L'Hort de Sant Cebrià

Un hotel maravilloso con unos anfitriones fantásticos. Atendieron a los invitados con mucho cariño y cariño. Un desayuno buffet no puede ser mejor. ¡Todo está bien mantenido y muy limpio!

Llamamos para reservar porque nos casábamos y nos negaron la reserva. Literal, porque “ van las maquilladoras y peluqueras y todos cobran dinero menos ellos que solo perciben la habitación “ es increíble la actitud pesetera de esta gente.

És un racó preciós molt ben cuidat amb molts detalls que acompanyen per a gaudir de la comoditat i tranquil·litat de l'espai.

Hermosa casa, excelente desayuno, cálida bienvenida con mucho conocimiento local para aprovechar.

Precioso B&B, casa llena de historia, decorada con un gusto impecable, limpia y acogedora. Sus anfitriones son encantadores, dispuestos y amables, que dedican el tiempo que sea necesario a ayudar y hacer magníficas recomendaciones de la zona. Desayuno exquisito! Sobretodo los dulces variados de hojaldre. Y ya tener a disposición para la higiene jabones de la marca Rituals es de 11! Gracias chicos, volveremos a veros seguro.

Lo encontramos de casualidad y nos sorprendió gratamente. Un lugar decorado con gusto exquisito. Donde mires hay un detalle a descubrir. Un fin de semana de relax total, disfrutando de la piscina de agua salada. El trato excelente de sus propietarios, y sus pasteles del desayuno que ellos mismos hacen, Jordi y Joan, excelentes. Un B&B totalmente recomendable.

Un lugar al que venir buscando paz y tranquilidad, disfrutar del canto de los pájaros tomando un desayuno casero excelente o dejando pasar las horas en una habitación muy confortable y acogedora. (Venid en pareja si queréis dejar estar el móvil un poco y daros más la mano!) (PET FRIENDLY)

This gorgeous B&B is the perfect place to spend a few days in the costa brava. Everything from the breakfast to the interior design is immaculate. Jordi and Juan Carlos, take such good care of their guests. I would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans ce petit coin de paradis.
Les hôtes sont adorables, aux petits soins et délivrent de judicieux conseils pour profiter de la région. Ils parlent français couramment.

La maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût et un vrai sens du détail. Idem pour notre chambre (n°1) qui était spacieuse, fonctionnelle, de jolis meubles anciens et vue sur le jardin. Très grande salle de bain avec tout ce qu'il faut et des produits Rituals.
L'extérieur est à l'image de l'intérieur: très agréable, soigné et fleuri. Beaucoup d'oiseaux y chantent!
Le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur du reste: varié, copieux et avec de très bons produits. Nous le prenions dans le jardin.

En somme, absolument aucune fausse durant notre séjour (en couple), tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez bien. On sent l'engagement et le grand soin apporté par les hôtes Jordi et Juan Carlos ainsi que le reste de l'équipe, pour que votre séjour soit tout simplement parfait!

Hemos tenido la suerte de dar con este lugar tan mimado. Esta ubicado a las afueras de un pueblecito de l' emporda bien conectado que te permite disfrutar del entorno.
La casa está muy bien decorada y esta todo muy limpio.
La meteorología no nos ha permitido disfrutar del jardín ni la piscina. Pero con buen tiempo y un vinillo tiene que ser la repanocha.
Los chicos que gestionan el establecimiento son muy majos y atentos.
Como resumen, un buen lugar para escaparse del ruido de la ciudad.

Hem tingut una estança a principis de tardor molt confortable i tranquila. Es una casa de poble molt bonica, decorada amb molta sensibilitat i amb una bona situació a l'Alt Empordà a prop de boniques platges i llocs d'interés.
Els propietaris molts atents i l'esmorçar molt bó i de proximitat.
El jardí, preciós!

Este hotel es un remanso de paz, super cómodo, con una zona de jardín y piscina fantástico donde descansar y desconectar. Los propietarios te atienden super bien y se preocupan porque te encuentres bien en todo momento. Además está situado en un pueblo muy tranquilo desde el que recorrer el Alt Empordá.

Very cleaned. Nice swimming pool, very good breakfast. Very kind owners. If you are looking for a quiet place for relax that's ideal.

Allotjament exquisit, es respira sensibilitat i elegància on cuiden la comditat de l'hoste i el mínim detall!

La casa és simplement genial. Decoració i detalls molt cuidats. Sóc de Barcelona, i recomano aquest preciós B&B per desconnectar del bullici de la ciutat, per tenir temps per tu mateix i amés gaudint de l’entorn. Está molt ben localitzat ja que hi ha molts pobles a prop i la zona de platges també és molt pròxima a l’hotel.
L’esmorzar és genial i tots els productes són de proximitat. Pastís diferent cada dia i molt ben elaborat. I per finalitzar, el tracte rebut pels amfitrions (Jordi i Juan Carlos) ha sigut simplement genial. Atents, simpàtics i molt agradables. Si esteu per la zona i tenen disponibilitat d’allotjanment, aneu-hi.

