Very rude and unpleasant man works there. Speaks rude with customers. Didn’t want to give me my ups package. Also he was rude with my girlfriend when she came to repair clothes.
Never ever want to deal with him again.

He hablado día anterior me han dicho puedes venir por la mañana y puedes recoger el dia 27 y he ido.
Dijo que no hay nadie para pintarlo. No sé cuándo entrenaremos, dijo. Perdí el tiempo para venir aquí. Y por supuesto obtuve mi producto sin irme y nunca volveré

I live right next to this company and a week ago I left my pants to make it shorter.
We agreed that I will come on March the 1st and everything will be ready. They have a whole week to make a work that usually takes less than an hour. But obviously it wasn’t enough.
When I came on March the 1st they hadn’t done anything at all. They just gave me pants as I left it them. And the man who work where yell at me in Spanish.

Pésima atención, absolutamente sobrevaloradas las evaluaciones positivas:
- 3 semanas de retraso en entregar los zapatos
- Precios carísimos, sin ser de gran calidad, para que los zapatos quedasen igual que antes del trabajo ofrecido.
No volveré jamás ni lo recomendaría, seguro que hay otros sitios mejores que este y con precios mas adecuados

Received my GLS delivery here. They have a system where they make you look for your name on a list of 10+ pages and only when you find it they scan your QR code from the email. I objected to their system and they started arguing with me and disrespecting me.
Not recommending for delivery collection!

La chica que me ha arreglado el bolso ha sido muy amable. Me ha contestado siempre y hizo un trabajo perfecto. Tenía miedo porque el bolso de piel que tenía ser arreglado vale bastante dinero y fue un regalo, pero afortunadamente la chica ha sido súper profesional y gentil! Aconsejo

Soy cliente de ellos por mas de dos años y puedo decir que no puedo estar tan contento, tan a gusto y afortunado de ir a este taller tan especial en Barcelona.

Donde siempre me encuentran soluciones, servicios y buenos resultados en mis accesorios personales y tengo que felicitar, y dar las gracias a Anni "la encargada" por ser tan profesional sobre el lujo y una salvadora de mis bolsos, zapatos, etc. Porque para ellos nada es imposible y estoy muy feliz de contar con ellos en todos los servicios que necesito.

Así que, sigáis así y que estéis en Barcelona, porque sois el mejor taller de Barcelona! <3:)

I am a customer of them for more than two years and I can say that I can't be so happy, so comfortable and lucky to go to this special workshop in Barcelona.

Where they always find me solutions, services and good results in my personal accessories and I have to congratulate, and thank Anni "the manager" for being so professional about luxury and a saviour of my bags, shoes, etc. Because for them nothing is impossible and I am very happy to count on them for all the services I need.

So, keep it up and be in Barcelona, because you are the best workshop in Barcelona! <3:)

Trato excepcional, he llevado mi bolso LV para arreglar y han hecho un trabajo increíble, como nuevo!

Super simpáticos! La chica nos explicó todo con mucha paciencia. Arreglar la correa de un bolso de piel cuesta 15€ y si quieres un acabado mejor vale 35€, nos decidimos por el de 35€ porque queremos que quede bien

I have visited this store for three different jobs.
The first was to repair the handle on a handbag, the second to repair eight outdoor chair backs, where the stitching had rotted and the third to make a hem on a dress.
The people are delightful to deal with and very helpful and do what they say they will.
The quality is really good and the prices are very reasonable. It was going to cost about 800 euro to replace the chair backs and they were repaired for 48 euro.
I would highly recommend them.

I had such a lovely experience here, both for my clothes and other. Our exchanges are always pleasant and they’re so talented! I got my trousers taken in because they were too big and now they fit me perfectly! They also repaired some clothes too, all for a reasonable price. I am very happy and will be retuning again Can’t recommend enough! Thank you!

Estuve visitando Barcelona y mi bolso sufrió un pequeño accidente. En Landscape lograron reparar mi bolso y de manera extremamente rápida durante el fin de semana para poder tenerla antes de mi vuelo de regreso.
