Our living tours Duoro Valley day was amazing. Comfortable bus ride out to the beautiful valley. Vineyard tour. Port tasting and then a wonderful boat ride on the river. We then had the same beautiful bus ride back into Puerto. Highly recommend them. Felt like I got the value of my day!

After many attempts to contact them for two days they never showed up for our fire running tour!
Viator could not even get a hold of them!
Extremely unprofessional!

La excursión por la costa de Vizcaya. Una visita al puente colgante, un par de fotos desde lejos del castillo de Butrón con prisas, San juan de gaztelugatxe lo vimos desde arriba y a lo lejos, apenas se veía. Ya que en ningún momento pudimos acercarnos al puente ni cruzarlo, no nos avisaron que hubo desprendimientos desde el abril de 2021. Visitamos Bermeo (tiempo libre y poco tiempo) dio tiempo a visitar el puerto y un café. La reserva de la biosfera Urdaibai vista desde el bus, y por último el pueblo de Gernika. En definitiva la excursió no vale los 60 euros que ha valido ni de lejos.

Hired Living Tours for hotel to cruise port transfer in Barcelona. Never showed up. Left us stranded at hotel. Refused to cover taxi they told us to take, after they never arrived to pick us up. We prepaid in August for pickup in November from our hotel to cruise port, with preferred pickup time 11: 00 am. Before we left for trip, they changed pickup time to 1: 00pm. We waited for over an hour & they never showed up. They blamed traffic then said they had no control over their subcontractors & subcontractors felt no responsibility for not showing up. They did refund what we paid them, but the taxi they told us to take cost twice that amount. We will NEVER do business with this company again. They cannot be trusted.

The tour was not what I expected. First, it was supposed to be 8 hours, but it was more like 10. That would be excellent, except that I didn’t do or learn that much. The guide was 40 minutes late picking me up, and then spent 30ish minutes picking up other guests. Because our tickets for Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell were late in the day, we drove around to kill time. We stopped on Mont Juic, but the guide didn’t give us much information and what we were seeing, etc. We drove through th harbor area, again, lacking information. When we finally got to Sagrada Familia we were an hour early so he sent us to some “traditional” Spanish tapas place for lunch. It was awful. Inside Sagrada Familia we used an audio guide that was great. After that, we drove around again before Parc Guell. I was very excited to see Parc Guell but he didn’t even come inside with us, so I was left to wander alone through the park without much information. In all, this tour was not what I expected or wanted. In fact, the 2 hour free walking tour offered by Sandemans was MUCH better!
