Maravillosa la gestión realizada por Santi Espada en el trámite del alquiler de un inmueble. Eficacia y resolución en el tratamiento de documentos así como en la resolución de dudas y logística.
Recomendaría sin duda el servicio de Key Star Sitges para el alquiler-venta de inmuebles

Encantado de buscar la propiedad que necesiten. A tener en cuenta los mensajes negativos que hay, al ser inmobiliaria, si hay desperfectos en un piso que se alquilo por nosotros, las fianzas se las quedan los propietarios, yo no me quedo nada.

Muy mala atención. Ni siquiera te dicen el nombre para poder dirigirse!
Después de la segunda llamada, y hablar con "Dígame" (Jenni), que al fin me dio su nombre.siguió en su línea de no tener ganas de informar sobre una propiedad de más de 2500€, oportunidad que no creo sea cada día, muy sarcástico poco amable y a lo rápido.
No lo recomiendo, aparte que la poco info que dio era desacertada.

Very Dishonest people, we rented a super apartment with these guys through Air BNB, during our stay the air conditioning began to leak, they came to repair it and started taking pictures of the apartment and our personal items. We had moved some furniture around to stop our 3 year old falling out of the bed, all items were put back in their place before we left, they then posted a negative review for us on Airbnb which was totally inaccurate.please beware.

Gente muy deshonesta, alquilamos un súper apartamento con estos muchachos a través de Air BNB, durante nuestra estadía el aire acondicionado comenzó a gotear, vinieron a repararlo y comenzaron a tomar fotos del apartamento y nuestros artículos personales. Habíamos movido algunos muebles para evitar que nuestro hijo de 3 años se cayera de la cama, todos los artículos se volvieron a colocar en su lugar antes de que nos fuéramos, luego publicaron una mala crítica para nosotros en Airbnb que era totalmente inexacta.por favor ten cuidado

Pèsima agencia. Incompetentes que no devuelven las fianzas ademas de prepotentes. No es de estrañar su péssima puntuación.

Santiago no me ayudo y me sentí muy atacada como cliente y persona por sus maneras de hablar y atender a los clientes. Peor servicio que jamás tuve en la vida. Aprende a ser profesional porfavor.

Santi was acting as a host for a booking which we made using Airbnb.

Our flight was delayed from the UK due to a plane technical fault whilst on the runway which therefore made us late on arrival by approx. 90 minutes.

When we got to the apartment we explained to the agency guy (Santi) that the delay was beyond our control but he did not seem at all interested or understanding of the situation. Not a good welcome!

On our departure, we had to leave the apartment in the early morning due to our flight. We met Santi outside the main building but he did not want to come into the apartment to "check the apartment" which is normal procedure for any host or acting agent to do so. We gave him the keys and he said he trusted us so we left in good faith. When we arrived back in the UK we found that Santi had stated that we left the apartment with 2 bags of waste which he had to take to the bin and the kitchen was unclean. Really? ! We paid £44.00 for the apartment to be cleaned and he complained about two bags of rubbish from the previous evening and the breakfast dishes which we left. All previous waste was taken by us to the local bins to be disposed of and we kept the apartment clean and tidy throughout our stay. He also stated we used 20 towels which is correct but for a family of 3 to use over 12 days is not a big deal. However, we washed all the towels in the washing machine and left them all clean and neatly folded in the lounge. So what was the problem?

We hired one of the most expensive apartments in Sitges (£1800 for 12 days) and left the apartment with no damage, no missing or no broken items but somehow it was a big issue to leave 2 bags of kitchen waste on our final day and to use towels to clean ourselves. He also accused of us drinking the owner’s wine which was left in the kitchen cupboard untouched. When we stated we did not drink any wine whatsoever he change his mind and he said it was a mistake. We felt offended by such accusations from him.

It would seem the apartment should be just for show purposes and should not be used at all. In the UK we have a saying "you couldn't make it up".

We are a normal family who were going to return back to this apartment as we really enjoyed our stay but after reading his shocking and totally undeserving comments we will take our business elsewhere. This was our first and only ever negative review which we feel very strongly about and we have complained to Airbnb about Santi’s comments and they are investigating this matter. He has also left negative reviews about others on Airbnb for leaving waste at check-out but he forgets that he (or the host) are being paid a cleaning fee to do this very job he complained about.

I would summarise by saying that although this guy comes across as very helpful, it appears he is a “snake in the grass”. Be very careful and I would certainly not do any business with him again. You have been warned.

UPDATE - The owner of this business has called me a liar and dreamer. I have no need to lie or to be a dreamer in the slightest. Everything in this review is factually correct and that is paramount to any review. All I can really say is, would you really trust any business owner who continually calls all his customers liars? I rest my case.

I arrange for this agency for an apartment in Sitges, i was let down by the Key Star agency, i had no home to stay, very bad for me and my lady not too have a home to stay, we traveled long way but agency man let us down and we stay in hotell until we find anotther place with different agncy in 2 days. My family very upset, not good for us, nobody from agency care for us. Goodbye.

I rent a house from this agency. I agreed the price and I paid everything. When I came to leave the agency told me that there were problems with the house but there were no problems. How could this guy say this to me? I am from Sweden and our culture is to respect materials. He wanted to charge me 200 Euros for nothing at all and I refused to pay. The guy Santi is his name and I do not understand him or his bad behaviour. I never trust him or this agency again.

Terminé mi tiempo en la propiedad y el chico de Key Star en Sitges no devolvió mi depósito. No había nada de malo en nada y me dijo que todo estaría bien, pero no respondió mis llamadas ni respondió mis correos electrónicos. Estoy disgustado con esta agencia.

Totally unprofessional. Never showed up for a meeting, wasting half my day and over €50 in gas & highway tolls.

Absolutamente nada de profesional. Nunca aparecí para una reunión, perdiendo la mitad de mi día y más de 50€ en gas y peajes de autopista.
