¡Buena ubicación! Cerca del metro, la rambla, buenos bares y restaurantes, habitación limpia y bonita con una chica sonriente en la recepción.

Habitación pequeña. Cómodo pero pequeño…
Gran punto negativo: el ruido.
Parece que estamos durmiendo en la calle. Entre el niño de abajo que llora cada cinco minutos y los distintos ruidos, ¡¡¡es un infierno! Si vienes a este hotel no esperes dormir hasta tarde
De lo contrario, ¡la ubicación es excelente! El hotel está muy bien situado al lado de la Plaza de la Universidad. Es genial… ¡pero ese es su único punto positivo! Lástima…

Mi decepción con este hotel es total. Pésima gestión y peor atención al cliente. Llevo 4 meses reclamando una devolución que nunca llega y dan largas y largas. Eso cuando puedes hablar con ellos, cosa prácticamente imposible pues no responden a los mails regularmente ni atienden al teléfono. Lamentable.

PRO:
- check in facile da fare in autonomia
- personale gentile
- rifornimento di bevande incluso nella tassa di soggiorno
- ottima posizione in città e vicino alla metro
- buona pulizia e fornitura continua degli asciugamani
CONTRO:
- manca il doccino (è la base di qualsiasi doccia!)
- se metti dispenser di shampoo bisognerebbe mettere anche quello del bagno doccia, oppure un prodotto che faccia da entrambi
- personale delle pulizie un po' disattento, fate attenzione alle vostre cose personali
- luogo completamente privo di insonorizzazione (rumore di trapano alle 7 del mattino, pianti disperati di bambini)
- mancanza di un vero armadio dove riporre l'abbigliamento

Lugar súper cómodo, limpio y justo para parejas que se queden o estén de turismo por Barcelona, el personal A1, super amable, atentos en todo momento, lugar muy bien ubicado y céntrico, súper recomendable.

Muy céntrico y el alojamiento muy agradable y confortable.
Lo recomiendo y volveremos

VENTAJAS:
- el registro es fácil de hacer de forma independiente
- personal amigable
- recarga de bebidas incluida en la tasa turística
- excelente ubicación en la ciudad y cerca del metro
- buena limpieza y suministro continuo de toallas
CONTRA:
- falta el cabezal de la ducha (¡¡¡es la base de cualquier ducha!)
- si pones un dosificador de champú deberías poner también el que está en la ducha, o un producto que haga ambas cosas
- personal de limpieza un poco desatento, ten cuidado con tus cosas personales
- lugar completamente sin insonorización (ruido de taladro a las 7 de la mañana, llanto desesperado de los niños)
- falta de un verdadero armario para guardar la ropa

Servicio amable, buena cama en la que pudimos dormir.
Sólo un poco ruidoso. De vez en cuando se oye gente, las escaleras o el ascensor. Sólo depende de si esto realmente te molesta, pensamos que estaba bien.
Además, habitaciones limpias y una ubicación fantástica.

La habitación confortable y bonita, muy limpia, y lo que te hace no olvidar haber estado en un sitio que es el personal, un 10, se han preocupado desde el principio de que estuviéramos atendidos, al irnos olvidamos unas gafas y han estado super pendientes para ayudarnos, son geniales.

Excelente zona, trato con el personal, confort y tranquilidad las habitaciones son preciosas con todo cubierto, higiene impecable vale la pena muchísimo! Volveremos️

Very good location. Rooms are very clean. There is fridge, bottled water, coffee machine, safe, towels and toiletries. The only one disadvantage is bad soundproofing in the rooms if you have noisy neighbors.

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very nice decorated. No noise from outside or neighbors whatsoever. Located centrally in the city with everything within walking distance.

Très bon séjour à la casa de Antonio, un accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Un agréable hall d’entrée précède l’entrée dans une chambre joliment décorée (un peu petite concernant la chambre enomique mais très confortable et une hygiène irréprochable)

We spent a few days in Barcelona on vacation and stayed at The Mo House.
The very friendly staff helped us at all times during our stay, they even offered us beach towels when we went to the sea, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. We had a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and they gave us coffee, bottled water, and cookies every day.
We will definitely go again!

IMPRESENTABLES, es la palabra de que define la actitud de la gestión de este hotel. Realizamos una reserva a través de Booking, en principio todo correcto, dicha reserva era para el año 2023 coincidiendo con el concierto de Bruce Springteen en Barcelona, a pesar que el precio ya no era bajo, parece ser que a los propietarios (que no sabían lo del concierto) decidieron que podían sacar más dinero por la habitación, así que decidieron CANCELAR la reserva al día siguiente sin ofrecer ningún tipo de aclaración al respecto, y casualmente poner a la venta la misma habitación a más del DOBLE del precio que habíamos reservado.
Tras llamarles para pedir explicaciones, alegan problemas con la tarjeta de crédito (mentira dado que inmediatamente reservamos en otro alojamiento y todo funcionaba perfectamente) y no en tono burlesco nos dicen que pasarán nota a dirección, (aun estamos esperando).
Una absoluta tomadura de pelo, por supuesto que hemos notificado a booking y por supuesto que denunciaremos a CONSUMO la mala praxis de este hotel.

