El coche que habíamos reservado no existía. La entrega y la devolución llevaron muchísimo tiempo porque los empleados se esforzaron por vender a todos los clientes un seguro adicional.

Todo perfecto. Teníamos un Ford Focus por poco menos de 40 € al día, el coche estaba limpio, tenía menos de 10.000 km y estaba casi completamente equipado. Aceptación y entrega sin problemas y en menos de 5 minutos. La tienda en sí es fácil de encontrar y está a pocos minutos a pie de la terminal.

Esta vez nuestra familia viajó como 4 personas adultas y reservé especialmente un auto más grande y potente. La reserva se realizó como de costumbre sobre cheque24 con seguros a todo riesgo. A pesar de la explicación sobre los seguros ya adquiridos, un empleado de Drivalia intentó vender 3 tipos de seguros adicionales. Después de negar la compra, como penalización, en lugar del Opel Mokka con motor turbo que reservamos, nos quedamos con el único coche chino DR 5.0 que tenían. El coche tenía poca potencia y era peligroso en la carretera. Los sistemas electrónicos vivían su propia vida y no eran predecibles. El coche no pudo subir desde el aparcamiento subterráneo y los pasajeros tuvieron que abandonarlo. En las cuestas de las autopistas forzamos la tercera velocidad y 50 km/h como máximo. Consumo de combustible 9 litros. Cuando regresamos al auto y nos quejamos, noté una sonrisa en el personal. Cualquier asistencia en carretera cuesta por Drivalia 280 EUR si no contratas un seguro adicional. Así que decide por ti mismo elegir esta empresa o no.

Acabo de alquilar un coche en Drivalia y la experiencia fue muy positiva. El coche estaba en perfecto estado y el servicio de atención al cliente fue muy bueno.

Cuando llegué a la oficina de alquiler, el empleado me atendió de inmediato y me ayudó a completar los trámites. Me explicó todo lo que necesitaba saber sobre el coche y el seguro.

El coche estaba en perfecto estado y era justo lo que necesitaba para mi viaje. El motor era potente y el coche era cómodo de conducir.

Dejé el coche arreglado el 1 de octubre y mi fianza (2000€) me fue liberada el 17 de octubre tras tres recordatorios telefónicos, es una falta de seriedad por parte del equipo que trabaja en drivalia en el aeropuerto de Girona.

Excelente experiencia en el aeropuerto de Girona. No hay problema, no hay presión y un buen grupo de personas.

Buen servicio. Es mejor contratar un seguro a todo riesgo y comprobar todas las funciones del coche antes de empezar a conducir.

A través de Sunnycars de los Países Bajos recibí un Opel Corsa casi nuevo aquí en Drivalia. Fácil de recoger y la llave me entregaron inmediatamente. Tampoco hubo problemas para la devolución. Gente amable también en el mostrador.

Todo el procedimiento de alquiler desde la reserva hasta la devolución transcurrió sin problemas. Muy buena comunicación, definitivamente lo usaré nuevamente si tengo la oportunidad. Recomiendo y saludo.

Fantástico servicio tanto por correo electrónico antes de nuestro alquiler como de recogida y devolución súper rápidas. Muy cerca de la terminal. Coche muy nuevo con altas especificaciones.

Bien arreglado, a través de autos soleados. La única pega es que no comprueban juntos con antelación cómo está el coche.un poco de buena fe

Nice car but be careful they charge insurance on top.about £150 euros.no other company we have rented charged us insurance before so that's the reason for only 2 stars

Location of the office is outside the airport building.

They ask for a credit card and will hold 1000 Euro if you will not get their insurance. If you drive the car to Andorra, they charge 20 Euro per day, minimum of 2 days.

Full coverage of the insurance cost 93 Euro for 5 days and if you drive the car to Andorra, additional charge of 20 Euro.

The car is in very good condition.

Processing the rental car took about 15 minutes. Staff is okay.

Returning the car: We got the car at about 1830.we returned the car at about 1415 and they told my husband we were late? ! They did not charge us but I was wondering why would they say we’re late - we returned the car earlier than when we got the car.

All is good.

Absolutely no issues, car was as promised a Jeep Compass. It was clean and the lady at the counter took time to explain the details.
It takes only a 2 min walk from the terminal building and I would highly recommend Leasy's compared to any of the car rentals with a desk at the terminal.

Fuyez! Même si votre carte de crédit est une visa classique ou autre, ils ne prendront pas la caution même si la carte a les fonds. Ils vous ponctionnent automatiquement 137 € (pour nous pour quatre jours) en plus de la location que vous perdez si vous refusez… C’est une vraie arnaque. Tous les Français qui avaient réservé étaient dans le même cas que nous, Leasys considère que les cartes de crédit françaises sont des cartes de débit et donc ne peuvent créditer une caution, c’est du vol organisé. Fuyez.

No issues at all. Good shuttle bus service to compound which we on airport campus. (rental desks in the airport were rammed!) Quick service at pick up (Thanks Jesus), car was clean and tidy and what we ordered and €84 for the week. - Audi A1. We went round the car and marks were clearly noted on the hire form. We mentioned two more issues and they were added to the sheet by Jesus without an issue. They did not push the additional excess insurance as we have our own, but we did take out the breakdown cover which was reasonably priced at €2 per day.
Return was smooth and without pain. We filled the car just round the corner, checked it over, made sure it was clean (i think it is reasonable to expect this). We were given the OK and we left happy. Would recommend.

