Tuvimos un maravilloso recorrido por Montserrat.
Nuestra guía fue Carolyn, fue muy amable y estaba bien informada.

No quedé muy satisfecho con la visita realizada a Monserrat. Por alguna causa ajena a mi, llegamos más tarde de lo esperado. Eso ocasionó que el tiempo libre (indicado en la agencia como de 2 horas) fuera de menos de 1 hora. La guía que nos tocó excelente, pero no llega a compensar la logística y organización del tiempo por la demora en salir. Mucha gente? Si. Pero considerando que solo había una persona recibiendo a la hora estipulada, eso ocasionó la demora de salida. Luego se sumó otra, pero no fue suficiente.

Y voy a hacer un agregado (ya habiendo pasado un par de meses de esta visita), en base a la respuesta dada a mi comentario por Julia Travel.
El trayecto a Monserrat no tuvo inconvenientes de tráfico, simplemente llegamos tarde (y no hicimos uso del trencito para subir). La causa del arribo tardío no fue por "causas ajenas a la empresa contratada", sino por su responsabilidad en la gestión de recepción de las personas (las cuales en su totalidad estaban presentes a la hora indicada).
Por otra parte, el tiempo libre del tour fue explicado por quien nos vendiera el mismo en ese mismo lugar en dos horas, sin condicionamientos. Por lo tanto no es aceptable la excusa de que ahora el tiempo libre es una hora.
Realmente me ha disgustado la respuesta dada por la empresa a mi primer comentario, especialmente lo de la puntualización y lo de las causas ajenas a ellos. Por tal causa reitero mi opinión original en su totalidad. Este es un tour caro, en el que se deben respetar los horarios, o ser más claros al momento de venderlos.

Tomamos desde aqui el tour a Montserrat con mi familia, somos 3, marido y bebe de un año y medio!
El viaje desde Barcelona hasta Montserrat fue super cómodo, el bus era nuevo y estaba impecable, en el camino un guía muy simpático nos fue contando la historia de Montserrat para que vayamos entrando en tema.
Una vez en la montaña, la guía Jessica nos hizo conocer el pequeño poblado y recorrer sus calles. Jessica una divina total! Tan simpatice y con tanta buena onda. Fue super amable, paciente y respondió todas las consultas, también nos obsequio una medallista de la Virgen de Montserrat muy hermosa.
A la vuelta tomamos la cremallera y anduvimos por la montaña entre las nubes. Fue hermoooooso!
Super recomiendo! Sobre todo porque no tienes que preocuparte por nada ya que el tour se ocupa de todo.
Repetiria por supuesto!

They provide wrong address if you book online. Terrible customer service! We waited at the address provided then we ended up missing the tour. We called right away and explained, they refused to pick us up or reschedule or refund! They refused to take responsibility for emailing a pick up wrong address. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Be aware!

Our hotel sent us there to organize a day trip and they were not very helpful at all, this was the bus terminal branch.

Nous nous sommes trompés d'entrée au parc GUELL à BARCELONE et de ce fait sommes arrivés en retard au point de rdv.
130 € payés pour 5 personnes et l'agence n'a pas voulu nous laisser entrer ni nous rembourser, le personnel du parc n'a pas voulu nous laisser renter non plus, on a du repayer les entrées.
C'est honteux, la première fois que l'on voit ça!

Otrzymałem z partnerką na wycieczkę niedziałające/nieważne bilety do ParkuAventura i Ferrari Land, 2h zajęło wyjaśnianie sytuacji, dzwonienie na infolinie itd. Nie polecam, nigdy więcej nie skorzystam.

My partner and I received invalid ParkAventura and Ferrari Land tickets. It took 2 hours to explain the situation, a few calls to the helpline, etc. I do not recommend it, I will never use it again

I participated two tours in Julia Travel, Girona and Montserrat, and both of my tour guide is Mary (her English name). She is an rich experienced and knowledgeable tour guide, very reasonable and careful. I had a very good time in Barcelona ️

I did 2 tours with Julia Travel, for Montserrat and Costa Brava (6 & 7 September 2022). I booked both tours at my hotel. The prices are very reasonable. Both tours were half day, 5.5 hrs and 9 hrs. Very well organised and punctual and the guides are very knowledgeable on local historical facts and information and very friendly and helpful. The coaches are very modern and good air conditioning and very comfortable. Even as a half day tour, for instance Costa Brava, there was plenty of free time to explore the Roman walls and local streets.

Terrible experience for the Familia Sagrada “skip the line” tour. Find another tour company or brave the standard line, it didn’t look too bad when were there in mid July. There were 30+ people in our group so it was hard to follow. The tour was in both English and Spanish. At first we enjoyed hearing both languages but we quickly realized this meant standing in one place for a very long time while the tour guide spent 95% of the time talking in Spanish with just a few words in English. We had to wait outside 15 minutes due to some issue between the Familia and Julia travel…. 15 minutes is no big deal if you are waiting in line for tickets but not acceptable when you paid to skip the line. We bailed on the tour after getting about 15 minutes into the church.

