Lugaris Beach

Es simplemente un gran lugar para las vacaciones. Cerca de la playa, cerca del metro y cerca de todo tipo de restaurantes y cafeterías. El servicio es muy educado y servicial y, lo que es importante, siempre en contacto.

Es el mejor lugar para hospedarte si tienes una familia muy grande, te lo recomiendo 100 % limpio y muy buen servicio al cliente y la playa está al frente.

Muy buenos apartamentos. Personal amable y servicial. Excelente ubicación cerca de la playa, pero un poco más lejos de lo que pensaba del centro de Barcelona. Un montón de lugares fantásticos para comer y beber cerca. ¡Volvería a reservar!

¡Definitivamente volvería a elegir Lugaris Beach Apartaments cuando visite Barcelona! Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar:
-localización perfecta cerca del bulevar costero, a 600 m de la estación de metro, pero caminar hasta La Rambla también es corto y agradable.
-El mantenimiento del apartamento es EXCELENTE. Interiores limpios y perfumados, accesorios y equipamiento completo.
-personal servicial
-lugar de estacionamiento seguro

Excelente opción. Muy limpio y bien gestionado. Tenga en cuenta que no hay "servicio" en caso de estancia corta, no es como el servicio de hotel, pero de todos modos es una gran opción. Habitaciones grandes. Bien situado. A menos de 10 minutos andando de la estación de metro.

Gran lugar para alojarse con la familia o amigos! Interiorismo minimalista, al apartamento no le falta de nada, es amplio y luminoso. Cómodo y excelentemente ubicado cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo, así como de la Rambla de Poblenou, con muchos lugares para comer y admirar.
Excelente y rápido servicio de Lugaris Apartments. Vale la pena el precio. La única recomendación sería agregar un paso a paso para que los niños accedan fácilmente a los baños.:)

Excelente experiencia Habitación limpia con muchos servicios. Zona tranquila. Cerca de la playa, pero a poca distancia de varios puntos de interés.

Me decepcionó mucho cuando llegué al apartamento del hotel, no había un olor agradable en la habitación, y para no sentirlo, tuvimos que comprar un agente aromatizante, además no es posible usar agua en la cocina, huele a algo malo. La cama no es muy cómoda, dos colchones de calidad baratos conectados se separan y te caes en un agujero. En general, el precio no se corresponde con la calidad del hotel. La única ventaja que obtienes es un área agradable y fácil acceso al metro, autobús, restaurantes y playa.

Excelente y amplio apartamento. La ubicación era excelente, con acceso a la playa y muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca. ¡Disfrutamos nuestro fin de semana en Barcelona alojándonos en Lugaris!

Great location. Taking the metro system from the airport is easy. A couple transfer was a walk in the park.a 10 minute walk to the apartment. Great staff. I visit Spain every year.

Nice apartment, in a very nice location across from the beach. Up and coming neighborhood just outside the city center. Restaurants and supermarket close by. Across the street from the Mediterranean.
About a 15 min cab ride to Gothic quarter. Or you can take public transportation. Great for a family stay

Ubicación muy buena para ir a la playa y disfrutar se Poblenau. Zona tranquila para dormir y pasear.
El piso está muy bien, la atención excelente y su decoración muy alegre.
Lo único malo es el Lobby compartido con otros pisos del edificio que está muy descuidado.

Nous qui pensions être tombé sur un superbe appartement au vue des photos affichées, et bien non…. À notre arrivé ils nous ont fait patienter avec 1heure de retard de leurs part pour nous livrer l’appartement. À notre arrivée dans l’appartement propreté médiocre, cheveux dans la douche, miettes au sol, cafard retrouvé dans la cuisine, sommier de notre fils complètement troué, pas d’eau chaude, niveau insonorisation nous entendons absolument tout. De même pour ce qui s’agit de la piscine qui n’est absolument pas ce qu’ils nous vendent sur internet. En bref, il y a simplement l’emplacement qui est positif. Ça ne vaut absolument pas son prix. Nous sommes très très très déçu de notre séjour.

Hotel q dice tener más estrellas de las q realmente tiene. La ubicación es magnífica, inmejorable, pero si o si hay q hacer refacciones en sus habitaciones y mejorar el servicio, vasos de cartón en las piezas superiores y en las duchas no hay para el jabón y/o acondicionador de pelo. El desayuno en su terraza es muy bueno.

Not as advertised. Room was not properly cleaned. Our view was horrible (even though we requested a nice view). We were looking at other units. The hallways, lobby, and elevators are old and outdated. We were not happy with the apartment.