Es un lugar bonito pero le falta que sea acogedor. Mi experiencia con uno de los propietarios cuando le comenté que el sillín de la bicicleta se movía, su respuesta fue que las bicicletas eran las que eran y que ellos no estaban aquí para arreglarlas. El trato ha sido muy frío y no nos hemos sentido acogidos. Nos hemos sentido observados al utilizar las instalaciones. Y cuando le pregunte si podia utilizar el comedor para picar algo de comer me dijo que su casa era más similar a un hotel y que sólo podían hacerlo aquellos que tenian estancias largas. Nosotros estuvimos 3 noches. El jardín está precioso y el desayuno es muy bueno.

El lloc és molt bonic però el tracte rebut ha estat desencertat. Són molt arrogants, altius i petulants.

Lovely and very high quality rooms and facilities. A lot of effort has been made to create a wonderful experience for the visitor. Attention to detail is first class. Pool and garden are perfect for relaxing after a morning expedition in the surrounding area. Very friendly owners are on hand to help with special needs and to keep everything running smoothly.

Very nice place, but located right on the road and the welcoming had been.somewhat.disconcerting. Not sure of there was something on my face or if I was just coming at a wrong time but I was made to feel that I was not the type of visitor they were expecting in their establishment. I was just there on a tour with my wife. Lots of rules, lots of expectations.not quite relaxing. It is also presented as a guest house, but it is clearly a hotel.

Brutal, espectacular, precioso, inigualable. Unos anfitriones 10, una casa envidiable, unas habitaciones modernas, comodas y bien pensadas. El sitio es muy bonito, la casa es enorme y esta muy bien cuidada y decorada con mucho gusto. El desayuno es muy bueno, quizas encontramos a faltar algo caliente, aunque la tortilla de patatas estaba muy buena. Si tuvieramos que decir algo para mejorar, la television de la habitacion podria ser mas grande. Enhorabuena!

Casa rural con muchísimo encanto, donde los dueños de la misma fueron muy amables y serviciales. Todo estaba muy bien decorado y era acogedor. Muy recomendable. Además tenían café Nespresso que es de agradecer!

The most revealing indication of what a hotel/other establishment is really like, is how they cope when there is a problem.

Both my partner and I have traveled extensively and for many, many years and stayed in all types of accommodation, but never have we stayed somewhere where the actual owners have been as rude, arrogant and uncaring as this. And never before have we written a review of any sort about a hotel.

But before I highlight how exactly the owners let us down, I would like to say that in our opinion this hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers. The two rooms we stayed in were very small, and while the amenities are OK they are nothing special and the hotel is located in one of the least attractive ares of Spain we have ever visited. In addition, guests are provided with a long list of 'do's' and 'don'ts', while staying at the hotel, which we felt was petty, mean spirited and patronizing. The fact that children are not welcome says quite a lot.

In short, you can find cheaper and better hotels easily.

Besides the price of this hotel and it's rooms, the other reason for our poor rating was the lack of professionalism and basic care shown by the owners.

This was was shown to the full when on the very day we arrived.

We found the directions to the hotel, provided by the hotel, confusing and as a result had to phone to check. The response was accusatory and rude, implying that we were idiots for getting it wrong.

Then on arrival, I fell up the steep stairs of the hotel carrying heavy bags (One of the owners refused to help carry our bags, and although the other owner was close by, he was not asked to help, despite the first owner seeing me struggling). The result was a very badly broken foot, a ruined holiday and my leg in plaster for the following six weeks.

But accidents happen, we totally accept that. What we found so hard to accept was the lack of care or attention after the accident. The owners gave me some ice but that was it. They didn't ever apologise, or offer to help us find a doctor, or do anything to make it easier. In fact, the following day when I couldn't leave the hotel for the pain, we had to sit by the tiny pool. As there were no umbrellas, we moved the sun lounger a few feet away and on to the grass by a tree in order to get some shade. One of the owners then came out and said very rudely this was not acceptable and we must use different sun loungers on the grass. He then watched as my partner and I struggled to comply. With a broken foot this was not easy and very painful, but no help was offered.
When the next day, I came down to breakfast on crutches, the owners seemed surprised and said we should see a doctor but again did not offer to help finding one or offer to help us with the language.
We wanted to leave, as we felt so unwelcome, but the cancellation policy was such that we couldn't. On our last day the owners said they would help with our bags but they didn't, even though they watched my partner struggling with three bags on her own.

Once we got home, we wrote to the hotel to ask for some compensation for our ruined summer. They wrote back justifying how the accident was not their fault, how they had friends and relatives in the judiciary who would help them prove this and then topped it all by stating that the Spanish papers were full of stories about how British people were falsely making claims for compensation. The fact that my partner is Belgian and it was she who wrote to them seems to have escaped their attention. Adding 'casual' racism to their attitude does little to make this story better.

This is truly the worst and most uncaring service we have ever experienced, but even without this service, I cannot recommend that anyone should stay here.

Es un centro de turismo rural reconvertido de un antiguo cuartel militar con mucho gusto y delicadeza. Esta preparado para disfrutar de unos días de verdadero descanso. El jardín donde puedes desayunar, bañarte y descansar en una tumbona es muy agradable y silencioso. Fuimos a finales de junio fuera de temporada y fue estupendo. Recomendable para ir especialmente con tu pareja.

Ein super Hotel! Es ist wie eine Villa, in der jeder Gast seine eigene Wohnung hat! Das Ambiente ist super und man fühlt sich sehr familiär aufgehoben! 5 Sterne sind auf jeden Fall verdient!
