Anastasia me hizo un tatuaje aquí, fue genial, muy amigable y agradable para hablar. Estaba muy contento con el tatuaje en sí, incluido el tamaño y la ubicación.

Mi mejor amiga y yo nos hicimos un tatuaje fino de Angela hoy. Los dos estamos súper felices, ella era súper linda y los tatuajes están perfectamente hechos.
Pagamos 100€ cada uno (creo que es un poco caro para 2 tatuajes pequeños) pero para ese resultado está bien:)

Realmente moderno, espacio limpio. Los artistas del tatuaje fueron encantadores y nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos a mí y a mi amigo. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaría!

I went to Meatshop Tattoo today and they gave me an appointment 1,5h later. It was my first time and I was tattooed by RSJ TATTOO. I was very happy with the service and especially with the result! The price for a simple small tattoo ±3x3cm was 80 EUR, which is a very reasonable price, especially for this quality! (The price is very individual and depends on the tattoo you want) Thank you RSJ and Meatshop Tattoo Team:)

I went in holidays in October in Barcelona, I was thinking to do a tattoo in this city. I found this place when I was just loosing myself in the streets. The lady who welcome me was really nice and patient. I talk about a tattoo about “Gaudi”. She was really kind and helpful, instead to tell me yea for the tattoo, she explained that it’s gonna be complicated to do it because so many details and too small. She preferred to say me “no” instead to take the money, she asked me if I wanted something else that I choose and we fixed and appointment at the end of my holidays to avoid the sun or the sea if I wanted to fo for a swim and I had an appointment with Steffe.
Then the day arrives and I met the tattoo artist Steffe who was wonderful, professional and really good and also very kind and friendly, she made one of my best tattoo! She didn’t just make my tattoo but also she been trying to be perfect on her work, and she made it. Thanks again to all of us! I will because back! See you soon!

Such an amazing shop! Could not be happier with my piece from Pepo, who, is not only a masterful artist, but one wo cares about his customers and is a true collaborator. Never met another artists as passionate about his work, which speaks for itself. Everyone at the shop is so incredibly friendly, helpful and just fun and welcoming to be around. Such a great experience. Whenever I’m back in BCN I’ll be sure to book another session, there are numerous artists, each of differing styles, all of which seem to be geniuses with ink. I’ve got a walk-in tattoo done just yesterday and it was my first tattoo. I’m happy and lucky I’d decided to get my tattoo in this shop because they are very professional and the tattoo artist (Benny) made me feel really comfortable and less nervous about getting it. Love it!

Amazing tattoo shop! The entire staff was was kind, attentive and caring. My wife and I visited from California and both got tattoos from Steffe. We can't be happier about the results, and I definitely will be coming back for another tattoo when I return to Barcelona!

Great energy and beautiful building in a funky old alley not too far off la rambla. From the time that I walked in until the time I left, I felt completely comfortable in their hands. Steffe was an absolute was an absolute doll at the front desk, and Ramon was outstanding with his communication and his consultation with me. Turning a normally boring typical Barcelona tattoo into something very interesting and attractive. He captured my thoughts perfectly. I'll have to have another trip to Barça, and another Meatshop tattoo in the future.

What an awesome Tattoo Parlour! We stumbled across it whist visiting the Gothic centre or Barcelona. We were greated by a very helpful chap called Manuel and managed to get booked in within 90mins, which left us enough times to catch our flight! Hector was our artist, he designed two traditional Swallows.which exceeded our expectations! Thankyou Hector.

