¡Horror! Fui allí por enfermedad, había un cartel en la puerta con los horarios de apertura, pero no hubo nadie durante tres días seguidos. ¡A pesar de la llamada de emergencia, no pudiste comunicarte con nadie por teléfono ni por WhatsApp! La tercera vez respondieron y enviaron a una señora, pero aún así tuve que esperarla más de una hora después del horario de apertura previsto. Cuando la señora estuvo allí, le dije buenos días al menos 5 veces y no respondió. Me preguntó de dónde venía, cuando dije Alemania, primero me entregó un billete de 80€, aunque no había preguntado nada sobre mí ni sobre mi enfermedad, y ni siquiera me pidieron que pasara, sino que tuve que firmar. ¡los 80€ primero! No conocía mi tarjeta sanitaria europea normal y dijo que nunca había visto nada parecido. ¡También tengo un seguro médico internacional adicional, que la extremadamente antipática señora tampoco conocía! ¡Solo eran unos 80 € y el resto no le importaba! ¡Rara vez he conocido a una persona tan poco empática! Luego fui al hospital, el hospital era muy agradable y no tuve que pagar nada allí y mi tarjeta de seguro médico era suficiente. Este médico aquí supuestamente es privado, así que puedo entender que cueste dinero, ¡pero aun así hay que tratar a los pacientes con respeto y compasión! Horrible

Muy pero que muy bien atendidos por el doctor para mi hijo y para mi. 80€ la consulta pero menuda consulta, muy bien equipada, el doctor se nota que le gusta mucho su oficio y se tomaba el tiempo de escuchar, de contestar las preguntas. Hasta las de mi hijo k ha podido ver sus tubitos azules gracias à un lapiz camara!
Vamos prefiero pagar, estar atendida rapidamente k pasar el dia entero à urgencias. Gracias tambien à las secrétarias! Ir ahi tranquilamente

El doctor es muy agradable, atento y cariñoso al igual que su asistente,
Los lugares son muy limpios lo recomiendo 100%!

Las enfermeras y el médico fueron muy amables y realmente divertidos. Mi hijo se quemó mucho con el sol y necesitó mucho tratamiento durante 3 días. Las enfermeras me arreglaron todo el seguro y me facilitaron todo. Todos hablaban muy bien inglés además de francés y obviamente español. Para terminar, me gustaría dar las gracias por mí y por mi hijo.

Tuve que ir durante las vacaciones y TODO el personal fue muy amable y se desvivió por ayudar. ¡Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera!

Nos encontramos con la Sra.doctores paseando por Salou. Mi hermana estaba teniendo problemas de oído después de estar en el mar. La recepcionista fue servicial desde el momento en que llegamos. Hablaba inglés con fluidez, lo cual fue muy útil para nosotros. El proceso fue fácil y simple y ella estaba bien informada en lo que respecta a las compañías de seguros y reclamos, etc. El médico hablaba un inglés perfecto, hizo un control y diagnóstico completos y ayudó a mi hermana de inmediato. Salió como una mujer nueva y pudo disfrutar el resto de sus vacaciones. Como eran tan profesionales, decidí entrar también para hacerme un par de revisiones de 2 asuntos que tenía desde hace un año pero me costaba conseguir cita o encontrar tiempo en casa para hacerlos. Nuevamente, tratado con respeto y debidamente revisado. Resultó que tenía un oído inflamado. ¡Gracias a los médicos de EM por un servicio fantástico!

Traté a mi hija con mucho cariño, excelente servicio y sin tiempo de espera, atendido de inmediato

Excellent service, highly recommended.
The doctor and staff all spoke very good English, and the doctor took the time to put my 8 yr old at ease before examining her.
They were also happy to deal direct with our travel insurance company, so all we had to do was complete a form and pay the excess.

Attention ️ en vacances sur Salou effectivement ce cabinet médical est attrayant car facile d'accès, très propre et rdv rapide mais la facture est exorbitante. Pour une simple consultation d'un enfant malade un test covid à été effectué à la hâte sans mon accord au préalable, la note c'est élevé à 120 euro pour la consultation+test. C'est énorme pour avoir été reçu 10min on a été pris au dépourvu, cela peut être compliqué pour des personnes dont ce n'était pas prévu dans le budget.je relève tout de même la sympathie du personnel.

My husband attended MS Doctors in Salou while on holidays with a damaged cornea and he received excellent care and attention. The doctor saw him 3 times to ensure his eye had healed. Highly recommend

WORST TREATMENT EVER!

I have just finished my COVID antigens test in MS Doctors Salou subsidiary and I am completely SHOCKED.

The treatment I was given by the test analyst was quite rude, harsh and unprofessional.

After having paid 65 €! For a simple antigens test I had to wait 10 min.in an empty door without any indication. Just when I said “hello” I heard a woman shouting “one moment” in a very nervous tone.
She appeared 5 min later with a very bad attitude, shouting at me while she moved her arms in the air stating how overloaded she was.
When I reproached her tone, she even threatened me saying that she was not going to do my analysis. As I intended to file a formal complaint she accepted to do the analysis but without changing her rude approach. To the point that she even deliberately hurt my nostrils when taking the test samples.

It is also fair to mention that, when I flagged the issue, I was received by the subsidiary manager and he even repeated me the test for free.

In any case, this does not change the overall traumatic experience and has led me to put a negative review here.

Viajo por trabajo con frecuencia a Francia y los PCR’s me los hago siempre aquí. Muy amables, serios y rápidos.

Reliable, communicative and organized. The only con would be price, which is justifiable for express results.

Si quería que me vieran por mutua tenía que ser al día siguiente pero por 70€ me visitaban el mismo día.para eso pago la mutua.

Estando de vacaciones en Salou, me avisaron que un amigo habia dado positivo en el COVID-19. Llamé a este centro médico y me dieron cita para hacerme un PCR esa misma tarde. Al dia siguiente ya tenia el resultado por email.

Me dolía muchísimo la garganta y me entraban estos médicos con mi seguro de salud axa, así q llame a las 8 y me dieron cita ese mismo día a las 10.30 de la mañana. Me atendió un médico muy puntual, y me recetó unos antibióticos. Al día siguiente ya me encontraba mucho mejor. Lo recomiendo. Me han parecido muy eficaces y rápidos.

Visited this doctors with my granddaughter who had developed an ear infection.they examined her and prescribed medication.
We had to go back to see if she was fit to fly which luckily she was and gave us a fit to fly note.the surgery is spotless and the two different doctors we saw were really friendly and spoke good english and the lady on reception was so helpful and sorted out our insurance.
I can't thank this surgery enough for there help with our 4 year old granddaughter.
