Todos los platos eran perfectos, un ambiente encantador y todo el personal era servicial y agradable. Incluso recibimos 2 postres por cuenta de la casa mientras los niños tocaban el piano en el bar.

Me gusta mucho este restaurante de tapas. Los empleados son muy amables, conocedores y cálidos. Comimos hummus, calamares, patatas, croquetas de pollo y su vermú casero. Vale la pena una visita.

Los calamares y el pan tostado estaban deliciosos, muy recomendable, y la tortilla española sabía a curry, lo cual fue una pequeña sorpresa.

El postre es crema catalana, que creo que es normal y tiene un fuerte olor a huevo

"Un restaurante prometedor donde se sirve todo a la carta. Los platos del menú están cuidadosamente seleccionados y cada plato es una delicia para el paladar. Los camareros son muy serviciales y atentos a las necesidades de los clientes, y el propietario trabaja junto a ellos, lo que "Da un plus de confianza. Recomiendo el filete de ternera y el pulpo sobre una cama de puré de patatas; son excepcionales".

Tuvimos una experiencia desagradable aquí cuando traje a mi sobrino y a un par de personas más. Pedimos una botella de tinto de la casa y el chico intentó decirme que costaba $25. Eso es bastante barato en todos lados pero aquí no está en España pero como sea. Entonces trajo el vino. Era una botella de $5 por la que normalmente pagaría $15 en un restaurante. Cuanto más lo pensaba, más quería saber qué pasó, así que le preguntamos a otro camarero por la carta de vinos. Esa persona dijo “ok” y fue a buscarlo. Regresó y dijo que no tenían uno. Nos estaban estafando. Luego, el camarero se acercó a la mesa al final, presentó la máquina de tarjetas de crédito y me PIDIÓ una propina. Llevo tres meses en España comiendo fuera y nunca me han pedido propina. Siempre dejamos uno en efectivo (y eso hace infelices a nuestros amigos españoles) pero nos cuesta no dejar uno. Este lugar o al menos nuestro camarero bajito con pelo de esponja es un estafador. Lo último fue que nuestro vino no estaba en la factura, pero el cargo estaba en el extracto de la tarjeta de crédito.

Una experiencia agradable, tanto a nivel de comida como de personal. Ve con confianza y no te arrepentirás. ¡Gracias por la hospitalidad!

Tuvimos que comer temprano y con prisas, lo cual no supuso ningún problema ya que sirvieron la comida y las bebidas muy rápido. Encantadora decoración y ambiente, y la comida fue absolutamente increíble. Los calamares estaban perfectamente asados, el arroz negro era excelente, todo en el menú era muy bueno. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente y reserva si puedes!

Had splendid evening with my family at LOKAL BAR. It's a hidden gem outside of touristic centre of Barcelona. The food is outstanding, best tapas we had. There are also quite few options for vegetarians. Their service is on pro level. If Shan is waitressing your table then you're in good hands.

Beautiful food, lovely staff. The barman does the best strawberry daiquiri ever! By far our favourite find in Barcelona.

Absolutely amazing place, service and food. The reviewers are not wrong. We managed to get a table on Friday night without booking and had a really lovely experience. We'll be back.

Super sad experience. The food was average but the worst thing was that we wanted to sit inside and it was not possible due to many reservations (all the tables were free the whole evening). That is why we were sitting outside. We had to pay more (terrace price + ~10% more) but it was neither written on the menu nor said to us. The terrace was one table at the sidewalk.
To sum it up, no other guests inside but we sat outside and had to pay a high price for average tapas.

It was an experience this place. The food is very good, sangria is very autenthic, and the vibe is totally spanish. I recommend this place for all the people who are enjoying their first time in Barcelona. The service is good, the staff is very friendly and very attentive. You really have to try aged beef tagliata. It is such a nice service and interesting experience.

One of the best tapas restaurants we have eaten in Barcelona. The sangria, the salads, the batatas bravas and the sliced meat (I don’t remember the name now, but they set the dish on fire in front of you) are to die for, delicious. Staff is very friendly and were exceptional. Beautiful presentation of the dishes. We got a bottle of wine and they gifted us with a new one to take home, it made our anniversary dinner extra special. Thank you! A 100% recommended if you are in the Eixample area.

Really great place!
The food was perfect, tasty and nicely plated. The burned rosemary “show” for the steak is a nice experience and the dish itself is a must!
The owners are very nice people and you feel their warmth and their passion in what they do.
We will definitely come back here.

(Here was first shop on Spain, So we had to order Jamon. But it is better to order other dishes. The reason why you can taste Jamon at everywhere in Spain and average qualities is good.)

Escape the busy streets of Barcelona to check out this amazing restaurant with local food and excellent service. The staff here are incredibly nice and the food is exactly what we needed to get acquainted to local flavours. Their Hugo cocktail is fantastic and you must try their steak, which comes out with a bush of rosemary that they light on fire to infuse a smokey flavour into the meat. An exciting experience!

Fantastic, we had to order seconds of the croquettes with chicken.
Really good hummus, sausage and green salad.
Bread with tomato was perfect.
We need to return to eat more from the menu.

I camerieri sono molto bravi, il locale è molto raffinato, il cibo è veramente ottimo e abbondante, forse servirebbe più varietà per vegetariani, ma lo consigliamo assolutamente

Food wasn't good, wasn't bad. Way overpriced. Most expensive dinner in BCN and worst quality. Service was good though and so was sangria!

Very nice place for having a dinner.the food is very good.the place is quite small but good.they have a bunch of options for wines.the price is OK for the area.we tried to eat there one day before and they said they did not have tables available but there were some tables empty with that "reserved " sign.another day we went there with a table booked but that was the same way, some tables empty, that doesn't make any sense.but it's very good guys, I recommend.anyway, go ahead with it and enjoy guys.

Amazing tapas and very nice staff. Everything is home made and prepared with so much care and attention. Highly recommend!

Very delicious food. Even though sangria is not the cheapest, best one I‘ve ever had in Barcelona. Patatas bravas & gazpacho were super yummie.