An amazing experience from start to finish. We entered Meatshop Tattoo as a walk in. Manuel was extremely professional and offered us advice and guidance. Hector was our tattooist and we couldn't be more happier. He made sure we were comfortable and happy with the design and the tattoo was completed to a very high standard. El estudio me gustó mucho, la atmósfera chill-out que transmite con la decoración y la iluminación hace que te sientas muy agusto.
En cuanto a los tatuadores yo me tatue con @benny.tattooer y solo tengo buenas palabras, me hice con el una rodilla y el tío fue muy rápido y muy profesional.
Por los demás artistas que trabajan ahí no puedo opinar, pero dentro tienen unos cuadernos con diseños de cada uno de ellos y tras ojearlos puedo decir que me gustaron mucho, sobre todo @yumi.tiger, tiene un estilo muy único que me flipa, y @pepoerrando_tattoo, me flipa el blackwork que hace.
Así que si estás por Barcelona y quieres hacerte un tatuaje bien hecho este sitio es muy recomendable.

La intuición me llevó hacia allí, ya me dieron buenas vibraciones por mail y decidí plantarme para verlos y ver que tatuarme, y más contento no puedo estar, hablé con Alex, porque quería tatuarme "Smells like teen spirit" y el destino hizo de las suyas y ha resultado perfecto, ya que él es también fan de Nirvana, e hizo un trabajo especial con mucho cariño, alma y corazón, incluso me puso Nirvana de fondo musical para amenizar el momento.

Without a doubt the coolest/nicest tattoo studio I've ever stepped foot in. Super warm and professional team with some incredible portfolios. Benny is an OG at what he does and I'm totally in love with my new Frida tattoo. Best line work I've ever seen. He nailed it. If you're in Barcelona and considering a tattoo, just don't bother going anywhere else, basically.

Un super lieu! J'étais de passage à Barcelone avec des amis et nous sommes tombés sur cet endroit par hasard, nous avons décidé de se faire tatouer après avoir feuilleté les books des tatoueurs. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux, à l'écoute et très professionnel, les tattoo-artists eux sont vraiment incroyables et talentueux. On ressent un vrai esprit se dégager de cet endroit, en plus d'être magnifique avec une déco soignée. Le matériel est au top et tout est très propre. Bref. Je recommande fortement!

My boyfriend and I wanted to get tattoos in Barcelona and only had 2 days there. We went in and they were great about working us unto their schedules. Everyone was fluent in multiple languages and were able to translate and understand what we wanted. The artist Shinda was very patient with me when deciding what I wanted and drawing up designs. My boyfriend gave his artist Andrea a picture from a monument and he drew it up perfectly. Both of our tattoos turned out GREAT! What’s best, they were fast and very decent priced based on what we got! Could not have found a better place. We both highly recommend this shop!

Researched Meatshop in preparation for a week in Barcelona, and went in on Monday 15 April. The staff was extremely friendly and was able to understand what I was trying to convey with the piece I was hoping to get, even though the artist was out of the shop. It was extremely easy to set up an appointment, and when I went in on 18 April, the artist, Subliquida was extremely friendly and professional. His artwork and technique are some of the best I have ever seen. I would HIGHLY recommend him AND this tattoo shop for anyone in or visiting Barcelona.

He ido con mi pareja esta tarde, el trato que hemoos recibido ha sido espectacular, como las chicas que nos han atendido y sobretodo Benny, he salido muy contento con el trato recibido por su parte y el cuidado que ha tenido en todo momento con el tatuaje, ha salido super bien todo, un 10.

I was visiting Barcelona from Los Angeles and chose to go into meat shop for a tattoo, and worked with Julian. We worked together on a design from Gaudi that went on my lower leg. After he was done and at the initial inspection, I was very pleased with his work and the location of the tattoo.

Back in the states as the tattoo was healing I noticed a part in the design where Julian went outside of the lines - where he tattooed a line that was not intended and was a clear mistake on his part. I’m not upset that the mistake happened - he’s human just like the rest of us. I’m upset that he didn’t tell me. That he didn’t think I would notice, and if I did I would be long gone back to Los Angeles and it wouldn’t be his problem to deal with.

I’m very disappointed in how unprofessional this encounter was and it pains me to write this review, especially because all of the other reviews are glowing (hence why I chose this spot). It’s just not good practice to mess up a tattoo on someone and not tell them, only to have them discover it on their own days later and thousands of miles away.

