hasta el Montjuic. Es una gran experiencia recorrer Barcelona en bici:)

Excelente opción para conocer Barcelona. La ciudad es perfecta para recorrerla en bicicleta. Las bicicletas ImBikes estaban en perfecto estado y la atención fue muy excelente

Entregue una bici un jueves para repaso y cambiar un radio, la voy a recoger el martes siguiente y dicen que no la pueden entregar porque no aguanta el aire el tubles, que hasta el miercoles que vuelve el mecanico nada. Llamo el Jueves y que no era este miercoles, que era el siguiente. Me la he llevado pinchada. Sin ningun abono de trabajo hecho a medias. No pedi prioridad ninguna, solo pregunte cuando estaria.
Mejor probar otro sitio.

Todas las veces que he ido a buscar algo he salido con lo que necesitaba y si no lo tienen en stock te lo traen muy rápido!

No dicen que tienen pocas bicis para alquilar. Perdemos tiempo para llegar aqui -dijo que solo hay dos bici. No recomiendo

Un desastre.compré a través de su página web 5 productos. 10 días después me llega el pedido: faltaba uno producto y dos, no eran lo que yo había pedido.llamo para avisar, me mandan a buscar el pedido.pasan a buscarlo a la tarde y me dicen que al dia siguiente estaría en el local.esto fue un jueves.el sabado todavia no había llegado el pedido.lunes a la tarde tampoco.y viendo la pasividad de ellos (sergio?) tuve que ser yo el que se encargara de localizar el paquete, yendo hasta sant boi a la oficina de correos express.al final apareció, me cancelaron la compra y recibí el reembolso pero ni una disculpa por las molestias y sobre todo por el tiempo perdido.
No entiendo para qué ofrecen productos que no pueden conseguir? Para que se lian?

Tienen un servicio postventa pésimo!
Venden rápido, pero no se preocupan de la garantía ni de responder por aquello que venden en su tienda.
Y por mas que me quejé en la compra de una bici, nunca atendieron mis peticiones.
Un ejemplo del tipo de empresa que es, mirad cuantas veces ha puntuado un tal "Sergio Carasa" Aver si adivináis quien es.

Hace más de 6 años que soy cliente de esta tienda y el servicio siempre ha sido excelente. He comprado piezas y también he reparado mi bicicleta muchas veces siempre estado contento con el resultado y el precio

Muy buena comunicación y eficaces, tuve un problema a la hora de recibir el pedido que vino roto a cuenta de correos express y sin dudarlo me dieron muy buenas soluciones, ahora tengo la bici y todos los complementos perfectamente. Recomendado 10 de 10.

Ponen 0 ganas para trabajar, el local es un 25% un vertedero, y el material que emplean es de baja calidad, y no solo por que haya probado sino que tienen cámaras de rueda, frenos y otro tipo de material sin su embalaje / precinto, es decir te lo entregan en mano como quien te da una limosna.

Fui cliente para ellos durante unos años hasta que me di cuenta de que trabajan con los materiales más baratos y más pobres que existen en el mercado, a veces incluso cosas "recicladas" por otras bicicletas. Si necesitas reparar un neumático está bien, pero si buscas calidad verdadera, cambia el taller.

He ido hoy a cambiar la rueda de mi patinete y han sido rápidos, eficientes y super amables. Lo recomiendo 100%!