A pleasure to deal with. If only all car rentals could be like this. Less than 10 minutes to collect and the same again when dropping the car back. Car was exact model I booked which seems to be a rarity in the car rental industry these days.

We got a Peugeot 3008, which was very comfortable for family of 5, and roomy boot.

We were given a damage report sheet to sign, with area on form where you can circle old damage or scratches.

As I was hiring in Spain for the first time, I was extra careful to do walk around with Rida, and I pointed out marks.

Because I had read some horror stories online, I video and took photographs of car blemishes (very minor) before taking the car.
(might be good thing to do with ALL hire companies)

However, total experience was very good.

Note: We made sure to fill diesel before return, allow extra time for refuelling and it will be fine.

Only thing negative was the Peugeot 3008 built in Sat Nav was not as easy to use as maps on our phones.
I think it was €35 for sat nav?

MUY MAL. FATAL. NO VOLVERE. NI LO RECOMIENDO Resulta q me dieron el coche sin estar lleno el depósito (fallo mío X no darme cuenta.era bastante tarde y tenía prisa.me confíe) sólo lo alquilamos un día (24h). Antes de entregarlo le puse 18€ de gasoil.no los gasté ni en broma pues yo hago el mismo trayecto cada día y también tengo un coche diesel.sé de q hablo.al entregarlo la Srta. NO mira ni el coche.entra le da al contacto y dice q el depósito no está lleno y me cobra 13€ más. + 18€ q yo acababa de ponerle. UNA ESTAFA!

I ordered small 5 doors car (Ford K or simillar), and I got 3 doors Fiat 500. For me it is not the same. Everyone who Has children will understand.

They do not accept revolut card for deposit. I emailed about that before and I was told that it will be accepted. When I arrived I was told that this card is not credit one and will not be accepted.

Better refill fuel in the city. Near by gas station is hard to operate for newbie.

Car I got was bearly used, like 7000 km driven.
It was clear and descent.

Staff was professional and kind on email and direct communication.

Leasys, con quienes tengo contratado un Fiat 500 en renting, tuvo la gentileza de regalarme una semana de alquiler de un Peugeot 3008. Soy de Barcelona y he debido trasladarme al aeropuerto de Girona para la recogida y entrega. Me comenta la persona que me atendió que posiblemente abrirán un Leasys Store en Barcelona. ¡Eso será genial! Toda la gestión y la información muy clara y concreta. Muy satisfecho. ¡A ver si el próximo año vuelven a regalarme una semana de alquiler de un cochazo como el que he disfrutado!

Not on-airport as described, a walk from the airport including crossing some busy dual carriageway. They do not accept Amex (despite booking with Amex) so got stung with a huge insurance charge to enable me to use debit card instead.

VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
UNPROFESSIONAL AND BIGOTED CONDUCT!

I work as a researcher in Girona, I possess an international driver's license and I rented a car (with the full/best coverage pack) from this company to travel to France with my friends. I was careful and also enquired the company whether that I could cross border to France. After the company's confirmation that, I could take the car to France, I booked a car for 5 days.

However, when I went to collect the car, the person at the office called the manager (whose name was: Al Mohamed Rida) and started speaking in Spanish. I could easily notice that she mentioned that I was Indian by looking at the details in my license, which was extremely out of context because she told that she was just going to call the manager to confirm whether we could take the car to France. Even though, in their website they said we can cross border with France for cars booked in Girona (attached photo).

The fact is that, after the call with the manager, they denied to give the car to us saying that, if something happens to the car in France, they do not have any assistance to help over there.

This was a terrible experience for us because we were forced to hire a car on spot from another company which was way too expensive.

I can see that this company has decent reviews, maybe because these reviews are for rentals within Spain. However, this company is messy, unprofessional and staff are extremely un-informed when it comes to cross-border rentals. Hugely unhappy with the service.

Be careful of your fuel meter. The fuel gauge did not return quickly after we filled it up so that it only arrive 3/4. You need to wait to see that but our flight is urgent. At the end we must pay more 52 Euro (35Euro processing fee). It is of course ridiculous. The display of the fuel gauge is faulty!

Experiencia nefasta

Tras alquilar 9 días un coche con esta compañía puedo afirmar que son unos estafadores.

Para empezar, nos aseguraron que la oficina se localizaba en el aeropuerto, y al llegar alli tuvimos que esperar 50 minutos hasta que llegó una furgoneta que nos dejó en un poligono a 6km del aeropuerto.

Una vez allí, fué una sucesión de timos: en principio habíamos alquilado un polo por 275€, pero no fué para nada lo que recibimos. Nos entregaron un Kia Rio que consumía muchisima gasolina (era una cafetera). A esos 275€ iniciales nos sumaron 95€ por la gasolina cuando su deposito era de solo 45L. Además, nos cobraron otros 20€ por el parking del polígono y 1000€ de un seguro a modo fianza que si rallas el coche no te lo devuelven (aun no he devuelto el coche, pero temo que se inventen una rayada y me cobren esta cantidad, cosa que he visto en otras reseñas que ha pasado).

En definitiva, si les gusta que les timen y roben dinero por todas partes, esta es su compañía, y si no es asi, mejor alquilar en una de confianza que, aunque de primeras te salga un precio mas caro, no te suman cantidades extra.

Muy mala atención de parte de su administradora en el aeropuerto de Girona. No sabía darnos solución a un inconveniente de la reserva del coche por lo que no pudimos alquilarlo.
