Le pedí a Rihanna que me hiciera una manicura con goma laca y estuvo increíble. Tan amable y tanta atención al detalle. Como alguien que es muy leal a su tecnología de uñas, me preocupaba no encontrar un servicio tan bueno fuera de casa. Esto fue mejor de lo que podría haber esperado.

I had a really bad experience in this place!
First time, I had manicure with gel, which was broken in two days. “It’s okay, it could be” - I said.

Btw, next day other nails was broken too. Never mind.

Just boost your service standard please, maybe write a manual to your stuff what topics is polite or impolite, how to behave with a client; what to do, if some master late (I wait for 20 min, think it’s too much)

Muy mal servicio y pésima atención al cliente. Solo llegar la “Manager” con tono irónico me pregunta el servicio y me dice que no hay espacio pero se sienta ella misma a hacérselo.

Sin embargo, si te lo puedes permitir, es un lugar agradable con un personal agradable.

La mejor experiencia que he tenido nunca! Finalmente he encontrado un lugar en Barcelona que complace todas mis expectativas! Un excelente trato al cliente, las especialistas de muy alta nivel tanto en zona de estética como en peluquería! Y se dedica mucha atención al higiene, todo el material es de único uso o pasa por una esterilización potente.lamentablemente en Barcelona por lo general los salones no les dan mucha importancia a estas cosas. Asi que me siento muy afortunado de haber encontrado este sitio! Muy muy recomendable!

The receptionist was very rude when I asked to get a pedicure. She sent me away. It was like when Julia Roberts goes to the store in Pretty Woman- super snooty and acted like I didn’t belong in there. I hope they treat others better. It’s no problem they couldn’t fit me in, but no need to be rude about it.

Muy contenta con el resultado, hacía mucho que no salía tan feliz con el resultado final, Simona es una gran profesional, supo perfectamente lo que quería y consiguió un corte de pelo sensacional y un baño de color que le ha dado mucho brillo a mi pelo, además los productos que utilizó son de muy buena calidad. Repetiré sin duda.

Wonderful place! I used to go there often when I lived in Barcelona. They have the most comfortable pedicure chairs ever (with massage function). The entire place is extremely relaxing. Normally I don't love doing my nails because I get bored, but this nail bar was a true escape place for me.

Pensé que no le darían importancia a mi comentario, pero para mi sorpresa me llamaron, varias veces por que no dieron conmigo. La gerente, Olga me pidió disculpas y yo fui a explicárselo en persona. Me recibieron Natalia, la encargada del local y Maria, la manicurista que me había atendido. Fueron muy atentas y educadas. Además de ofrecerme un servicio gratis en compensación, se mostraron realmente preocupadas y profesionales. Hace tiempo no recibo un trato así en Barcelona. Quiero disculparme por mi comentario anterior, estaba enfadada y antes debí haber llamado y comentado con ellas. Estoy contenta y espero ser cliente por mucho tiempo más. I had waxing done and they were so attentive I decided to come back the next day for a haircut. Christine was fantastic.

I went to get a haircut here on the suggestion of a very stylish friend of mine from Russia. I was pleasantly surprised at how great the whole experience was. The staff is very professional yet light hearted and fun. As for the haircut, from the first moment I met the stylist I knew it would be a good cut. She studied the shape of my head and knew exactly what to do. All the furniture is very comfortable and the products they use are top! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates taking care of themselves.

So far the only place in BCN where you get right quality of manicure and pedicure. Expensive, but worth it

The decor is so chic and modern and the staff are so attentive to details. They work very hard on your cuticles which I love and ensure the shaping is what you desire. Went for a manicure shellac with removal and maybe another service? Total cost 60 euros. Shout out to Maria for her service.

I was in complete despair because of my hair problems: it was extremely dry and damaged. After trying a world of different useless treatments, I took the advice of a friend of mine and went to Mahash for anti-frizz agave treatment and the result was absolutely fabulous. I'm so grateful and happy to have found such a professional hair treatment team. Highly recommend to everyone!

Absolutely PHENOMENAL, serene salon.my manicurist was CRISTINA. She was FABULOUS. She was so meticulous and thorough with every single nail, as well as gentle and fun to talk with.