It was very average stay. We have booked a premium apartment for our 4 nights stay in Barcelona. Our flight was arriving after 9pm so we had to book a late check-in which costs €30. It would have been ok if not for the rules that apartments put onto their customers. They leave a letter for you that you need to come down the second day to properly check-in as the key they have given you is only for one night. Not even for 24hrs but for literally one night. They also say you can come down only after 12pm as that’s when they open on Sunday. We had plans that day and went to town to visit few museums and other places. When I called to the reception to ask for details of this rule and to say that I am in town and it is really inconvenient to come back, the lady just said that I need to do it and that’s it. And that they are closing by 6: 30 pm. When I arrived back to the apartment I needed to pick up the passport from the room but my key wouldn’t work anymore. If I had gone in the morning to the bakery as planned and came back I wouldn’t be able to use the key until the reception opens. They literally lock out their customers, who btw pay in full the price for the accommodation upfront.
After all this hassle, nobody even apologised for the inconvenience.
Room was ok, not a premium. Doesn’t look like on the pictures at all. Lots of pieces requiring maintenance (for example shower has a broken tap).
There are lots of places in Barcelona to choose from so I would not be coming back to Lugaris apartments

Stayed here for 4 nights, really good apartment. It had everything, even if it was small. I arrived at 13: 00 and the check in was smooth, I left my luggage on the locker and at 18: 30 came back to set in. The staff answer all my questions and guided me thru the apartment. Location wise, I love the beach front view and it’s right by the Poblenou rambla and the metro station is also kind of close.

Unfortunately, I was a guest of this hotel for 5 days. Apart from the great location - right by the sea - nothing else attracted my attention.
Pros: location, coffee machine in the kitchen
Cons: a room for four people with one window, it was called a suite - in fact it was a studio where two people had to sleep on the couch / extra bed and two people on the bed.
Staff that was an outside service and it was impossible to contact them
No balcony
The flow in the bathtub - the water could stand all day
Too high rental price for what we received

Great location, next to the beach and quick transport into town. Get the superior room if you can

Great location and contemporary accommodation. Unfortunately extremely cheap and uncomfortable furniture that gives a bad overall taste. Poor sound insulation internal and external.

Une très belle semaine au Lugaris Beach de Barcelone. Comme d’habitude service très professionnel et agréable. Appartement très spacieux, propre et calme malgré l’affluence touristique. Accès facile au centre ville de BCN et proximité des plages et du quartier de Poblenou en pleine mutation et de sa Rambla très vivante. Bref on reviendra.

Great stay, the apartment had everything you'd need for a longer vacation. Close to the beach and a large number of restaurants, but none really close so it was quiet. I'd definitely stay here again

I stayed for 2 months in a 1 bed flat on the first floor overlooking the green park. The location of Lugaris is absolutely fantastic. On the beach and next to Poblenou Village centre. The apartment was basic with a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, clothes rack etc. Professional cleaner once a week. The staff always responded quickly and were super friendly.
It was slightly overpriced but I do highly recommended them!

Very homey, in a family oriented neighborhood, near the beach, lots of cafes and eating options nearby, staff very friendly and helpful!

Great location for those that dont want to be in a touristy part of town and would like proximity to the seafront. Excellent views from the 5th floor sea view apt we rented! Pleasant and helpful staff and useful to have an office to check in and out, ask questions, etc. The one thing i would fault them on is that, for the price, the apartments could be better maintained. They were not in terrible shape but not tip top either.

We booked our stay on the company's website, and were really looking forwrard to a nice apartment, but sadly our expecations weren't met. We were met with an overcrowded reception room with staff that were not so nice. We requested a high level apartment, and received a 1st floor stay. I actually think because we had kids. The apartment was dark, unlike the websites pictures, bare white walls, a few thin towels, beds that were uncomfortable, a fridge that was turned off, and sinks that were dripping water everywhere. I was saddened as the website displayed a much nicer family apartment. However we didn't let this ruin our stay. The location was excellent, right on the beach and one could walk into the city, too. There were great restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and shops around the corner. The apartment was quiet, and that was very important for us, too. Overall we would come back again as the location was great and we would know what we would be getting. The staff could maybe be a little nicer, and possibly the apartments could be looked after a little bit better. The showers and sinks were quite old with lots of mold around. The apartments need some remodeling and decorating, be better managed and maintained.

Stayed there for a month and a half (partly working remotely, partly for exploring the city) and our heart ache when we had to leave. That basically sums up our feelings and experience. Fantastic location next tot the sea, superb rooms and even greater service - during our longer stay we had lots of small requests which were all fulfilled immediately. Fell in love with the friendly neighborhood as well, and that the sea and the park is literally in front of the building.
Definitely plan to go back and not to look for any other options (although I checked a lot, even spent 10 days in another AirBNB which just didn't meet any criteria in facilities nor in service - so I know what I'm talking about).

