Estuve allí con mis padres durante nuestras vacaciones.

El hotel está muy bien mantenido y muy limpio. ¡La ubicación frente a la playa es genial! La comida estaba bien. Mi padre y yo podíamos utilizar el spa y la sauna todos los días. También se puede pasar un poco de ejercicio en el pequeño gimnasio.

¡Pero un gran elogio para el personal! Todos (incluido el personal de limpieza) son extremadamente amables y serviciales. A mi mamá no le fue muy bien durante la estadía. El personal hizo todo lo posible para que un médico llegara allí de inmediato. Debido a la situación, se proporcionó arroz de forma gratuita. También preguntaron diariamente sobre el bienestar de mi mamá. Se puede ver el amor y la pasión que cada miembro del personal tiene por su trabajo. ¡Realmente absolutamente genial! Recomendación clara!

Qué pequeño hallazgo absolutamente sorprendente. Es un pequeño trozo de paraíso en la costa española. Las habitaciones son frescas y limpias, todo el personal es encantador y está dispuesto a hacer un esfuerzo adicional por usted. La comida es mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos, hay muchas opciones todos los días. Soy vegetariano y a menudo me cuesta encontrar variedad de comida en el extranjero. Este no fue el caso en absoluto, definitivamente lo recomendaría. El uso diario del spa y las tumbonas en la playa estaba incluido, por lo que es una pequeña ventaja. A solo unos minutos de llegar a la playa, es un lugar relajante donde alojarse. La recepcionista incluso nos dio indicaciones para llegar a la estación de abajo para coger el tren a Barcelona. También hay muchas tiendas y vida nocturna en el área local. Definitivamente lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque unas vacaciones relajantes y sin niños.

Hotel increíble, buena ubicación. La playa está a sólo un minuto. El personal del hotel es muy servicial. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas e incluso tienen dulces de bienvenida.

El desayuno tiene una amplia variedad de artículos para elegir. Si te gusta el café, el desayuno también ofrece leche de avena, leche de soja, leche desnatada y leche entera. Muy exclusivo.

No te pierdas los Croissant recién horneados, están riquísimos.

Gran habitación + balcón, piscina al aire libre muy pequeña, los horarios de las comidas eran extraños y la playa justo enfrente del hotel era ideal.

El hotel está limpio, se limpian todos los días, simplemente no tendrían que encender el aire acondicionado en octubre. Es inútil para mí porque las noches ya son bastante frías e ir a una habitación donde hace más frío que afuera es una locura El personal es fantástico, excepto una recepcionista que estaba confundida acerca de nuestro coche de alquiler y no pudo proporcionar más información. A continuación nos dejamos llevar por el jacuzzi gratuito, tan frío como una piscina clásica, y eso me desanimó mucho. No sé cómo funciona en España, pero normalmente en casa, en la República Checa, estamos acostumbrados a un jacuzzi caliente y a no pasar una hora en el agua que forma torpemente una especie de corriente y después de un día entero de frío.viento, no me divertí. Así que para mí esto es un gran inconveniente.
El desayuno está buenísimo, verduras dulces, saladas, etc, aunque todos los días es igual, pero puedes sobrevivir si comes algo diferente cada día

Todo fue genial, el hotel fue horrible, fuimos con media pensión y me alegro de no haber ido con todo incluido.

La ubicación del hotel es genial. Justo en la playa. Teníamos una suite junior en el sexto piso con vista panorámica al mar. Único. Como extra agradable recibimos tumbonas y sombrillas en la playa, así como el uso del minibar. La playa estaba muy limpia.

No me gustó · El personal del restaurante y especialmente del chiringuito fue, salvo contadas excepciones, muy antipático e incluso grosero. Algunos incluso arrogantes. Esto realmente alteró el ambiente relajado de las vacaciones. Cuando habló con el personal de recepción al respecto, prometieron mejorar la situación. Pero después de eso no pasó nada. Muy desafortunado.
La comida estaba bien. Fue un poco molesto que platos pequeños que no se consumieron la noche anterior se mezclaran con la ensalada grande del día siguiente.

No me alojaba en este hotel, sino en el cercano Bon Repos, en las casitas.
Así que no puedo decir nada sobre el hotel en sí. El restaurante que visitamos era de alto nivel y la comida era excelente.

Muy limpio, muy moderno hotel tipo boutique, justo en la playa. La única comida que tuvimos fue el desayuno, que fue excelente. Ambiente muy relajado solo para adultos, tumbonas siempre disponibles y piscina cubierta y spa una opción encantadora.

