Hola,
He abierto este hilo para informar a todos los usuarios que Marc de la tienda MADE4AUDIO lleva meses sin contestar mis correos y después de hacer una compra de un micro por 1089 Euros no he recibido nada y no me ha devuelto el dinero, ir al ojo con esta tienda porque no es nada seria y puede pasaros a vosotros.
No quiero joder a nadie pero tampoco quiero que se jodan otros por gente así.

Nada recomendado, si puede evitarlo, como en otro sitio. Atención al cliente y servicio pre y post venta lamentable.

Compre un distressor stereo a muy buen precio y tardó en llegar entre 6 y 7 días laborables. Todo perfecto, quizás un poquito más de comunicación hubiera estado mejor pero fué correcto.

Very poor communication.
I ordered two microphones, specifying that I was in a rush and would only order if he could post them very soon. He confirmed they were in stock and ready to ship. After 9 days without having shipped them, I found out that the stock he had mentioned having was already sold to some other clients, and they were waiting for a delivery.
As I was in a rush I cancelled the order. It took almost five weeks, three more emails, and a phone call to finally get a refund. He stocks good equipment, but at least from the customer service side, I cannot recommend the experience.
A delay is understandable, especially during covid, but the communication about the delay was very poor, and has taken me many hours to fix.