My advice to tourists looking for a tattoo at this shop is to fully inspect the tattoo before you leave and ensure any mistakes are corrected. Or, simply find a different shop.

Great place! Visiting Barcelona and walked in without a clue of what I wanted and from start to finish everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. I got my work done by Julian and he was amazing. His lines and shading are clean and neat.

I got my first tattoo here and I wanted it to be nordic styled, and Paula is just so perfect for this. She is a true professional that loves what she's doing and I couldn't be more thankful for that amazing piece she did. If you want a tattoo about a specific culture this is the place to go.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now, and I’m happy to have finally found some time to put pen to paper on my experience with Peter and the Meatshop team. I spent five days last spring having a sleeve done by Peter.
My first few days with Peter was at his personal studio which is in a beautiful town way up in the mountains. It took some navigating to get there but was able to easily find him. He welcomed me with a big smile into his studio that is adorned with elective artwork from different places and cultures around the globe. Peter is a really laid back guy and is super easy to talk to. He has a wealth of knowledge about his trade and I immediately knew that I came to the right person. He spent the first few hours on the first day drawing the rough outline of the tattoo directly on my arm, and by watching him work you can obviously tell that he understands what design elements will work and how to create a tattoo that “fits” with your body. Once he had the outline drawn he stenciled the design and then started tattooing.
I ended up spending four days with Peter at has personal studio. This was probably my favorite part of the entire trip. While Peter worked we chatted about many things; travel, food, tattoos, politics, music, culture. Some tattoo artists that I’ve visited before are more “heads down” and don’t like to chat very much while they work, which can make the experience a little dull. Peter was great talking with while he was working and I learned many things about Spain, Nordic tattoos, and life (seriously!) in our conversations. The other cool thing about my experience was meeting Peter’s family and getting to know them better over lunch each day. Peter and Inga are phenomenal cooks and it was nice having a meal to break up the tattoo sessions.
My fifth and final day of tattooing was done at Peter’s Meatshop studio in the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. The studio is tucked into this beautiful courtyard and is located in a restored space with high ceilings and ornate artwork. Peter’s entire team at Meatshop was amazing. They were all super friendly to chat with. I was able to see them work while Peter was finishing my tattoo and while they all had their own individual styles their work was all very nicely executed.
From start to finish my sleeve took about five days to complete. As I said, it was an amazing experience. I’m blown away by what Peter was able to come up with. His attention to detail in the tattoo is unbelievable and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The tattoo is exactly what I wanted, even though I wasn’t able to fully articulate what I wanted to Peter. He was able to interpret the general direction that I was looking for and created a truly original piece. To this day I’m still finding little elements tucked into the design that I hadn’t noticed before. There isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t get comments from people on the tattoo (“Where did you get that? & I love your tattoo! ”). I couldn’t possibly be happier with the outcome.
Let me just say that if you are thinking about getting a tattoo you MUST consider visiting Peter and the Meatshop team. I’ve visited many, many tattoo artists over the years and Peter is in a league all his own. He has the skill and knowhow to make a beautiful piece of art that you will love. To be frank, you can get a tattoo anywhere, but remember that it’s going to be something that you carry with you forever. You owe it to yourself to go to someone that knows what they’re doing and can create something beautiful for you that you will treasure.
I’m already noodling on the idea of a sleeve for my other arm, and yes…I will be going back to Spain to visit Meatshop.

Went to this shop on my study abroad trip and absolutely loved it! This was my first tattoo and they could have made me feel more comfortable. The place was clean the staff were friendly and the artist did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend.

My husband, daughter and I have all traveled from the US to be tattooed by Peter Madsen of Meatshop. On this trip, we spent 5 days total at the studio, (since we were all getting work done) and the entire experience was amazing. We felt so comfortable in the shop. Everyone there, artists and clients, were very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. I can’t thank Peter enough for the beautiful piece of art on my back! Looking forward to the next visit!
