Local Cool Tour

We've visited Barcelona several times, but not since the interior of the Sagrada familia masterpiece was completed and open for mass. So this option of getting NO-wait tickets to it with a refresher of his other works was very attractive.

Our guide Rafael didn't fail.as we had a sight-packed stroll from the heart of the Gothic Qtr meeting point to Passeig de Gracia main Blvd.

He then left us at the Sagrada Familia with our reserved - NO wait tickets on our own with the good cellphone tour app to take as long as we wanted in this spectacular site.

One bonus I wasn't expecting was the logistic stroll thru the Gothic Qtr where he explained so much more that "just Gaudi".

I cannot begin to express how amazing our full day private tour of Barcelona was! Our guide was Pablo and he took us around to see many incredible sites from ancient to Gothic to modernista architecture. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the city, the development, the architecture and the culture. We enjoyed coffee at the opera house and a delicious tapas lunch on Carre de Padilla before visiting the Sagrada Familia and finishing the day at Parc Güell. Thank you Pablo for a memorable and perfect day in Barcelona that we will always treasure!

We want to give a shoot out to our tour guide Juan Pablo Marcotegui. He provided is a half day walking tour around Barcelona, Spain. He was detailed and friendly. We learned alot of the history of Gaudi and all the building structures Gaudi designed.

Great value for a private tour for four of us. Our guide Priscilla was terrific: knowledgable, friendly, perfect English. A much better alternative than the large groups of fifteen. However, the bikes were a bit rough, but OK. The rides are easy almost all flat. The only issue was we were taken on a tour that was not the one we booked and did not realise until it was too late. That was not the guides fault but just very poor communication by the organization. Despite this, we fully enjoyed the tour we went on and too in the other sites on our own.

Cancelled on us just a few days before our arrival to Barcelona. Really poor service. Should have communicated asap if did not have the availability so we could make other arrangements. Told me to cancel in French too, even though all our comms was in English and I had booked an English tour. Very odd. Will never try to book with them again.

This tour was amazing! We learned so much and had a great time. We had plenty of time in each of the three cities and got to see it all in one day! It’s very convenient and all of the locations are beautiful and interesting. Would definitely recommend Local Cool Tours and to request Fred if you can!
