La ubicación era buena, el servicio no, el limpiador acaba de llegar y no tocó, el aire acondicionado estaba configurado solo para calentar, por lo que la habitación estaba caliente todo el tiempo, tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta, por lo que recibía todo el ruido de la calle. Pidió que lo cambiaran y fue rechazado. El baño estaba limpio pero olía mal. Tenía taquillas para guardar el equipaje, lo cual era útil. Olor a cannibas proveniente de otras habitaciones y bajo puerta y con ventana abierta desde balcones. Dijo que no se puede fumar en las habitaciones, pero obviamente no se aplica. Desayuno básico caro. ¡No volveremos!

El hotel está ubicado en una zona perfecta, a dos minutos andando de la plaza de Cataluña. Es moderno y funcional. El personal muy amable, nos solucionaron un problema que tuvimos rápidamente. Pedimos habitación interior y fue perfecta, ni un ruido. Las camas comodísimas

Excelente ubicación, buen estilo y un espacio de trabajo conjunto decente. Pero ahí es donde terminan los aspectos positivos.

Nos alojamos en el tercer piso y todas las noches podíamos oír y sentir el metro pasando bajo tierra. Cada vez que lo hacía, las ventanas vibraban.

Las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, podíamos escuchar el agua moviéndose a través de las tuberías. La calefacción era central y estaba tan alta que resultaba demasiado incómodo dormir toda la noche.

Las paredes son tan finas que podemos oír las conversaciones de la gente de la habitación de al lado.

Las minúsculas habitaciones apenas ofrecían espacio de almacenamiento u organización para nuestras pertenencias. La cama también era doble pequeña, por lo que las personas altas y anchas probablemente harían mejor en evitar este hotel.

Teniendo en cuenta el precio, esta fue una experiencia de hotel completamente decepcionante. La ubicación era estupenda, pero éste era uno de los lugares menos tranquilos en los que me he alojado. Era casi como estar en un albergue de fiesta.

Fue genial y céntrico. Mayra fue genial e hizo todo lo posible para hacernos felices. ¡Ese fue uno de los mejores servicios!

1. “¡Se ofrece café y agua! ”
Fue anunciado en voz alta a su llegada.
Pero el hotel sólo pudo permitirse este “lujo” durante el primer día.
¡Dios mío, qué mezquino!
Por eso, llegados a este punto, ¡un llamamiento a donaciones para el director del hotel!
2. Hablando de mezquindad. Nunca nos habían ofrecido una habitación tan pequeña en todo el mundo por ese precio.
3. Pero lo peor fue la minúscula cama doble, ideal para una luna de miel, pero que nunca jamás se puede llamar "cama doble".
Pero, para ser honesto, en esta casa de muñecas no habría espacio para una cama más grande. @

Hotel con personal muy agradable y disponible cerca de todos los servicios desayuno excelente y abundante dado que el hotel está en el centro de Barcelona te ofrece petanca Kies pero sinceramente el hotel no era ruidoso después de que estamos en el mes de octubre puede ser menos gente fiestera incluso hay café y pastelitos disponibles en la habitación, un buen toque

El sitio es muy bueno. Es tan bueno que no se me ocurren otros defectos.
Está situado en el centro de la ciudad, por lo que podrás pasarte y tomar un descanso durante tu viaje. Hay muchas instalaciones convenientes alrededor del alojamiento, como Popeyes, Starbucks, mercado de 24 horas, grandes almacenes, etc.
El primer día, cuando la habitación estaba húmeda, el agua del aire acondicionado goteaba y el baño estaba sucio, así que pedí un cambio de habitación, pero fueron muy amables y me cambiaron enseguida a la mañana siguiente. No es bueno, pero fue soportable, y el autobús del aeropuerto estaba casi enfrente, así que estuvo lindo. Se lo recomiendo a los que van a Barcelona jaja.
Ah, y hay un pub al otro lado de la carretera, y está delicioso jaja.

Great location, parking available, very clean rooms and all facilities available. The rooms are a bit dark, but this was not an issue. I will definitely recommend it.

Mutton dressed as lamb. This is a run down, 30 year old hotel that got repainted five years ago, even the new paint is starting to wear out. Lots of small problems, but amazing photos on the website considering.

Booked a room for myself and a friend, was 250 EUR total for a couple of days. Ended up staying over this period by about a week and a bit and they started charging close to 220 EUR per day. Unbelievable scam. Cheap-looking hotel that charges 4 star hotel money for no reason is no good. Would not recommene again ️

STAY AWAY. NO A/C IN ROOMS! Small damp rooms. Very noisy. The bathroom is super small u can hardly sit on the toilet. Also, forget about privacy if ure with someone else in the room cos the toilet doesn't have a door. Just this glass open thing. Staff is rude and un attentive. This is basically an over priced hostel. A Scam! Just look at the fake reviews of the owners to understand what a scam it is. STAY AWAY!

Central location, friendly staff, however it is the smallest and darkest hotel room I stayed and it can be depressing and feels like a prison cell.

Da ich auf Geschäftsreise war, habe ich nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Besonders gut war das Bett. Hatte lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen.

I read all the reviews for this place and was very skeptical about staying here. This was a last-minute reservation and I had already booked prior to reading the reviews. To my surprise, we had a great experience here. The hotel staff was very accommodating, and even upgraded us to a bigger room with a balcony overlooking the main street. The location is ideal, walking distance from everything you can imagine. Some of the negative reviews about air conditioning are probably true as the AC wasn’t super cold - you don’t have the control of setting your own temperature, however for October the weather was nice and our room was pretty comfortable throughout the night.they even provided a fan for us when we complained a little bit about the temperature. The room was really clean and had basic toiletries including shaving kits, comb, toothbrushes, etc. For the price, I think this is the best deal in Barcelona. If you are coming here during the summer, I can see the room being very hot.

Money were stolen from my bag in the hotel room. Personal doesn't help to solve it, to check cameras, history of access to my room, etc. Very disappointing experience as well as attitude from hotel employees

The location is good but this place is dirty and hot. NO AIR CONDITION in the rooms! Some people don't mind and some complain and get a refund but this is a very bad hotel.the room stink of mold and no ventilation. STAY AWAY! AND DONT BELIEVE THE FAKE HOTEL ACCOUNTS THAT SAY ALL IS FINE

We stayed at the hotel at the end of July. The air conditioning was not working. It was very difficult to sleep or just sit in the room. We had a reservation for 7 days, but we had leave the hotel after 3 days.

Si queres estar en pleno centro de Cataluña la ubicación es ideal.
La habitación es pequeña. El colchón y almohada cómodas. Baño buenas dimensiones. Esta muy limpio. Muy buena atención del personal

When we arrived the staff was fighting with a customer who just needed the code to his locker, super unprofessional. Elevator was slow, small, and musty. Smelled horrible in this hotel. Not clean at all. The location was great but if we didn’t book last minute we could have found a nicer hotel that was worth the money.

This hotel was such a slay we loved it (but pls improve the room air conditioning) reception staff are super helpful and lovely!