We took tour from Madrid portugal and spain the tourist guide phelipe was not good at all always speak spanish and we had time communicating simple things always humiliated saying english speakers: (I wouldnot recommend this tour for english speakers there are many other tours you will find except for that part rest tour booking hotels and attractions was pretty good second part spain was very nice guide carmen was very nice and humble and give us proper guidance thanks to her:) two stars are for her

This was a good tour of Montserrat and Sylvia (with Jonathan) our guide shared a lot of detailed and interesting information during the guided tour and on the coach.

Unfortunately the coach left Barcelona 10-15 minutes late for some reason which meant that the trip was a bit shorter.

The audio quality with the Bluetooth personal devices was acceptable but slightly crackly at times and the volume level changed if the guide turned their head while speaking since the microphone was now a a different distance from their mouth.

The little present at the end of the trip was a nice touch.

I took the PortAventura & Ferrariland tour they offer. Everything was as expected. Clean and well airconditioned bus and very friendly staff and chauffeur.

9: 30 am tour left at 10: 18 am with no explanation. Tour guides were disorganized and seemed frazzled. The tour itself felt rushed, but I was able to visit the basilica and do the free liquor tasting. When I went to redeem my ticket to view the Espai Audiovisual, the next English presentation wouldn't be for another 20 minutes, which was too close to our meeting time to return to Barcelona.

We had a tour of the segrada familia with guide Raul, he was very friendly and helpful and was extremely informative and even though it rained throughout the tour he made it enjoyable and I would highly recommend the tour. We will definitely take the same tour next time we come to Barcelona.

I went on a tour in Park Guell and Sagrada Familia. Raul, the guide, gave helpful and interesting information. He was kind and patient. Everything went smoothly, woukd definitely book with Julia Travel again.

Scam alert - Julia Travel. Buyer Beware.

Julia travel are responsible for ruining my Barcelona holiday. Avoid using them at all costs.
I purchased tickets for the Barcelona stadium tour, and Julia travel refused to email me the tickets. They advised I had to collect the tickets in person, however, the tickets were purchased online at 16: 45 and their office closed at 17: 00. I told them its literally impossible for me to travel to their office in 15 minutes before closing. They said I can get the tickets the next day, but this was no use as my flights home were the following afternoon. Thus, the next day I got a taxi to their office and a member of staff who was all smiles and very nice said " no problem I completely understand, i will leave a note on file and rest assured you will get a refund of 72 euro". I then arrive home back in Ireland, and two days later I follow-up only to be told I'm not getting a refund. In short, Julia travel are aware it was not possible for me to go on the tour, I made them aware of this immediately. They then lied about a refund, and only told me it was denied after I arrive back home.

My advice to other travelers: I used many tour operators before, and I don't like leaving negative reviews but I can honestly say Julia travel has been the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I hope this review helps others avoid this company. Even if I don't get a refund, I'm happy if I can help others avoid this company.

I went with JuliaTravel to Montserrat this morning. The tour director, Gabi, was very ingormative, knowledgeable snd a treasure for your organization.
The bus was very clean and the driver top notch. I highly recommend Julia Travel.

Highly recommended. I've visited Park guell yesterday 02/02/22 and it was very nice and also the tour guide it was knowledgeable and very friendly as well.his name is Raul Perez if ever you visit Barcelona don't hesitate to book your tours here and you will never regret.

La guía que tuvimos SILVIA fue fantástica muy profesional, disfrutando lo que explicaba y haciendo disfrutar a los que estábamos allí, con una guía así vale mucho más la pena la visita, que ya de por sí es interesanrisima

Pésimo servicio, compre un tour para mis padres y para mí por una aplicación, te dan las indicaciones, que esperar y como llegar. El día del tour llegue a la dirección que decía y al llamar resultó que era la dirección incorrecta, tuve que movilizarme 20 min más a la estación norte de buses para mi punto de partida. Al hacerles el señalamiento ellas me dijeron que ya sabían y que la página tenía una dirección incorrecta, pero no hicieron nada para corregir eso.

Agradables los tours en su recorrido y explicación a Montserrat, Gerona y Figueras, además a un precio accesible. Un pero, es que no siempre partieron a la hora estipulada.

Atendimento ruim. Desatenciosos. Tivemos um problema com bilhetes para o Camp Nou e não nos deram atenção necessária para resolução da situação. Fomos obrigados a comprar novos ingressos. Não recomendo.

Did the half day (morning) of montserrat. The guide was very knowledgable and kept us entertained. The bus was new and clean. The only thing I did not like was we shared the bus with another tour and on the return trip, the other tour used the loud speaker instead of mic/earphones. This made it hard to listen to my tour guide.

Exelente lugar atención de 10.hermosas son las excursiones muy dinámicas recomiendo en Barcelona Park Güel, la excursión Girona, Figueras Museo teatro Dalí, la Sagrada Familiay el City tour es muy completo tiene 2 rutas y recorres TODO gracias por todo la pase muy lindo

Guia é horrível sai correndo esqueceu 9 turistas para traz qdo chega em um ponto a ser explicado não espera as pessoas se aproximarem e sai falando e tão rápido impossível entender, foi péssimo ter contratado este tour guiado já que não tivemos nada de informações seria melhor ter vindo sem o auxílio da empresa por transporte público nao recomendo

It was a bit confusing locating the shop as there were multiple outlets and the tickets purchased could be delivered from only one of them inspite of the shops being in the same city. A bit confusing for tourists.

