L'agence Locabarcelona est idéale pour des locations étudiantes et pour des personnes étrangères. L'accueil est chaleureux et les échanges peuvent se faire dans plusieurs langues étrangères. Les locations sont "all inclusive" ce qui permet de ne pas souscrire à de nombreux contrats (électricité, gaz, internet,). Le personnel de l'agence est très disponible et très à l'écoute des besoins. Ils trouvent rapidement des solutions aux attentes. Vous êtes étudiants ou peu familier avec la langue espagnole, vous pouvez contacter Locabarcelona qui trouvera pour vous une solution logement.

I am moving to Barcelona in July for a few months and I was struggling to find 1.responsive agents 2.short term leases. LOCA Barcelona has been the best and easiest process.
Lucas initially reached out to me and Arthur conducted my visits - they are both very professional, efficient, and responsive! I don't live in Barcelona and Arthur was incredibly accommodating in virtual visits, letting my boyfriend see it for me, and the communication was great and fast!
I reserved an apartment within 2 weeks of working with them (I was looking for MONTHS). I am so happy and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality homes with short-term leases and responsive agents - To anyone trying to find an apartment now, I really recommend to start a while in advance, I honestly wish I would have looked sooner! I walked into their office without notice and was warmly received. On telling them I needed a new rental apartment to move in within a few days, Arthur helped me at once with urgency. He outlined what was needed and helped mitigate the paperwork. Within a week, I was able to move into a nice apartment. Everyone here seemed friendly and willing to help. Also, my poor Spanish skills were never an issue, as they spoke English/French. Gracias!

Cuidado con el sofá y los cojines, pillamos chinches y a primera vista se puede ver la cantidad de manchas “misteriosas” que hay. Muy atentos para cobrar pero para responder ante cosas tan simples como que las persianas no bajan y el internet no funciona, no responden. CUIDADO!

Avoid this agency at all costs!
Under the guise of a modern and reliable service hides good old customer disregard.

Saw multiple ads on idealista and decided to contact via the number. The first thing you experience is an overcomplicated means of getting in contact with the agent responsible for the apartment. The phone is picked up by someone, who is unable to route your call or delegate your interest to the agent. You just have to “write down” agent’s number and give a call yourself, no matter how inconvenient it is when you are giving a call yourself. And of course the number either does not exist or the agent is busy. There will be two-three back and forths, and you’ll be lucky if you manage to get the appointment.

After you have viewed the apartment, comes a usual request to send the documents. When that is done, the agency just ghosts you, giving initial impression of working on it. They don’t answer calls, they don’t answer whatsapp, they are just gone.

But the worst part is they ask you to pay a 130% fee upon signing the contract. I do not mind fees, but having seen complete absence of customer regard it feels like an insult.

If you’re looking for an apartment, do your research and try to avoid LOCA at all costs. Otherwise, you’re at risk of being matched with an agency that is just not in the mood of doing what they’re paid for.

Mi experiencia con Loca Barcelona ha sido 10000/10. Si hay algo complicado al llegar a Barcelona, es encontrar un piso para alquilar. Loca Barcelona me ha ayudado en todo momento, desde el minuto 1, y ha vuelto algo muy complicado en algo MUY FÁCIL. Muy buena disposición, rápida respuesta, pisos muy lindos y un excelente servicio post venta! He tenido problemas con la lavadora y de inmediato se han puesto en contacto con un técnico, y ese mismo día ya tenía todo solucionado. MUY recomendado!
