Awful website. Asked to delete my account and they keep sending the same automated response which I follow each time. They actually won't let me cancel. Unbelievable trash.

All I get are auto-generated messages of "I'm interested" on my items and no follow through by people sending the messages. At first I thought people were flaky but when I read the LetGo iTunes reviews, a lot of people say that the app sends messages without the potential buyer intending to message the seller. I'm wasting a lot of time on this app while the same items are selling on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace.

DON'T SIGN UP AN ACCOUNT WITH LETGO! They make it not possible to delete your account and information! This app is a scam and now i'm stuck getting emails and notifications no matter what i do to try and stop them. Their phone number goes to some woman's cell with a voicemail definitely not set up for a business. Also the inbox is full and won't accept any messages. No one responds to their emails that are sent. I've sent two now and have heard nothing back from them.

Letgo doesnt let you delete your account its annoying all you get is messages saying "im intrested" and hardly sell something.

LetGo does not seem to allow me to delete my account. There is virtually no support. No Help or Support email reply. The SW does not work well.

This app and website are complete garbage.once you sign up you cannot delete your account.its a terrible platform for selling. Its super easy to send "i'm interested" messages by accident, so if you are selling something you will get lots of messages but nobody is actually interested in buying.its a huge waste of your time.

Scammers, they won't let you delete you account or unsubscribe. This is the first time I have ever had this problem. Low life scum bags

Garbage, DO NOT SET UP AN ACCOUNT! Once you do you cannot get it deleted even when you jump through ALL the hoops and get in touch with customer service. I'm still getting annoying pop-ups and cannot get this trash off my computer.

Do not create an account with these guys! There is no way of deleting your account, customer service may acknolwedge you but they will still never delete your account. You will continue to receive messages for items you've marked as sold, which is puzzling until you find out it has somehow been marked as available again. The app is also terribly invasive. Use another service!

This is the first time I have ever felt strongly enough to write a review about a company or service but this company is so unbelievably awful that I had to say something. They spam you and don't offer a way to delete your account once you've created it. Truly terrible business practices.

Terrible company. You may as well mark their emails as spam because they won't let you delete your account.

Terrible app on mobile and desktop. Hard to search for items, hard to sell and always getting annoying bot messages. Also impossible to delete account. Do yourself a favour and don't create an account for this app.

Horrible app. They won’t let me delete my account after many requests. Spam spam spam. Don’t download the app or you’ll never get out of there spam machine. I hope it goes bankrupt soon.

I have requested to Letgo, several times; that I want my account to be permanently deleted, but they will not delete my account. That is wrong, and they just continue to jump you through hoops, as Facebook does, when trying to delete an account!

Horrible app and horrible customer service. Constant notification about nothing and messages from bots. No way to delete your account unless you email the company and in response to my request still refused to delete my account, asking for another email. Don't waste your time with this company or this app.

This is the WORST app I have yet to experience in decades of use. This firm should be banned. Useless! I have been trying to unsubscribe, yet there is NO way too so continue to get junk daily. I sent an email to the company.
This firm needs to be reported and taken Legal action against them.

Do not use this app. Once you setup an account, you can never undo it.
The only messages I ever received for items I wanted to sell were fake.
Also, the app made it appear that I reached out to people about their items and that I something I never did. I thought it was just me, but do your research. You can read about this same thing all over Reddit.

Will not let me delete account, terrible customer service. I'm can only give 1 star even though I'd like to do 0. Just a failure of a company
