A month ago this company was under requirement process for IT where they pitched me. After all the serious of interviews finally they came to a point to release an offer for me. For the day it’s been 25 days long I have to contact the HR plenty times then once in the mood she replies that the director is so busy and she didn’t find time to see it seems. They kept my case pending for almost a month the director should feel shamed that she could not spend 5 mins to sign the contract. I tried reaching them many times and they informed the job is kept on hold which was not a fair answer after all the process were said and done they informed writing in email that thy will release the contract. I just inform to whomever going down recuritment process with this firm should always stay alert from this scam and must do more research on this company. Every month a manager or employee leaves the company. U will work as a slave for the minimum salary. Changes all the time. You must take the control of the project, your manager will be really occuped. Scrum is for you, here they use they'r own system aka Work madafaka. Closed mind for new technologies, and practices. They use a lot of interns to avoid to pay a profesional or senior, you will become a senior instantly if they have a new project and nobody knows the technology, avoid the contact with HR they are so stresed, will cry and scream if they need.