Hôtel ou plus appart hotel qui disposent d’appartements spacieux et bien équipés.
L’emplacement est tout à fait exceptionnel, à quelques pas de la plage.
Si vous souhaitez rejoindre l’hyper centre, il faut compter 20/25 mn de marche à pied ou prendre le métro à 800mn de l’hôtel.
Certains appartements disposent d’une vue mer (dont le notre un appartement Family), présence d’une piscine sur le toit avec vue mer d’un côté et ville de l’autre.
Un parking est également disponible au pied de l’hôtel. Tarifs modérés ou gratuit avec un code (un coupon était disponible sur le site).
Espaces communs très propres.
L’appartement Family est spacieux, deux chambres, deux wc et sdb. Salle de séjour avec une très belle vue donc.
Les équipements sont également à la hauteur. Électroménagers de qualité et moderne.
Literie haut de gamme.
Petites attentions dans l’appartement à notre arrivée.
Le séjour dans cette belle ville de Barcelone s’est révélée exceptionnel!

I stayed for 3 weeks in the Business Sea View Apartment on the 5th floor. The apartment was just great with a well equipped kitchen. Cleaning once a week and one can choose the dates. The staff was almost reachable and very friendly.
Highly recommended!

Les appartements et la résidence sont très propres, bien agencés et calmes. L’hôtel est idéalement situé près de la plage, des restaurants, commerce, ligne de bus et métro sans avoir les nuisances.

Very rude and unprofessional staff.
We requested to extend our stay, although we had a confirmation they didn't accept making different excuses. We had a lot of problems as we had to move out quickly and find another hotel with a family and the management didn't care at all.
The rooms are also very dark and difficult to stay more than few days.

I chose Lugaris for a long stay in Barcelona and it was a very good experience. The location is really great, you are close to the beaches and public transport by metro or Bus. Also Poblenou is a really nice neighborhood, almost no need to leave it for other places in Barcelona.

Nice and friendly staff, no problems.

A stable internet in the pool area would be a good improvement.

I will likely come back next year.

Fourth stay in Lugaris beach. As usual a superb sea view appartment with all confort, an dedicated and very helpful team (thank you Maria Eva and Pia). Perfect localization near Poblenou Rambla and larges beaches. A reference.

Points positifs: Appartement confortable et proche plages
Points négatifs: trop de vis a vis, pas de balcons, appartements sombre, et vaisselles non adaptées à la machine lave vaisselle.
Conciergerie: Rigide, peut serviable et limite malhonnête

Correct mais rien d'exceptionnel.
Accueil et réception plutôt accueillant a l'écoute.
Petit plus c'est la plage a 200 mètres centre ville a 3km l'hôtel est juste a côté des ramblas de poblenou.
La piscine sur le toit nen nest pas une c'est plutôt une patogeoir.

Bardzo dobre miejsce, czyste z bardzo miłą obsługą. Lokalizacja wymarzona do odpoczynku, bardzo blisko plaży i blisko do centrum Barcelony. Miejsce to posiada również bardzo klimatyczny basen na dachu z fajnymi widokami. Chętnie wrócę tam przy najbliższej okazji.
Très bon endroit, propre avec un personnel très gentil. L'emplacement est parfait pour se détendre, très proche de la plage et du centre de Barcelone. L'endroit dispose également d'une piscine sur le toit très atmosphérique avec de belles vues.

Great for family. We stayed here two adults and four older children a week in Jan 2019. Two good bedrooms and a living room with bed-sofas. Clean. Bathrooms are big and nice. Kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped.

Location is very good close to the beach and the relaxed and charming Poble Nou neighbourhood. Walk up the local Ramblas de Poble Nou. A bit long to walk into town and back with kids but otherwise no problem.

Great location and facilities. Close to beach and parks. Nice roof top patio. Internet is a bit in and out but is great, clean and quiet.

Nice apartment hotel near the beach at reasonable price, courteous staff and spacious.we arrived around 12 noon and our room was ready which was a plus.

Très content de notre séjour au Lugaris Beach. Accueil sympathique et chaleureux à notre arrivée. Il nous a été proposé avec gentillesse différents services: achat de billets pour un match au camp nou, réservation au restaurant ainsi que des conseils pratiques durant notre séjour. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, propre avec tous le confort et le nécessaire, top: deux salles de bain! Piscine au 5ème étage plutôt sympa avec terrasse et vue sur le quartier. Le quartier justement (Poblenou), il mérite d'être visité. La mer est juste en face. Nous avons pris l'option vue sur mer mais bof car les fenêtres donnaient sur le côté de l'immeuble et non face à la mer, top: service ménage inclus dans la prestation. Le Métro (Poblenou) à peine dix minutes de marche et arrêt de bus pour se rendre à l'aéroport juste à côté de l'immeuble. Pour finir, je recommande cet apparhôtel pour passer quelques jours sympathiques à Barcelone et ses alentours.

We stayed here for a week in 2016 it was clean and really close to both the beach and Barcelona city. We would love to stay again for our 30th wedding anniversary but only for a couple of nights. Is this possible?

We loved our stay. The staff was extremely nice and helpful with things that came up. The room is simple but has everything needed. The bed was comfortable!

Nos cambiaron el piso por uno mejor por amor al arte, los problemas que tuvimos en el piso nos los arreglaron rápidamente. Por decir algo malo, las paredes parecen de papel y escuchas al vecino con mucha facilidad.
