MUMU salón de uñas

Venía de pasada porque tengo un evento en esta ciudad y me atendieron genial. La chica que me las hizo es muy amable y atenta, preguntando en todo momento si me gustaban.
100% recomendable.

Soy cliente habitual de esta tienda desde hace tres años. Lo que es digno de confianza es que Lisa es muy paciente. Muy buena actitud de servicio

Fatal, te dan unas tarjetas de sellos y cuando se rellena no te quieren hacer el descuento, nunca había visto algo así, hasta ahora siempre los salones que he ido han cumplido con el descuento. Si no cumplen con el descuento de cliente fiel porque dan las tarjetas entonces, para engañar a los clientes? Felicitaciones, Una clienta perdida y soy del barrio, a ver que van a hacer si viene otro covid y desaparecen los turistas! tenia que haberles pedido la hoja de reclamaciones! Ni vergüenza les ha dado!
Edit: en los papeles que dan pone que cuando acumulas 12 puntos se hace descuento por el servicio. Con los servicios que hice hoy tengo en total 13 puntos ya pero se han negado a hacer el descuento. En el papel no pone “acumula 12 puntos y la próxima vez tendrás descuento”. En todos los demás salones que he ido, peluquerías, salones de masaje, etc. todos ofrecen las mismas tarjetas y cumplen con las promociones que ofrecen. Para mi también es la primera vez que me pasa. Muy decepcionante

¡Gran parada si necesitas arreglarte las uñas rápidamente! Y el personal es agradable. Hablan tanto inglés como español. La única razón por la que le doy 3 estrellas es porque una de mis uñas de gel se rompió después de sólo dos días. Se veía horrible y se acercaba un evento formal.

El pedi estuvo genial pero no me gustó la forma de las uñas de los pies (muy redondas y cortas). El esmalte en gel también comenzó a rasparse después de usar zapatos cerrados. No creo que el esmalte en gel deba hacer eso porque se supone que debe durar.

En general lo recomiendo si tienes poco tiempo y eres turista por la zona.

De las peores experiencias haciéndome las uñas. Al personal claramente no le interesas como cliente, y sorprendentemente tampoco tu opinión de sobre cómo quieres que te hagan las uñas. Desde el principio he tenido ganas de levantarme e irme. Venía a este lugar hace como 2 años, y claramente ni las chicas que trabajan aquí son las mismas, ni el trato al público. Jamás volveré.

La mejor manicura en gel que he tenido, incluso en los Estados Unidos.
Hubo un problema con las uñas de una de mi hija que se limaron demasiado cortas, luego le pusieron una punta que hizo que pareciera más gruesa que las otras uñas y ella estaba molesta. PERO en resumen, ¡mis uñas y las uñas de mi otra hija todavía están puestas 3 semanas después sin chips! Increíble manicura en gel. ¡Ojalá estuvieran en Denver!

My mom and I stopped in while exploring Barcelona after seeing the sign outside advertising foot and back massages. We each got a quick 15 minute foot massage which was well needed after lots of walking on our vacation! The masseuses were professional, thorough, and friendly. Price was great too, 10 Euros for 15 minutes.

Very happy with my shellac nails, better than I can get at home in Australia. Just walked in and every care was taken by the staff including, by my request, not using the grinder to remove my old polish.

When you get a pedicure they reuse the foam finger separator for the feet when is normally disposable. Not very clean overall.

Together with my friend we decided to spontaneously get our nails done. Big mistake. This was the most unfriendly salon we have been to. It seemed the whole time that they were angry with us, very unfriendly costumer service. They rushed my friend nails so they could start with mine. The difference of color was so much between the two of us but when we told them about this they first didnt want to change her nails untill we asked multiple times. It was a very rushed job but mostly the service was so unfriendly we wanted to leave as fast as possible.

The staff were friendly and good at their job. The owner did my friend’s nails, which were more complicated than mine and had curvy lines, and she freehanded them very nicely. Would come back again!

I went to the place for foot massage twice during my short stay in Barçelona. The staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is calm. And the foot massage was sooooo good that you would definetly need it after a long tiring day. A very recommended place.

My daughter and wife got their nails done here and they look awesome! They did not have an appointment but they welcomed them and went above and beyond their standards!

Definitivamente el mejor salón que he ido de uñas y masajes! Hice un refill de acrylics y las uñas quedaron mucho mejor que las anteriores. Y el masaje de pies y espalda, WOW, lo necesitaba.

Volvería a Barcelona solo por venir aquí

I came for a new set of acrylics as my nails had been damaged by a different shop and asked the ladies to be extra gentle. I was also in a rush, as I had an appointment in 45 minutes. The ladies here were fantastic! I had 2 working on my hands to get me in and out with a fresh s3t of French gel acrylics. They both worked neatly and quickly, one on each hand and alternating each step to get me out in 40 minutes! Well done and thank you so much!

Rdv pris à 19h30 pour 3 personnes pour 60 minutes chacune EN MEME TEMPS. Lorsque nous sommes arrivées ils pouvaient nous prendre seulement une par une! Inadmissible car au vu de l'horaire impossible d'aller ailleurs. Résultats extrêmement déçu!

Me ha encantado! Hoy fui para hacer una pedicura permanente y manicura, estoy súper contenta. La verdad que es una de las pedicuras que mejor me han hecho. Y la manicura súper completa, te sacan muy bien la cutícula y se esmeran en pintar bien la uña. Esta fue mi primera vez en este centro y ya confirmo que volveré! Las chicas te tratan muy bien.

An hour after the manicure, my nail polish became like this, without doing anything. I was not satisfied at all and I do not recommend it.
PS:

I did not care at all for that extra 5 euros. Instead of being good and talking to the customer correctly, you bring more dissatisfaction with justification, my nails became like this in less than an hour and you justify your work! I prefer regular nail polish, but it should stay normal for a few days.

They say 10 euros for a full manicure, but they polish it very badly and do not care at all about the client who wants a regular manicure! This 10 euros is just to attract customers.