I bought my Portaventura trip with then. And I brought my son and his friends togheter. Very satisfy. Fair prices. Good options for differents trips.

We bought tickets for Camp Nou and we tried using them for more than 3 days and every time we got turned down because they weren’t open, game day, and the day before a game also you cannot use the tickets. When we called to see if we can have our money back due to the fact that they sold tickets we couldn’t use they said that wasn’t their problem. Unfortunately this company is very rude and will sell you tickets that are not good. Watch out before you purchase tickets from them. I will never again purchase anything from this company.

Agenzia vergognosa. Prenotiamo on line visita guidata della Sagrada familia in spagnolo. Mandano mail di conferma. Poi mandano ulteriore mail scusandoci perché non vi era più disponibilità in spagnolo e proponendo tour in inglese che noi accettiamo per le ore 13 dell'ultimo giorno della nostra permanenza a Barcellona. Al momento dell'appuntamento ci dicono che al tour poteva partecipare solo una persona perché dell'altra non vi era traccia (pur essendosi presa la quota per 2 persone). Risultato: uno dei due è entrato, l'altro non potrà vedere la Sagrada familia. Non sappiamo ancora come recuperare la somma che si sono presi per due persone pur non avendo fatto entrare entrambi. Semplicemente VERGOGNOSO!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Complete scam! Booked online on wednesday. Tour was for Sunday. We planned our whole day around seeing sagratta Familia. Took a taxi there. My mother and I show up and they turn us down saying they dont have our reservation. They also turned down 6 other people as well. We had our confirmation of our payment and our tickets with us. They said there was nothing they could do. We asked to speak to a manager and there was no manager there. They didn't even care or show any sympathy. Just told us we couldn't go on the tour even though we paid. Worst company ever. There name was on our tickets we purchased and everything but tried to put the blame elsewhere. 0 out of 10. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BIG SCAM!

Horrible, después de llegar no nos han dejado entrar aún llevamos casi una hora esperando. Nos ha costado mucho hablar con atención al cliente, finalmente Laila está intentando arreglar nuestra situación. Francamente vergonzoso llevamos casi una hora viendo las atracciones desde la puerta.

Took a morning tour to Montserrat. The guide, Xavier was very informative and helpful. Had enough free time to visit the important places. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our day!

Paid for the Sagrada Familia guided tour including the tower but guide wasn’t able to do the tower guide due to windy weather
We asked for refund but it turns out they didn't pay for a full ticket to visit tower, this is fraud
We and many others were told to go and was nothing to do with them.

Fuimos en marzo y tienen muy pocos tours porque dicen que no hay turistas cuando la cuidad está llena y los pocos tours que hacen van llenos de gente. Para el tour hay que ir a tomarlo a la agencia y lo dejan a vuelta ahí. Son desorganizados por ejemplo en el tour a Monserrat había dos guías pero en lugar de uno hablar para la gente en español y el otro en inglés dentro del micro donde teníamos auriculares, se dividió unon un grupito en inglés y el la otra guía tenía que hacer los dos idiomas con el otro grupo. Sin sentido ya que al menos en el micro podrían separar por idiomas. Entiendo que al bajar por ahí los grupos quedaban desproporcionados pero en el micro si podrían hacerlo

The staff at the main office, did not show too much knowledge when we came to book a sightseeing tour. Informed by the nice lady at the Rambla branch we had to explain to them the details and prices. The tour itself was very enjoyable.

Fui a Barcelona por mí cuarta vez y decidí ver al Monasterio de Montserrat con Julia Travel. El lugar es encantador y nuestra guía Aron nos explicó todo muy bien y con muchos detalles! Os aconsejo sin duda este tour y con Aron como guía turística!

Muy buena empresa de turismo. Realizamos varias excursiones con ellos y siempre salió todo muy bien. Recomiendo la excursión de Montserrat si están en Barcelona, es imperdible!

Agencia de excursiones por Barcelona y alrededores. Buena organización, guías amables pero algunos tours son demasiado tiempo arriba el bus y poco tiempo haciendo fotos o disfrutando de los sitios de interés.

Paid for the Sagrada Familia guided tour including the tower but guide wasn’t able to do the tower guide due to inclement weather which was understandable and was told we would get a refund for the tower portion. 4 months of trying but no luck getting the refund. Won’t return calls or emails.

Great spot to get your tours and information of Barcelona! Purchased my tickets online for Camp Nou and no problems at all. Was easy to find as it’s in the center area. As soon as you walk in you show the email of the event you payed for and they immediately print out your tickets and give you the instructions you need. No problem at all thanks for the help!

Estando em Barcelona, você terá que se deslocar até a agência. Ao contrário de outras agências, eles não recolhem nem deixam os clientes em seus hotéis.
O contrato diz que teríamos um guia em espanhol, mas a guia que fez nosso primeiro passeio, o fez como bilíngue com inglês e deu muito mais informações em inglês.
