Kare No Apartments

Highly Recommend! New upgrades, very cool A/C, high water pressure w/ hot/cold temps, comfortable mattress, lots of towels, coffee maker (bring own coffee cups), microwave, fridge, stove top, kitchen utensils, closet space & rooftop terrace/lounge. The large windows to balcony really create the Spanish vibe- great for coffee & reading in the morning. Not a Smart TV and no ability to cast/mirror phone FYI. But you shouldn’t need it, b/c location is central with beach within view from balcony, restaurants, bars & shops.

Es un concepto de apartamento muy funcional y no falta detalle. Lo gestiona la mejor agencia de apartamentos de Sitges con un servicio impecable y que te sientes como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. Ubicación excelente. Sin duda muy recomendable!

El apto. 2 es muy húmedo y frío. Cuidado si vas con niños. Si tienes mala suerte y llueve, se sufre. Una lástima, pq el sitio es bonito y la ubicación excelente, pero no debería alquilarse los de planta baja.

El apartamento es muy cuco y está todo súper bien. La pega que pongo es que el apartamento da a la calle y no está insonorizado, se oye absolutamente todo. Pero en serio, por lo demás es un apartamento muy cómodo y aseado que tiene de todo.

Lovely appartment with everything we needed including a sunbrella for the beach! We had a studio with balcony and sea view, perfect size room for us. Clean, comfortable bed, air con (great when it's 30 degrees outside). Appartment is on a tranquil pedestrian street mainly residential. A 2 min walk to the beach and close to the church, a romantic setting. Nice shampoos creams provided, large bottle of water. The host was very helpful and answers and prompt to help if required. We would deffinetly stay again.

What a great experience in Aspasios. The apartment manager, Yenai, was very helpful and extremely polite. I stayed in a balcony room which was very comfortable and modern. Everything was well laid out-lots of well designed storage. The bathroom was larger than I expected with a large shower, separate toilet room, and powerful water pressure!

Be carreful with pictures, the ground floor room has no balcony and is very dark. Expensive ground floor room for the proposed services. The appartment contains all you need to have in such a room, washing machine, micro-waves, coffee machine.but it's dark. The bathroom is black and very dark, shower bracket badly fixed (but fixed by a call in less than 1 hour). The water of the sink flows badly. The bed is confortable. The little windows allows light to enter fewly. The street is noisy because of a bar allong the appartement until 2 AM.
Please rent better rooms with balcony more luminous.
Check-in is automatic with a machine and it's very convenient.

Faites attention aux photos, la chambre au rez-de-chaussée n'a pas de balcon et est très sombre. Chambre chère au rez-de-chaussée pour les services proposés. L'appartement contient tout ce que vous devez avoir dans une telle pièce, machine à laver, micro-ondes, machine à café. Mais il fait noir. La salle de bain est noire très sombre, un support de douche mal fixé (mais réglé par un appel en moins d'une heure). L'eau de l'évier coule mal. Le lit est confortable. La petite fenêtre permet à la lumière d'entrer peu. La rue est bruyante à cause d'un bar à côté de l'appartement jusqu'à 2 heures du matin. Louez plutôt de meilleures chambres avec un balcon plus lumineux.
Le check-in se fait avec une machine automatique très pratique.

Great position, near beach and old town. Helpful and friendly manager who checked us in (auto check in didn't seem to be working). This apartment was billed as a 'luxury' apartment with balcony, but the balcony was very small (one chair just fitted) and there were no luxury elements as far as we could see. It was useful to have a microwave, but there were no instructions and we couldn't make it run for longer than 30 seconds. Very basic provision of items such as pots, pans and cutlery. Shower and bathroom were clean but the black shower wall was streaked and stained. Probably the worst aspect for us was the mezzanine level bedroom, where you couldn't stand up straight without banging your head. Free wifi was appreciated but it would also have been nice to have a folder with some local travel information.

Really central and convenient for beach and the pedestrian areas of the town which gives access to all the bars and restaurants. Although central the apartment was quiet and cool and the roof terrace is a great place to relax in the evening after a day on the beach. Staff are friendly, helpful and responsive.

Apartamento muy pequeño e incómodo. No te puedes mover, imposible entrar y salir de la cama de forma normal, el baño ridículo. Lástima que estamos en invierno y no he podido disfrutar de la terraza que es lo único positivo que tiene.

Excellent place in a great location. Check in was convenient and fast. They emailed me with clear instructions and useful information. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days, cook and even do laundry. The wifi was good.

Habitación grande, limpia bien equipada y muy luminosa.

La chica que nos acogió fue muy amable, y le agradecemos habernos permitido hacer el check-out a la hora que quisimos, para disfrutar el maximo de Sitges. (evidentemente fue excepcional, pero nos sorprendió muy gratamente y vale la pena reflejar la profesionalidad y amabilidad de Yenai).

Recomendariamos el espacio a parejas que quieran pasar unos dias en un ambiente acogedor, familiar y caluroso.
