Nuestra boda se celebró en este lugar. La ubicación perfecta para nosotros. Bonitos lugares para realizar la ceremonia, copas, etc. La casa está limpia y ordenada. Recomendado

Ya alquilé la casa 2 veces para 16 personas y tuvimos la estadía perfecta:) Una hermosa casa con una piscina enorme y bonitas habitaciones. ¡Volveremos!

Tuvimos la estancia más maravillosa en Mas Santo. Éramos un grupo de 15 y la villa era todo lo que podíamos haber esperado. La ubicación es excelente, completamente privada, pero lo suficientemente cerca de tiendas y restaurantes en automóvil. El alojamiento en sí es magnífico. La amplia villa tiene un encanto rústico, está excelentemente equipada para cocinar, hacer barbacoas, y la piscina y los alrededores son ideales para un grupo grande. Los dormitorios y las áreas de estar son espaciosas y permiten la privacidad de todos, con múltiples espacios para comidas comunitarias. Los niños apenas salieron de la excelente piscina durante toda la semana. Carmen y su equipo fueron increíblemente serviciales y receptivos cada vez que teníamos una pregunta. Esperamos quedarnos de nuevo pronto. Gracias Carmen, te recomendamos Mas Santos sin dudarlo!

Villa en una zona tranquila. ¡Muy impresionante y definitivamente vale la pena una visita! Las habitaciones eran hermosas y el jardín quizás aún más hermoso. Muchos rincones agradables para relajarse y suficiente espacio para grupos grandes. ¡¡Recomendado!

We had an amazing family-friends-holiday-week in June 2022 at Mas Santo.
The villa was carefully restorated and provides every comfort you could need for a relaxing, comfortable and boho-chic holidaytime with a big group. We loved preparing our meals for our 20+group in the well-stocked kitchen, lounging together at the terrace and by the pool. The pool with saltwater was the highlight of the whole Massia.never saw such a huge pool and a well-mentained pool-area, where you could relax and have a drink during sundown and easily dine and grill with 20+people under the stars and with the twinkling lights of the village nearby. There ist plenty of space to sit all together, but also a lot of space to have some time alone, also with such a big group.
We also loved the remote location and the quietness, but in good car-distance to the bigger town with beach, groceries and the train-station for Barcelona.
As of some reviews from a previous group, we had a little doubt about the conditions to get back the deposit, because of a few accidentally broken glasses, but were really happy to see, that as long as you treat the property like a normal human-beeing would and don't leave a mess behind, there was no fuss at all.
If we could wish one think-except of coming back one time ;-) - it would be some arrangements for selfcatering-groups, such as grocery/bakery-delivery.
Thank you Carmen (and team) for hosting us, for the trust in us while spontaneously leaving earlier for the airport and for the good communication and assistance whenever needed. It was a pleasure staying at your exceptional villa. We will always rember this as a happy life-event. Stefanie&family/friends

Tuvimos una increíble semana de vacaciones en familia y amigos en junio de 2022 en Mas Santo.
La villa fue cuidadosamente restaurada y ofrece todas las comodidades que pueda necesitar para unas vacaciones relajantes, cómodas y boho-chic con un grupo grande. Nos encantó preparar nuestras comidas para nuestro grupo de más de 20 en la cocina bien equipada, descansando juntos en la terraza y junto a la piscina. La piscina con agua salada fue lo más destacado de toda Massia... Nunca vi una piscina tan grande y un área de piscina bien cuidada, donde podía relajarse y tomar una copa durante la puesta del sol y cenar y asar fácilmente con más de 20 personas.las estrellas y con las luces titilantes del pueblo cercano. Hay mucho espacio para sentarse todos juntos, pero también mucho espacio para pasar un rato a solas, también con un grupo tan grande.
También nos encantó la ubicación remota y la tranquilidad, pero a una buena distancia en automóvil de la ciudad más grande con playa, tiendas de comestibles y la estación de tren de Barcelona.
A partir de algunas reseñas de un grupo anterior, teníamos algunas dudas sobre las condiciones para recuperar el depósito, debido a algunos vasos rotos accidentalmente, pero nos alegramos mucho de ver que siempre que trates la propiedad como un ser humano normal -beeing would and don't dejar un lío atrás, no hubo ningún alboroto en absoluto.
Si pudiéramos pensar, excepto en volver una vez ;-) -, serían algunos arreglos para grupos de autoservicio, como la entrega de comestibles / panadería.
Gracias Carmen (y equipo) por recibirnos, por la confianza en nosotros mientras salíamos espontáneamente antes del aeropuerto y por la buena comunicación y asistencia siempre que lo necesitábamos. Fue un placer alojarme en su villa excepcional. Siempre recordaremos esto como un evento de vida feliz. Stefanie y familia/amigos

Large groups. The pool is huge and the rooms are also very nice. The kitchen is nice equipped with 2 dish washers and 3 fridges.

We were due to get married at Mas Santo in June 2020 but unfortunately had to cancel due to the pandemic. Carmen was very flexible in helping us find a date to rearrange for a family holiday and we stayed in Aug this year. The house is in a great location and Carmen was very responsive in answering our queries about the local area. The house has everything you need for a big group and is very clean- we spent a lovely week there with very special memories made. We hope to return again one day.

