Un muy buen lugar

He estado en lugares mucho más caros que este y ni la mitad de buenos, es un poco difícil encontrar un lugar tan bueno para descansar, muy cómodo y con buenas conexiones.

¡Fue maravilloso trabajar con ellos! ¡Respondieron muy rápido si necesitaba ayuda y fueron muy flexibles! ¡Los recomiendo mucho!

Tuve una experiencia maravillosa con My Space Barcelona. Alquilé un apartamento en Barcelona por 6 meses y todo fue perfecto. El lugar estaba impecable y exactamente como se mostraba en las fotos. Los servicios y las instalaciones funcionaron sin problemas durante los 6 meses. Además, el equipo de My Space Barcelona fue muy atento, profesional y receptivo. Definitivamente los recomiendo.

Un lugar recomendable. Céntrico, en buena zona y a muy buen precio. Lo más importante para mí: la amabilidad, trato y discreción de la persona que me atendió. Su nombre era Xeima. Creo que es un gran valor añadido en una empresa que trata con el cliente, porque le tranquiliza. Volveré.

Mi estadía en estos apartamentos fue fabulosa, está muy equipado y tiene todo lo que necesitas para una grata visita. Me encantó el tiempo que estuve ahí, además el lugar era limpio y ordenado. Los arrendadores fueron muy amables conmigo y no dudaron en ayudarme en ningún momento. De todas maneras lo recomiendo.

Estancia en familia en un moderno apartamento cerca de la Sagrada Familia. Personal atento. Recomendado.

Alquilé un piso por tres meses y todo fue excelente con la agencia. Agradecido por el buen servicio. Nos devolvieron la fianza al cabo de 7 dias. Muy recomendable.

ESTAFA, TOTALMENTE UNA ESTAFA.
El apartamento fue registrado bajo HARSH TIWARY (Mencionando esto para que puedan verificar el sistema y no andar dando excusas) y su compañero de cuarto BHAVYA SHAH (Quien escribió una reseña hace 10 días y también les envió un correo cuando le pidieron, pero no lo hizo). Contesta)
No volveríamos a reservar aquí porque cobraron un depósito de 1900 € y mi compañero de cuarto y yo no lo hemos recibido y han pasado más de 2 meses. Estoy seguro de que no somos la primera persona a la que le sucede lo mismo e intentamos llamar, enviar correos electrónicos y enviar mensajes por WhatsApp y no obtuvimos respuesta. Esto NO DEBE PASARLE A NADIE. Ni siquiera un correo electrónico o una respuesta explicando por qué no he recibido este depósito. Lo último que respondieron fue que transferirán el depósito el 23 de septiembre de 2023, que es de 2 a 3 meses después de que nos mudamos. Después de esta fecha llamamos y dijeron que un chico llamado Amir se encargaría de ello pero siempre que preguntamos por él en la oficina de My Space Barcelona, ​​nunca está. Realmente no sé qué deberíamos hacer.

Por último, no recomendaría este lugar. Y si alguien puede ayudarnos, estaremos agradecidos.

Appartement pas mal mais par contre à fuir on avait vu dans les commentaire les pb de caution et bingo les 400 euros pas rendu pour les raisons suivante
-trop de bruit alors que c'était les voisins italien pendant la finale de l'euro qui hurler et impossible de discuter car technique bien roder la caution est récupérable que à partir de 7 jours après le départ donc soit vous compter les 400 euros de caution dans le budget direct ou alors ne pas réserver car plongeons dans la piscine interdit piscine interdit après 20heures musique interdit et alcoll interdit autant dire que vous avez le droit de regarder la télé qui ne marche pas très bien en plus.

Je rajoute car aujourd'hui le 4/05/2023 je reçois une réponse 1 an après le dépôt de mon avis ou ils me disent qu'il sont tout a fait disponible (1 an pour un réponse car par mail et téléphone il ne savent que dire désolé c'est les règles que vous avez signer dans le contrat.) a la fin de séjour pour discuter ce qui n'est pas vrai la caution vous sera prise de toute manière donc a rajouter ua budget c'est tout et au vu des commentaire avec toutes les cautions qu'il ont pris il auraient pu réparer tout ce qui ne fonctionne pas et changer les joints silicone dans la salle de bains

I have stayed with my brother in one of the apartments in 2021 close to the Arc. We stayed there for 3,5 months and we have heard and seen a lot of crazy things in the appartment complex. A lot of loud people so we couldn’t sleep at night. We overall got 1 complain, eventually it turned out it was for the whole appartment complex.

Myspace didn’t give us back the full amount of the deposit only €380/2000!

