Servicio nefasto, ni se os ocurra ir, envíe dinero personalmente desde Bélgica, y como allí solo me pusieron un apellido, al llegar aquí a recoger mi dinero, me lo denegaron, teniendo la hoja original y dni del envío, diciéndome que se lo quedan ellos y que viaje a Bélgica a añadir un segundo apellido, y tan anchos, así que denuncia a la oficina del consumidor

He ido a la oficina del carrer rec comtal 5 y la chica, que necesita clases de atencion al cliente, no me ha aceptado 2 billetes de 100 dolares porque tenian una pequeña mancha. ¿Esa persona cree que los dolares que circulan en Barcelona estan recien sacados de un cajero nuevos o impolutos? Atencion penosa. He ido a otra oficina de cambio donde la chica ha metido los billetes en una maquina y no ha habido ningun problema.

I found this hidden gem because of another user that rated it. Unfortunately, I didn't bring my passport out and was bummed when I found out I needed it to exchange currency. I decided to continue my touristy stuff for the day and figured I could compare rates at different places along the way. I was quoted €25-€30 less near tourist attractions. Definitely worth it to come here and exchange currency!

Buen cambio, mejor que en un banco y con mejores horarios de atención al público. No he podido cambiar moneda pagando con tarjeta. Ha tenido que ser en efectivo.

Found the address on Internet and wasn't disappointed. Commissions are more than acceptable, the reception was fast and very polite.

I came straight here after other reviews, so I cant compare to other shops, but I must say, I feel totally cheated. 100 USD =91 euro today. I walked away w 83. That's A LOT of commission more than any other place /country I've been in 2 months traveling through Europe. There were also pen marks on one bilk and they wouldn't take it. My advice, do your research, or use ATM until you move out of Barcelona.

Almost same as the rate on XE. Bring your passport. Doesn't accept old notes. I went to 6 other places this was the best by far.

Rate is OK, bureaucracy is more than necessary, but as a whole it is bale, good rate for Barcelona