We turned our wedding into a 3 night celebration at Masia Mas Santo in June 2022 and it was the best idea. The masia is beautiful, spacious, and charming. We were nervous going into it never having visited before, but all of our expectations were met during our stay. The only mishap we had was the power going out before the wedding, but that was quickly resolved with a call to the owner. We are looking forward to staying again.

We had a great time, what a nice place! Everybody enjoyed it a lot. Nice team sessions and also plenty of room for some individual space and relaxation. Promisses came truth. Helpfull and swift communication on some questions we had. Thanks so much

We had an amazing stay at Mas Santo! The house is cosy, clean and very beautiful. It has everything you need during your stay, including everything needed to cook dinner if you want to. The days by the pool were great, as were the quiet nights by the fireplace. Carmen was very helpful and had great tips for us, all in all our stay was perfect! We are definitely coming back, and I would recommend Mas Santo to anyone.

The house, the detail, furniture and setup is wonderful for a team offsite/retreat!
The communication with Carmen is swift, easy and fast! We enjoyed also the recommendations that were shared by Mas Santo for e.g. Catering and taxi shuttle. The house is remote, quiet and very spacious.

Mas Santo was a great place to stay amidst the pandemic. We we’re hesitant to travel anywhere but Carmen took away our worries. The privacy of Mas Santo made us feel secluded from any covid-related issues as there was no need to leave the house apart from grocery shopping. The swimming pool was by far our favorite place to rest as it provided us with both a place to relax as well as the facilities to cook and eat dinner. The house itself was spotless on arrival and their handyman Vicente took very good care of its’ surroundings. All in all, we joyfully look back on Mas Santo as the summer highlight of this troubled year. Once again thank you for all the assistance, it was wonderful.

We were suppose to be staying in this Vila June 2020. Unfortunately due to the Virus we will not be able to travel and our flights have been cancelled. A holiday the entire 20 group were very much looking forward to. From the beginning of the virus our group has been in communication with the owners/team discussing options. Most holiday companies are allowing you to move the booking free of charge for next year, not this one! They offered us an increased rate for next year, or we can move the booking to October (not quite the same as a week in June!).

They have said we will lose our deposits (4k in total), which is quite frankly disgusting. These people are untrustworthy and manipulative. At the start of the process they asked us to book direct so it saved them money! Now they are holding it against us and keeping our deposits because of a global pandemic. Vile individuals, Do not book.

The owner of this villa asked that we book with her direct despite finding her villa on HomeAway. We informed her that we did not wish to do this because of the lack of any payment protection with booking direct, but she insisted. She has now refused to pay back any money to us, despite her contract not entitling her to retain our deposit. AVOID BOOKING THIS VILLA unless you want your rights consumer violated.

Do not stay at this Villa. The owner made our group make a booking directly with her website despite finding it on HomeAway. This was in clear breach of HomeAway's rules and has been reported to them. As travel is now not possible, and, despite the owner's contract requiring repayment of the deposit she is refusing the repay any sums. Do not book this Villa unless you want your consumer rights violated.

We stayed at Mas Santo for our company Christmas party and it was amazing! The villa is lovely and even in December we got a bit of sunshine out by the pool and enjoyed all the amenities the place had to offer. There were 22 in our group and the villa was spacious and secluded enough for all of us.

The villa had plenty of glassware and crockery to cater for our group, there are Nespresso machines in the kitchen, a large fridge and freezer, 2 ovens, toaster etc. - everything you could need for a large group. It's about a 45 minute drive into Barcelona and there's a large drive to park on.

Carmen was also kind enough to recommend Edva to us as a potential caterer and we had a wonderful meal on our last night in the main living area, the food was excellent.

A wonderful trip, I bet it's even better in the Summer!

Privileged I was having stayed for several days and nights in this fabulous place Mas Santo in Cunit near Barcelona. We shared the house with the owners Fares and Carmen and great friends. It is unique to experience the spacious size of the house and all the tasteful rooms as well as the great outdoors and to enjoy the intimacy of it all at the very same time. One can feel the love and time spent to create the place it has become due to the love and care of the owners. A rustique and rich atmosphere make you feel at ease and you can enjoy the mediterranean life in a luxurious way. The optional services of full catering and having a private chef (thank you Bruno!) tops it all. I highly recommend this house. The overall facilities; the flexibility, the network and the experience of the owners guarantee a memorable stay for any occasion.

We had a great time and enjoyed everything, the kids had a great time at the pool. Everything was perfect and everyone loved being there. The villa is so nice and I hope we will be back in few years

Penoso el ruido molesto que tenemos que aguantar en nuestra tranquilan urbanización hasta los domingos hasta las 3 de la madrugada aguantando la música a todo volumen y encima que con el eco de las montañas parecen que estén en la misma habitación de fiesta no hay quien duerma pero la primera denuncia por ruido en el ayuntamiento va a ser por mi parte

I was the Wedding Photographer at Mas Santo this May and really enjoyed my experience there. The staff were so lovely and the place itself provides gorgeous picturesque views and many backgrounds and settings for inspiring backdrops. I hope to get the chance to photograph more events there soon!
