This little diamond was my favourite bar in Barcelona. The atmosphere is great and the music even greater. We were lucky to drink our excellent cocktails while listening to a swing duet. Amazing pianist and saxophonist! The bar has something of a speakeasy vibe. Get a house-cocktail recommendation from the barman and you won't be disappointed (I think they were called Micheladas and they had the perfect amount of Tabasco!) This guy knows his alcohol, his music and he manages to serve the whole place on his own like a magician!

Bad treatment to costumers, called us idiots and was very disrespectful. Told us to be quiet when we were not talking that loud (considering we were in a bar). And then all of a sudden tossed the paper from the coasters at our faces just because some not intentionally got over the bar. (Playing with the wet coaster created those little papers and I must admit it is not nice to have it around but it was not a mess and it wasn't a destructive behaviour but rather a result of obsessively have to do something with my hands) But he didn't bother to ask what happened or gentility ask us to be more careful, instead just called us idiots and throw the paper to us. To be honest felt we were treated different because we were talking English, but turns out I do understand Spanish. The bar seemed very nice and with good atmosphere, just the bartender was very disrespectful and doesn't know how to threat costumers (or at least new ones)

Charming jazz bar that make the best gin and tonics in Barcelona! Great for drinks with friends, even better for date night.

La verdad fui dos veces, la segunda vez fui el jueves pasado porque nos invitaron Los mismos clientes. Pero de no ser por el dueño me hubiese encantado. Ha gritado en medio del concierto diciendo que nos callemos por que no escuchaba. Había bastante gente y todo el mu do hasta la propia banda sintió una incomodidad y mal gusto, que luego la noche cambio a peor. Jamás me ha pasado esto en ningún bar, y luego otra persona amiga del dueño volvió a decir que nos callemos cndo no siquiera hablábamos por loq había dicho el dueño anteriormente. Creo que el no vive de la banda sino de los clientes que van y consumen. Y ha sido horrible el trato. No volveré jamás y obviamente no recomiendo que aquí te la puedas pasar bien cn gente tan poco tolerable.

Just back from wonderful hour and a half at Jazzman. Stepped into a packed little club that could have been in the Village of thirty years ago, so odd to find in a non descript bit of this long Barcelona street.
The trio clearly have played together often, very comfortable with each other and the audience, great vibe. Huge selection of drinks, top class bartender. Hope to return often.

A cozy experience of intimate, professional jazz. Definitely recommend! Go on Mondays or Thursdays at 21: 50 to get seats for the show of 22: 00.

Yo he ido un lunes, una pasada!
Ambiente tranquilo y relajado, música en directo y un trato estupendo.
Mientras el grupo toca hay una camarera amabilísima que te atiende mientras estas sentado para no tenerte que levantar.
Una gran variedad de bebidas y, si te gusta el whiskey, sirven un buen vaso.
Para repetir seguro.
Si no has ido es una experiencia que vale la pena vivir.
El día en que fui el espectáculo acabó un poco antes de las doce, justo para coger el metro!

Crec que va haver un error en la ressenya de l'altre dia, no vaig ser conscient que us donava una estrella, el local, la música i l'ambient molt bo, com sempre. Always Jazz!

Lugar a visitar en pleno centro de l’exaimple. Jueves concierto, precios correctos y ambiente distendido. Tertulianos de jazz disponibles según apetencia. Recomendable!

Thank you Jazzman for the great music the night before leaving Barcelona. Cozy place. Stay because of the music - diversified audience from elderly to young couples to locals who are enjoying themselves.

JazzMan is the place to be for late night jazz. Barcelona has much to offer after midnight but I always gravitate towards this little bar that almost feels like a little cigar box. Barkeepers are very cool.

Un bar con un ambiente relajado y excelente música. A veces tienen músicos en vivo, pero hay que buscar cuándo en la página. Sus cócteles son increíbles.

Discreto, agradable y recogido. Música jazz, obviamente, perfecto para desconectar en pareja aunque arriba tienen una planta con algunas mesas y bancos para grupos. Tienes que pedir si o si una bolsa de patatas Torres! Están buenísimas!

Buena cerveza, increíble música. Local pequeño. Los lunes y los jueves hay música en directo. Vale la pena ir.

Después de esperar 20 minutos para ser atendidos, el camarero muy prepotente nos atendió fatal al preguntarle qué podríamos tomar con ron negro. Nos dice que miremos la carta y le decimos que la única opción es mojito a lo q nos contesta que el mojito no se hace con ron negro contradiciendo su propia carta y se va a atender a otros.

Tiny and cosy place. Really good live music. Nice environment. Ideal to go in a small group. It is a quite place. You should not expect to be able to talk to much when there is live music. The barman is nice and there are a lot of cocktails.

Great chill jazz bar, went quite early after dinner for a drink upstairs. Photos of jazz legends all around us, reasonable drink prices also!
