Muy caro, por encima del precio habitual, y la calidad de los productos es muy bajo. No volveré.

No voy a decir el nombre de la chica quien me hizo la manicura pero me gustaría comentar. En el salón no se veía ya que no se había secado completamente el esmalte pero después de un rato era evidente que está puesto mal. Como si ya lo hubiera llevado durante 1-1,5 semanas aunque me lo han hecho hoy solo. Voy a volver a Musa a ver si lo pasa siempre pero elegiré a otra chica.
P. S. El trato fue impecable: la administradora es muy mona y amable, hemos charlado un poco y me ha traído cafecito (ella es la razón por mis 4 estrellas)

No es lo mejor para hombres que quieren una manicura/pedicura limpia clásica, bastante cara para los resultados sabiendo lo que otros salones pueden proponer. Bonito lugar aunque bien ubicado.

Fui hace mucho a hacer las uñas con la dueña y todo eran malas caras encima de que llegó ella tarde 27 minutos. A los dos dias le escribí ya que una uña de refuerzo de gel se me cayó y me preguntó ella que qué quería hacer. Le dije que obviamente la arreglara sin coste ya que pagué 50€ por ese cuadro. Enfadada y de mala gana otra vez tuve que pasar por ese mal rato, pero no volveré. Al poco tiempo reservé una higiene facial por Instagram sin ella decirme que el sitio donde lo hacía era en Musa, mi sorpresa al llegar obviamente no fue grata pero le di una oportunidad pensando que serían socias. La higiene horrible me marcó toda la cara y encima con la puerta abierta, se iba cada dos por tres estaba con el Movil todo el rato sin valorarme mi piel ni explicarme nada de la higiene… vamos un cuadro se ve que así trabajan

En mi opinión es el mejor lugar para hacer uñas en Barcelona, ​​en mis cinco años aquí he probado muchos lugares diferentes, antes de que mi hermana encontrara a Musa. Muy profesional y servicial.
Lo más importante es que el trabajo es muy bueno. Personalmente nunca hago esmaltes ni gel, solo me hago manicuras y pedicuras y diría que son las más precisas. Aquí ofrecen diferentes tipos y técnicas según la forma y anatomía de tu uña y la cutícula aguanta bien y no se quiebra ni se levanta, a diferencia de muchos lugares en Barcelona.

Y el salón está muy bien hecho en cuanto a diseño, es nuevo, limpio y ordenado. En Musa, me mostraron cómo esterilizan los instrumentos en consecuencia, y no simplemente limpian el material con un poco de alcohol y dan por terminado el día. Ese fue uno de los factores más importantes para mí.

Anna is a great professional! I really enjoyed the makeup, and the hair she did very fast and curls stayed for almost whole day! Which is an amazing result!
I also had a session of “makeup for myself”, where she advise good products and teach how to do makeup, I found out really a lot and will definitely come back for more services!

I am a fan of face treatment and face massage and it is the first time being at Barcelona during 10 months I already have found a real cosmetologists and it’s Irina.
1) she totally knows the technique of face massage;
2) she knows practically all about best treatment for your skin;
3) she use to work at huge medical skin treatment center;
4) she has a device that named PureLift (it’s an important information for those who understand about advanced face care and gadgets).

I booked an appointment here for eyebrows. The service and actual work done was okay, but when I got to the register, they said they only accept cash in Euros. As a customer, this is very disappointing, especially because I am a tourist. I would expect a business with good service to at least have electronic payment. If you are an American, DO NOT COME to this salon!

Fui a hacerme una limpieza manual ya que había ido anteriormente y me gustaba mucho.

Antes te miraban bien la piel una vez entrabas y te preguntaban cuándo había sido la última vez que te habías hecho una limpieza. Una vez hecha, te enseñaban con un espejo el resultado.

Esta vez entré y no me preguntaron nada ni me miraron nada. Me pusieron los productos y empezaron a hacerme la limpieza. Una vez hecha la extracción, me pusieron un producto que parecía que llevaba gránulos y que entiendo que al quitarlo hacía exfoliación. Al retirármelo, lo hicieron con muchísima fuerza, con una toalla semi mojada pero no tuvieron nada de cuidado. Me pusieron otro producto y listo. No me enseñaron el resultado con espejo como hacían anteriormente. También comentar que de la extracción, me han quedado dos “heridas” con costrita en la cara.

Me parece BASTANTE elevado el precio (50€) por ponerme productos que ni me explican qué son y me dejan estas marquitas.

Un punto a favor fue cuando tenía que esperar con un producto, me ofrecieron café/agua/té y eso fue agradable.

This is the best mani i have gotten in Barcelona! I got a Russian style manicure with semi permanent colour. It was really relaxing, and very professional. They offer you water/coffee, and the place has a good atmosphere. The salong is on the more expensive side, but in my opinion it was worth the investment! They are also very detail oriented, so make sure you have time (1-1,5h). I will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best manicure and pedicure service in Barcelona. Might be not easy to make an appointment but it is only due to a high demand of professionals working there. Clean, fast and just beautiful.

I booked for eyebrow shaping. The staffs are not skilled and nice at all. My appointment was at 2pm but even 2: 20pm nobody called me and suddenly somebody came to me and asked me " what do you want to do? ". What is this? I booked for eyebrow shaping. Also she doesn't know what the eyebrow shaping is. She was trying to ONLY pull my hairs by a pin, no threading, no waxing, no cutting, no shaping. The receptionist said there is a specialist for eyebrow. That's why I waited for the time she was available. But she just trimed some hairs and she is not good at trimming then a lot of small hairs remained and she said she cannot remove them. When I asked her to wax and cut, in the end she did it but the result is bad. I know she cannot fix it, so I paid 15 euroes and just left there. I don't recommend there at all. Only good thing is their cleaness.

No sé ni por donde empezar, era cliente habitual, me solía hacer manicura hace unos meses y decidí probar una higiene facial hecha por Anna al ver comentarios buenos, pero vamos… una tirada de dinero increíble.
Primero de todo, la cabina no es cerrada completamente y se escucha absolutamente TODO lo que pasa en el salón, imposible relajarse. Segundo, la chica no tenía nada de ganas de trabajar, trato 0 y nada cuidadoso. Y apenas habla el español. Encima estuvo toda la hora con el móvil, mientras me dejaba el peeling puesto ella estaba con el móvil delante mío y luego al ponerme la mascarilla otra vez con el móvil y a mí ni caso No volveré jamás, de los peores tratos que he recibido. Es una pena por que antes era un buen salón, ahora ya no vale la pena.

Tenía muchísimo tiempo buscando un salón de belleza de confianza en Barcelona y por fin lo he encontrado! Desde la decoración, al personal y, por supuesto, todos los servicios es un lugar genial con un buenísimo trato. Dejan un resultado súper natural, precioso y además, son super perfeccionistas con los trabajos que hacen.
