Cuando busque no solo un masaje ordinario sino una experiencia más holística para el cuerpo y el alma, no busque más. Disfruté absolutamente mi tiempo bajo las capaces manos de Paul. Mientras él trabajaba conmigo, me dejé llevar, algo que rara vez me sucede durante un masaje. Una vez que el masaje llegó a su fin, Paul me dio tiempo suficiente para regresar y tuvimos una conversación inspiradora antes de irme. Paul es una persona muy atenta y pone en marcha seriamente un proceso holístico durante una consulta. Había venido para un masaje relajante de tejido profundo y estoy encantada de que haya detectado fácilmente los puntos de tensión después de llevar una mochila durante varios días. 2 días después, todavía me quedan algunos nudos, pero la mayor parte del trabajo ya está hecho. Además, es una persona muy humana, abierta a los intercambios además de absolutamente adorable.

Fantastic massage by Paul. Lovely friendly guy really puts you at ease. Perfect combination of pressure and energy flow. Or as I said "I love those little reiki bits". I'm pretty sure I started dreaming at one point.

I had my second massage with Paul yesterday, and I will make it a point to visit him on any visit to Sitges. Paul’s facilities are very clean and easy to find in the center.
As for Paul’s skills, they are absolutely superb. In addition to addressing an issue I told him about, Paul found some other places and put his magic hands there as well. Not only is a massage from Paul relaxing, but therapeutic. He’s professional, warm and kind. One of the best experiences I have had and can’t recommend him highly enough.

Paul is not just a massage therapist. He is a healer.
I had gifted a session with him to my partner for his bday. He came back with such positive feedback and forced me to book a session.
My luck that Paul was available.
I went for 90 mins session with 20 mins of Infrared rays as Paul thought my back was rock hard and needed some loosening up.
My session per say was just amazing. He is a master at what he does. His techniques were just so impactful for me.
Post session we sat down for some chatting and I realised what a gentle soul Paul is. He advised me on what all I need to do in life for a better balance.
I was literally in tears as no one had read me so well ever.
I left the session feeling light, happy, relaxed and somewhat amazing.

I’ve never been a believer that massage offered any “healing power”, but now I must admit I have been very very wrong.

After flying the long journey from California to Sitges (with connections at 3 different airports), I arrived to Spain feeling like I had aged many years.

After much convincing, I made an appointment with Paul. The entire experience proved to be both therapeutic and down-right magical.

It’s hard to put this into words, but Paul’s affect and technique left me feeling relaxed yet re-energized, and most importantly, his “healing powers” made me pain-free once again.

Overall, it was best money I spent in Sitges, and I must admit I was wrong: I now AM a believer!
