Not a good experience.. Sat downstairs with steak fumes coming from the a/c, waited 20 minutes to order drinks and meal, waited another 30 minutes for drinks to arrive..Food was okay but the service was terrible.. order came in short, they forgot to bring a steak dish, we made a rezervation at 22:00 and the band playing finished at 23:00… Prices was high for the quqlity of the food and for the place. I do not go back and not recommend.

Nos instalamos en el sótano para comer. Aparte de la música en vivo, la ambientación es pésima porque en realidad es un lugar que se convierte en discoteca a partir de medianoche. Nada que ver con el ambiente del restaurante de la planta baja. Simplemente nos sentimos engañados. El bar del sótano no está decorado con cajas de Coca-Cola vacías ni con la botella de detergente para limpiar las mesas.
Experiencia decepcionante.

El servicio súper atento y agradable desde el minuto 0. El local es precioso, la comida increíble y la afterparty con buena música y buen ambiente:)

Fui allí, la mitad del menú no estaba disponible… solo sashimi por 95 € nos cobran más de lo que estaba escrito en el menú, cuando le pregunté al camarero solo me dijo que lo cambiaron sin avisarnos, después de decir eso, Fue a sus universidades para charlar sobre nosotros, nos estaban mirando, lo que es realmente poco profesional, el servicio fue súper lento y nos pidieron que nos levantáramos de la mesa.

What a place
Fun interiors, different dine areas - we opted for Live Jazz and it made our evening. Good song selection.
Food was delicious, kitchen accommodated our request to make a steak half well done half blue and let’s mention croquettes and brioches were spectacular
Top of the level service, starting with gorgeous and polite hostess and ending with our waiter. If we could, we’d stay to enjoy the club too thanks to him!
Absolutely coming back, and high recommendation to the espresso martinis

The service was great. Food was spaced out perfectly. The decor is amazing- just wait til you see the peacock bathroom!

It was disappointing…The service, food, and atmosphere was saddening. I was very excited to try out this place but was ultimately left with a bad after taste. They didn’t have two of the fish I wanted (one of them being the catch of the day). I paid extra for the fries, which you couldn’t even taste the truffle and they were soggy and bland. The lamb only had a flavor because of the sauce, and was slimy and fatty. Complications with the service and she was very neglectfully of my table. Seafood pasta wasn’t even seafood and was just pasta and tomato sauce. My food was fine. Took about 30 minutes to get a manager to talk to us and didn’t even take anything off the bill and fought us and told us we were wrong. Told him we didn’t want a desert and wanted to leave. Waited another 30 minutes and he came out with a desert. We left and didn’t eat a bite. Would not recommend, don’t waste your time here.

Great food and cocktails and amazing ambience! Went there on a Saturday and the music was very good! Staff was lovely too

Habitué des restaurants festifs dans les Alpes-Maritimes, le "Jacqueline" est le lieux à faire à Barcelone, très bon restaurant, et très bonne clientèle, l'ambiance festive au fil de la nuit avec sa musique vous fera passer une très bonne soirée sur Barcelone

Avoid, would not recommend or ever go back, not worth the hype at all. First, 3 out of the 5 mains of the menu were finished on a Friday night which already speaks volume
about the lack of organization and planning in this establishment. We found this out after we waited for 50 minutes to place our dinner order. Which was after every person on the table had to keep reminding the waitress about their drink. The waitress herself as well as the staff in general was rude and unorganized. They rarely cleaned the table of empty glasses and other plates. If I could turn back time and not go there, I would because the experience was purely ridiculous.

Me encanta este lugar! Comida riquísima, lugar espectacular y servicio excelente. Definitivamente the place to be en Barcelona?

Ottima location in stile liberty nel cuore di Barcelona. Un ristorante ideale per un’esperienza diversa rispetto alle classiche mete turistiche.
Cibo ottimo con selezioni dello chef particolarmente creative ma semplici nel complesso.
Prezzi leggermente sopra la media, ma si paga il giusto per qualità della materia prima e del servizio.
A proposito di quest ultimo aspetto, un plauso particolare ad Enric che ha saputo consigliarci in modo esemplare e con partecipazione.
Da provare assolutamente.

This was a nice place to spent a night in Barcelona. Lovely interior, everything was curated. The food was ok but a bit overpriced for what they offered. The menu had variety but actually not so many options to choose cuz the waiter said 3 of the dishes we asked was immpossible to be served.so we ate smth just because we had to, not what we actually wanted. The live music was good.

I loved it from the moment you walk in, you feel the elegance, the attention is very good, I recommend the quality food and the cozy atmosphere I will return without a doubt️

Podria ter sido una experincia buena, se mi mesa no estivesse delante de la mesa del director, lo que mi echo no poder disfrutar del sitio. En mi vida en un restaurante elegante, jamas presenciado tal cena, lo director hablando con su camarero en su mesa, lle humillando con un tono de prepotencia y su cara (perdona la palabra, pero mi dado asco). Vivo en Suiza, ya visitado vários paises, lugares elegantes y jamas en mi vida presenciado tanta humillacion con un funcionario. No estoy acostumbrada y no mi siento bien, mirando una cena asi. En la vida hay otras manera de tratar las personas, y sientia pena del pobre camarero. Y hacer una cena asi delante de los clientes es una vergonza, pero por un lado esta bien.no vuelvere neste lugar.
El camarero que mi atendido el Sergio dejo 5 estrelas p ello.super simpatico y atencioso, por ell lo Jaqueline tendria todas las estrelas.
Los coqueteles muy buenos y los barmanes geniales.
La comida abajo de lo normal, pelo precio que cobran.mi decepccionado mucho, esperaba bien mas, en apresentacion y sabor.
Enfin no vuelvere, pelo que presenciado. Y un consejo para el director, eres joven, pero tiene que aprender a respectar las personas, por ser un director tu no eres mejor que nadie.

I never, ever leave reviews but this experience was just a travesty.
My partner booked us a dinner in Jacqueline Barcelona. We were excited as their instagram page and the reviews here make you think it would be a great night.
What a disappointing night this was instead. I ordered the scallops, which were most probably the smallest, tasteless and undercooked scallops I have ever tried.
When the waiter came to ask me how is everything I said, "well the scallops are undercooked and they can't be removed easily from the shell. "
He just smiled and turned around.:)
They keep reminding you that you need to leave after 1: 45 hours. I was still chewing my main course when another waiter came to give me the options for desert.
The ambience is tacky and reeks of nouveau riche.
We even left 30 min earlier because it was so underwhelming that we wanted to continue the evening elsewhere.

Who ever manages this place should really make sure that they train their chefs, train their staff and learn some basic hospitality.
I love spending money on exclusive dinners, but this was offensively expensive for what you get. I am wondering how long this place will last. Best of luck.

1. Com és possible que si encara no han obert ja tingui ressenyes de 5 estrelles? Impossible creure la seva veracitat.
2. Encara no han obert i ja molesten als veïns. Anem bé.

It will be a reference for the city of Barcelona for sure! Best yet to come! Looking forward to it!

I know this place isn’t open yet, but I have the luck to get a sneak peek… I just have one word: WOW!
I cant wait for the opening!