La habitación vistas al sur era genial grande y bonita. El trato exquisito, comimos una paella (que la hacen en el hotel) en el chiringuito de enfrente con las vistas del mar, muy buena. El buffet no ha sido el mejor que he estado pero tampoco era malo, o sea que podría mejorar ciertas cosas y sería excelente, eso sí la presentación de la bollería del almuerzo se te van los ojos. El trato del personal es difícil de mejorar, gracias a todos por como nos habéis tratado. La piscina es pequeña pero suficiente y con elementos de spa, como el jacuzzi que hace que sea genial, y unas tumbonas súper cómodas. Y una mención especial a Mónica que me hizo un masaje relajante 5 estrellas que nadie debería perderse. Increible

Segunda vez que vamos. Buen servicio, instalaciones excelentes, decoración original y excelente ubicación. Recomendable con precios fuera de temporada alta

Restauration bonne surtout le petit dej. Personnel agréable surtout au restaurant et les femmes de ménage.
Super emplacement près de la mer et de la ville.
Le spa est très agréable.
Quelques petits points faibles: le prix du parking exorbitant 20 euros par jour, personne ne parle français à la réception alors qu il y a bcp de français à l hôtel, il fait trop froid dans les communs, réception et restaurant.
Nous reviendrons certainement.

Precioso hotel, personal muy amable y detallista, habitaciones súper bien equipadas, cama comodisima y vistas al mar infinitas. Recomendable todo en general, volvería sin dudarlo

Hotel a pie de playa, habitaciones muy bonitas con una gran terraza, muy buen bufete, personal atento y simpáticos. Hotel perfecto, pero una mañana se les coló una familia con 2 niños en la piscina y estuvieron jugando por las instalaciones de la piscina más de 1 hora y se fueron cuando quisieron ellos, no porque los echara el Hotel, pues los camareros e incluso la animadora no dijeron nada. Si vine a este hotel y pague un sobre costo fué por el Only adult.

Hotel muy bien situado, buena limpieza, personal agradable. El buffet del desayuno completo y de calidad. Cocina en vivo. Personal de animación siempre atenta de los clientes del hotel. Por la noche música en vivo en la terraza.

Me alojé en el Hotel Allegria por segunda vez. La primera fue en 2019. A diferencia de 2019 encontramos las habitaciones sucias, llenas de pelos del 'huésped de enfrente tanto en la habitación como en el baño. Incluso en las toallas lavadas había pelos y cabellos pegados en los tejidos de las toallas. La calidad de la comida se ha deteriorado considerablemente y el personal del restaurante es definitivamente deficiente. La situación más espeluznante se produjo en el restaurante: la pareja de la mesa de al lado había terminado su comida y abandonado la sala. El camarero comprueba los vasos y se da cuenta de que hay dos sin usar. Los pone de nuevo en la mesa para los próximos invitados. ¡ESTO EN TIEMPO COVID!
Elegimos la fórmula de todo incluido para evitar más cargos sobre el precio ya muy importante. Nos encontramos con que tuvimos que pagar la mitad del precio por varias bebidas. No los de lujo, sólo un latte macchiato, cuando el café está incluido en el todo incluido y un vaso de leche caliente también.
Una pena, el sitio es bonito, pero no volveremos por la decadencia de la dirección.

Really enjoyed our stay! Rooms are spacious with a nice balcony and comfortable beds. Breakfast has everything you could want and is kept stocked and neat at all times. For 12 euro's also a very reasonable price. We enjoyed lunch at the beach club which was also good. The first night we went out for dinner outside the hotel but were disappointed with the quality and enjoyed the buffet dinner at the hotel the rest of our stay. For 15 euro's a good deal and the food was pretty good. Staff surprised us with nice touches such as a mini bottle of bubbles delivered to our room. Overall would recommend if you are looking for a carefree lazy beach vacation.

Mein Mann und ich machen nun das zweite Jahr in Folge in diesem Hotel Urlaub und das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption arbeitet eine sehr freundliche russischsprechende Dame, namens Solveiga, die uns bei allen Anliegen weitergeholfen hat. Weiterhin arbeitet noch eine russischsprachige Frau an der Rezeption, die sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist, deren Namen ich leider nicht kenne. Letztes Jahr war bei unserem Aufenthalt keine russischsprachige Rezeptionistin, jedoch kam dann die Hoteldirektion, die Deutsch konnte und hat uns bei unserer Anmeldung geholfen. Eine sehr nette und freundliche Frau, die uns dieses Jahr tatsächlich wiedererkannt und uns sehr freundschaftlich begrüßt hat. Ein großes Highlight, was uns in Erinnerung bleibt sind die Croissants, die einfach nur fantastisch geschmeckt haben! Die Mitarbeiter im Hotelrestaurant sind sehr schnell und räumen auch das dreckige Geschirr vom Tisch direkt weg. Dieses Jahr hat uns unter anderem Lisa bedient, eine sehr freundliche und liebe Mitarbeiterin, die ein Praktikum absolviert und aus Russland kommt. Am Abend gibt jeden Tag an der Bar ein abwechslungsreiches Programm mit Spielen und guter Musik. Dort arbeiten auch zwei sehr charmante und sympathische russischsprechende Damen- Anna und Tanja, die uns bei unserer Getränkewahl gut beraten haben. Man hat einen sehr guten Zugang zum Meer und das Wasser ist so klar, dass man den Sand sieht. Wir waren im August dort und das Wasser hatte eine sehr angenehme Temperatur von 25 Grad.