Nos han engañado con las reservas, las anulan porque coincide con una fecha clave y las pueden reservar mas caras, unos autenticos caraduras

If we could give zero stars we would do it. It is supposed to be a Kind of a Boutique Hotel but in reality it is a Kind of an AirB&B whereas the host is trying to accomplish his duties but fails to do so. The booking Site is not working - Thus we paid on treir official Site and came to be told that we are not booked in. All rooms were occupied and we faced ourselves to be on the street without new accomodation. The assistance at the front desk was embarrassingly repeating that we haven’t got a confirmation and was not able to look for a solution. It was unbelievable. You do not call yourself a Boutique Hotel if you can not provide a minimum Skills and assistance in coping with chalenging situations and Are not able to find sollutions for your guests.
They promissed to book my Money back „when it might have appeared“ on their account. We do not have words left.

PROS:
- the location is great. You are at a 2-min walk from Plaza Universitat and you can easily reach Bari Gotic and Eixample on foot. Also, the Aerobus coming from the airport has a stop right next to the property.
- the staff is lovely, they were able to accommodate our needs (eg.give us complementary beach towels and extra room towels if we needed)
- the building is old, but has a charm to it. Plus, there is an elevator and wheelchair ramp to help you get upstairs (the rooms are on the 2nd and the 3rd floor)

CONS:
- if you want to book this place, you should know that your night sleep will be terrible. We stayed for 6 nights and we woke up at 4 or 6 o'clock every morning and went to sleep at maybe 1 because of the terrible neighbours on the first floor. We believe that there are multiple adults with multiple newborns and toddlers who do not understand the idea of sleep and respect for others. We understand that babies cry, that was not our problem, but the adults were awful. They clapped, sang in the middle of the night and ignored their children screaming at the top of their lungs for 20-30 mins at a time. We told reception 2 times about this and their response was that they do not have the authority to tell them to be quiet (even if the building has silence hours). The interesting thing was that, after we told reception the first time about our inability to sleep, our booking was miraculously cancelled invoking a technical issue, therefore making me unable to write a review at the end of our stay. I am able to write this wall of text only by the help of customer service.
- the price is too high for how small and unequipped the room is. You basically don't have any storage room and the bathroom seems undone, there is no toothbrush holder or soap dish.

I don't think we will come back here again, but if we do, we will definitely reserve a balcony room facing the Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes (maybe room 6 or 7 on the 2nd floor, I don't know). I definitely do not recommend rooms 3,4,5 facing the inner courtyard filled with nosy adults.

Seul point positif, emplacement de l'hôtel, chambre minuscule, aucune intimité, on entend des bruits du couloir, du voisin et de l'entree principal même si on est au 2 ème étage. Enfants qui pleurent a 2h du matin comme a 4h de l'après midi car école maternelle a l'étage du dessous.
Pas propre, les linges de lit traînent au sol après le passage de la femme de ménage. Personnel de la réception toujours sur l'ordinateur, ne vous voient pas quand vous rentrez. Et douche horrible, pas de paumeau de douche, seulement celui accroché au plafond qui fuit. Fuyez!

Wie auch schon in den älteren Bewertungen zu lesen war, wurde auch unser Flug aufgrund der Pandemie storniert. Auf Anfragen bezüglich Rückerstattung der Anzahlung wurde einfach nicht reagiert. Guter Service ist etwas anderes.

Me encantó la ubicación, justo a 50 metros de la parada de Universitat. Me gustó mucho la decoración. No me gustó el aire acondicionado, que no era suficiente para un calor insoportable en Barcelona en septiembre. Me esperaba más en general.

Pasamos una noche y la habitación no podía ser más coqueta. Algo pequeña, pero por precio, localización y servicios, estupenda!

El cuarto es más pequeño de lo que sugieren las fotos. Ubicación céntrica y bien.
No tuvimos problema para llegar y todo estuvo en orden.
Considerando el precio sin embargo, probablemente consideraría más opciones a la siguiente.

Hotel-casa muy agradable, muy bien decorado y muy bien ubicado. Y el trato muy amable. Las únicas pegas: el ruido de los vecinos a través del patio interior que se escucha bastante, y que el parking está a 5 manzanas de distancia, que se hace muy largo si vas cargado con maletas

Lugar muy bonito y amplio, lo malo las paredes, ya que son bastante finas, y depende de los vecinos escucharas todo.
