Disgusting service from the sales associate this Thursday afternoon.
Bought a pair of Maui Jim shades a couple of weeks ago. One of the arms came loose, then broken. Took it back under the "Perfect Pair Promise" and I quote:
"We want our new pair of shade to be perfect. Sometimes things just don't work out. And we totally understand. If you're not thrilled with your purchase, you've got 90 days to return for either a full refund or an exchange"
No-where do they exclude defects from their so called promise.
Well, far from perfect and well within the 90 day window, the sale associate refused to return or exchange them - telling me that unfortunately They are the one glass brand Sunglass Hut carry but don't own, so I have to deal with the manufacturer directly! Or, since they were "damaged" (notice they're now blaming the customer, not shoddy work) they give me 50% off a replacement pair under their "Oops coverage".