Here at the moment, hotel and staff fantastic, lovely Halloween party. Only thing is the whole town is virtually closed down for the winter and this hotel closes on Sunday the day we leave! Wasn't a good first impression from the reception when we booked in as to what time we were leaving as the hotel locks it's doors for the winter on that day! Food not very warm, which again for so few guests should be piping hot! You can warm up in the microwave provided though Booked through Secret escapes and think we should have been made aware that it was the very end of season. Apart from that little moan would visit again in high season.

Our second visit to this adults-only hotel. Buffet style food is generally very good. The all inclusive drinks are branded and free pour. Being a small hotel, it's very friendly. Of course everybody saves sunbeds and nobody does anything about it but I suppose that's Brits abroad.

La ubicación y trato del personal excelente. El precio incluía aparcamiento y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no tenían plaza para nosotros, una decepción porque deberían hacer mejor previsión en este sentido. Las habitaciones con encanto pero un poco pequeñas y estrechas, apenas puedes moverte. El balcón terraza con vistas al mar lo arregló bien. El bufet bastante variado y muy rico en ensaladas. Repetiremos!

L'équipe vous rend service avec professionnalisme et plaisir. L'établissement est bien situé et les chambres ont vu sur mer donnant directement sur la plage. Très bon buffet très varié sans affecter la qualité. L'accès au spa est compris dans le séjour. Un verre de bienvenue offert. Il vaut ses 4 étoiles

Warning! Our first holiday to Spain was in this hotel, but we will never book it again! When we asked a receptionist where to wait for the shuttle wich we already have paid when we booked the hotel with all inclusive-and she just show us the door and said, There, in front of the door! " We are not spanish to know where is collecting point, so thats why we asked her! In the morning we realised that shuttle was gone to aeroport without us! We paid 128 euro for taxi, so we dont miss our plain! From hotel after, when we wanted our money back, because it was receptionost lie and we missed the shuttle because of her unprofesionality! -they said its not their fault and refuse to give our money back! Dont use that hotel, there are very rude to the people and greedy!

Great hotel, staff are friendly and provide good service.
Pity that in the covered and enclosed bar area Smoking is permitted.
Last night great musician (not so good a singer) but bar area emptied as people could not stand the smoke any more, including our group of eight, so don't know how many were left for the end of his performance.
Easy result, remove ashtrays and only place on outside bar tables.

Hôtel vraiment magnifique.le personnel est toujours très accueillant, les buffets sont variés, frais et excellents. La propreté est irréprochable. Un endroit très cosy où il fait bon passer ses vacances. Aucun point négatif.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. The only downside for me was not a great variety of choice in the restaurant but saying that what was on offer was very good quality and presented well.
I plan to use this hotel in the future as both my wife and I had a wonderful stay.

Having a lovely time at this small and friendly hotel. Rooms are clean with very comfortable beds and a fantastic shower, we were also lucky enough to get a pool view on the 4th floor but the room is small which isn't a problem but the lack of storage is a bit of an issue as we are here for 2 weeks, staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you, we have been on cruises and the staff here are just as good if not better, the language barrier can be difficult at times because most don't speak great English but it made us laugh a few times. The food is good with plenty of choice but it can be a little cold but a microwave is available. The only downsides are uncomfortable sunbed around the pool not good if you suffer with a bad back, and the pool is very cold, would definitely return to this hotel

El hotel esta muy bien, la gente es un poco sosa igual que el bufet libre, me ha desaparecido un porro de la habitacion ya liado. Pero la habitacion muy limpia y cama muy comoda.

Lovely very clean hotel.all staff are very pleasant and rooms have all you need including shampoo soap toothbrush and toothpaste.hairdryer tv and even a kettle and cups which is great.safes are for a fee of 20euros a week.cannot fault this beach front hotel which also has a free gym and spa/sauna.happy holidays

Wonderful clean and friendly hotel. Direct beach access, where the pool looks directly at the sea. The food was the standard fare but had enough options for a picky eater. The reason it is not getting 5stars is due to the neighbors. It is located right next to a campground that had parties with a loudspeaker until well past midnight.

Review only about beach bar of the hotel: Great drinks and tapas seaside. Diverse menu for a beach mood. Assorted cocktail menu. All white decor. Like the hotel.

Prices on the moderate to high end as compared to places farther away from the beach, but reasonable due to be in the beach. Be patient on service speed during peak hours.

Since upgrading to a suite it's much better with the mini bar and veranda overlooking the sea. Here's two pics taken from the hotel room and one of me and the missus being all happy here.
