Mi experiencia en esta tienda ha sido nefasta. Encargué el diseño de dos cuartos de baño de precio muy elevado. Los materiales se me suministraron con gran retraso y deficiencias.
No esperaba que una tienda de este nivel, no supervise el proyecto ni mime al cliente. Por último señalaré que el encargo así como el primer pago se hizo en el mes de junio (antes de San Juan) y a día 9 de febrero todavía no está finalizado.

Non of the sales staff approached us for half an hour, everybody seemed to be very busy hiding behind their computers, anyhow, placed an order, paid 50% and than no further information afterwards about delivery date and time. So finally after two month got a phone call and even now they messed up the delivery.
Learned my lesson and will buy directly from the manufacturer. Being an architect myself it is a store which I can’t recommend.
