Super bien atendido de Laura a esta local. Tuve que empacar en una caja una camera y otra material súper frágil y Laura lo ha preparado y empacado en una manera súper profesional y con mucho cariño. ¡Tus paquetes estarán en buenas manos aquí! ¡Muchas gracias Laura!

Tracte pessim i desagradable. Necessitava precintar un sobre i enganxar la etiqueta, pero aparentment suposava massa molestia deixar usar cinta. No en tinc a casa, i sense precinte el sobre estaria obert. He hagut de demanar de posar-n'hi mes jo mateix ja que al primer cop m'ho ha posat fatal i amb males ganes, donant-me lliçonetes. Un altre dia vaig a una altre sucursal abans que aquesta.

He entregat un paquet d’UPS i la gestió ha estat molt eficient! M’ha atès un senyor molt amable. Totalment recomanable!

Atención muy desagrada y borde. Fui a devolver un paquete y en vez de explicarme el porqué no lo recogía de formar tranquila se puso muy borde porque no lo lleve empaquetado

Horari de 9 a 19 i si tens un paquet d’amazon vigila.que l’horari és fins les 18h i clar, a les 18.30 no te’l poden donar.

Trato muy desagradable por parte de la persona que tienen en recepción (al menos en mi caso). Cero predisposición a contestar al par de dudas de rigor que puedes tener al realizar un envío. Practicamente niega hasta el saludo al entrar.

Very helpful staff, my wife and I needed to ship luggage back to the USA for one of her coworkers who forgot it when they left (what kind of an idiot forgets their luggage?). They were incredibly helpful even with our very limited Spanish got it sent out with little to no trouble and at a much better rate than FedEx would have through my wife's corporate account.
