Excelente servicio. Alquilé uno por 10 horas y vi mucho durante esas 10 horas. Fue genial ver Barcelona.

¡Fabuloso día en Barcelona! Gracias lucas! Lucas nos ayudó a ordenar todo con 2 scooters eléctricos. Era la primera vez para los dos. Nos recibió fuera de nuestro hotel y nos dio una orientación muy detallada. Respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y no hubo prisa. El equipo estaba en excelentes condiciones. ¡¡Incluso corrió a mi lado durante los primeros metros mientras lo probaba! Salimos de su tienda sobre las 13h y recorrimos Barcelona hasta las 19h. ¡¡Fue fabuloso! Tanto mi esposo como yo recomendamos esta actividad y recomendamos los tutoriales de Lucas.

Alquilé 2 scooters eléctricos el primer día y un scooter de 125 cc el segundo día. Un italiano muy agradable que también puede hablar algunas palabras en holandés. Explicación clara. Precios claros. Todo salió bien y rápido y apenas se miraron los rasguños o daños. Entras y, si tienes un documento de identidad y una tarjeta de crédito, puedes conducir por Barcelona en un paso o scooter en 5 minutos. ¡Totalmente superior y el próximo año seguro!

La experiencia fue increíble. El gerente multilingüe, Lucas, hace todo lo posible y más allá para asegurarse de que tenga el mejor y más seguro viaje. Alquilé 2 bicicletas eléctricas con mi hijo y nos ofrecieron mucha flexibilidad con el tiempo. La primera vez que monté en bicicleta eléctrica y fue genial. De la Catedral al parque Güell, a la Sagrada Familia, a nadar en la Barceloneta. Las bicicletas estaban en muy buen estado (la mía era nueva). Volví al día siguiente con 4 compañeros de waterpolo de mi hijo y sin mucho tiempo. Lucas tenía las motos listas, me las regaló y las actualizó, y mucho más.
Volveré seguro!

Avui ens ha atès en Flavio. ENCANTADOR! Ha sigut molt amable, atent i considerat amb nosaltres ja que era el primer cop que probàvem un TÀNDEM. Una experiència brutal! Repetirem segur amb alguna altre activitat que ofereixen. Tenen moltes possibilitats i totes elles, molt interessants. RECOMANADÍSSIM!

Aujourd’hui nous avons louer 2 trottinettes électrique c’était vraiment parfait pour se balader dans Barcelone.
Le propriétaire et vraiment très gentil, arrangeant et professionnel Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermer.

Wenn ich Barcelona wieder besuchen werde, leihe ich mir wieder ein Fahrrad von hier.
Service 5 Sterne, war etwas zu beanstanden wurde es umgehenst behoben.
Das allerbeste war Lucas der Shopbesitzer.

El chico de la tienda es muy amable y simpático.
Es muy profesional ya que sabe aconsejar que es lo mejor segun tu necesidad.

Totalmente recomendable si quieres ver la ciudad a tu aire y si cansarte. Recomiendo la fatbike eléctrica. Con su rueda de 20" callejera muy bien y gracias al su grosor es ideal para ir a Montjuic o a la playa. Luca es muy amable y servicial. Te explica todo de primera y te da consejos para visitar los mejores sitios.

Allowed to book and pay for bike hire with tour, only to be told when we got to the shop that they had no tour guide.discussing, party of 7 we walked 30 mins to get there and waited a meeting point for 30 mins.
They then took 3 days to refund my money.
Don't book online!

This place is the best! The man that helped us (we don’t know his name but he’s from Chile) is the nicest person. We had such a laugh and great service. We actually forgot to
hand in our keys and he came all the way to our hostel to recollect them. We felt super bad, but he was so kind. Would 1000% recommend this place!

Very friendly and good service. Very helpfull owner. We rent the eletric steps and discoverd a lot of the city center and all of the boulevard. It was very nice. The price is good to rent. This was a good option to do to discover the city.

Super friendly service, any request or question is taken to heart. When the saddles of our bikes were stolen on the last day, we even got offered some extra time with the bikes for free. Definitely coming back again!

Nice people who explain it clearly, all in all its quite cheap (we hired the nanobot or smth for 15 an hour) and its amazingly fun to ride around on one of those scooters, 100% recommend it's great

I found this service very friendly and I got a warm feeling about it. The scooters were very fun and they have a wide range of vehicles with reasonable prices. Their opening and closing time suited me so I would highly recommend this rental place for a tour of barcelona

We had a great experience with the staff and their rental gear. First time we went there we hired 2 electric steps for 2 hours. The whole registration was super easy and quick. If you want to see a lot of Barcelona within a short amount of time then electric steps are the way! No experience needed what so ever. We had so much fun we went for a second time with their 2 for 1 coupon they give you after your first rental. This time we went for 3 hours, half the price and saw almost all of Barcelona. It's cheap, easy and so much fun.:)

What a fantastic place. Staff (Luca) couldn't do enough for me and my two kids on the electric bikes. Highly recommend you go here if looking to hire a bike, scooter or similar.

Un día frió para ir en patinetes, pero el chico Italiano que nos atendió hizo todo lo posible para que disfrutáramos de nuestro tour a la sagrada familia.

I have visited Barcelona many times and rented bikes many time too. JetScoot is by far the best; excellent support and cheerful and helpful service. Bikes were great, in good mechanical order and clearly maintained well. Very reasonable prices which makes it possible to have several days of cycling if you are staying for a few more days than we were. Will certainly seek this bike rental place when I am next in Barcelona.

Una tienda completísima, amplia gama de productos y trato muy agradable por parte de los empleados, muy buena experiencia.

Hace poco fuimos con mi pareja a alquilar un patinete eléctrico (que parece que están de moda) y nos atendió un chico joven que tenía pinta de ruso. Le pedimos si se podían alquilar 2 patinetes eléctricos y nos comentó que tenían todos en reparación en el taller y que no nos podía alquilar ninguno. (en la tienda había varios patinetes eléctricos y no parecían estar en el taller.). No volveremos a este sitio. Será que tienes que parecer un turista para que te alquilen algún medio de transporte.