Totalmente estafada te piden un depósito de 400€ en y después te tratan fatal para NO regresar el depósito. MUCHO CUIDADO PELIGRO DE ESTAFA.

ALERTA DE ESTAFA te exigen una fianza de 400€ y después te tratan fatal para que desistas de tu derecho y se niegan a regresarte el depósito…si usted no quiere perder su depósito le recomiendo buscar otro lugar. Nice Nice cozy place, this was.friendly staff, bus stop nearby.bus will take you to Plaça Catalunya in 15-20 mins. Some options for breakfast/dinner nearby but we actually arranged breakfasts with the host as they do provide it

The apartment was centrally located in a safe location in the Gothic Quarter. Check-in was easy and smooth. The apartment was very spacious with good-sized bedrooms and a well-stocked kitchen. The rooftop pool was amazing and great to have during the hot weather. The major downside to the apartment was that there was a terrible musty smell throughout the unit that did not go away for our entire stay. The bathrooms were also quite small with very small showers and limited counter space.

Appartamento in Carrer Roger de Flor gestito da My Space Barcelona. Ottima comunicazione (in spagnolo o inglese), tutto avviene da remoto, dal pagamento alla consegna delle chiavi "virtuali" su un app da scaricare sul cell. Appartamento in zona tattica a due passi dal parque de la Ciudadela e dal Arc de Trionf, molto vicino al Born accessoriato, moderno e pulito; unica pecca: mancava il wifi. Accortezza indispensabile: mai dimenticare il cellulare o lasciar scaricare la batteria o si rimane fuori di casa!: -D

Our stay began with Ona opening the door as we stepped out of our cab. He helped us take the luggage up the stairs and spent time going over the maps he provided for the neighborhood, the city and the underground train system-all of which were left for us. The apartment was well equipped. The location was near the Arco del Triunfo underground station and the system was easy to use. Ona recommended a 10-ride ticket, which pays for itself after 5 rides and is also good for the bus system. The neighborhood also has many restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries. Ona also checked in with us (by message) during our stay. Five stars aren't enough!

They took a 400 euro security deposit and never returned it, they said 2 weeks max and they never returned it. Then I called and they said they’d get it done, instead of returning my 400 euros they charged me another 400 euros. How do you mees up not only 1 refund, but 2, and not pay me back for either … if you don’t enjoyed getting robbed don’t stay here

I've recently been looking for an apartment, and I found in the apartments rental website a lot of apartments managed by this agency which are within my budget. I called the agency and Carlotta told me they didn't have anything within my budget, when the site shows they have. I told her my requirements and she told me she would send me more information, which she did, but the apartments she sent were nothing like the characteristics I mentioned to her and not within the budget I mentioned. Not helpful at all, I would recommend using a different agency

Vende mucho por las fotos, y el hecho de tener una piscinita pequeña y un jardín en Bcn a lo estilo duplex.
Pero es incomodísimo: la cocina tiene rampa que puedes resbalarte, el baño de abajo no tiene toallas ni nada para colgar y secarte las manos. Te piden que cuando hagas el check out lo limpies absolutamente todo y saques la basura (así hayas comido un plátano), limitan cualquier tipo de visita (no hablo de fiestas), y el piso tiene capacidad de mínimo 6 personas…
O sea, no vale 400€ la noche para pasarlo solo o con 1 persona para cenar viendo la TV (en una mini tele, po cierto), sin poder disfrutar de nada más. Y súper importante: si no les reclamas a fianza 4 veces no te la abonan!

A SCAM! Worst place ever! Not only it was expensive but we didn’t have any natural light. Plus the 400€ cautions which is taken from your bank account as a guarantee is unbelievable and hard to have back.

If you want to have a tension free and best hospitality service for living then this people give the best ones. They have amazing range of apartments to select and all of them are at best locations. You can actually cover the entire Barcelona as a tourist with this stay. Very friendly people and always on time. Highly recommended!

Llegamos por encima de la hora de llegada y no estaba limpio, seguían limpiando, nos fuimos a ver Barcelona y al volver no habían habilitado las llaves para abrir, tuvimos que esperar que vinieran a validarlas, algunas camas tienen un grosor de dos dedos, una vergüenza de sitio.

Nous sommes le 16 Janvier, après avoir réservé à 16 dans cette agence nous avons eu l'heureuse surprise de nous faire retirer 500€ sur 800 de caution, la raison, le bruit apparemment. Nous n'avons rien cassé (même pas une flûte), et chaque soir nous étions dehors à 22h, donc je ne pense pas que le bruit est tant causé de dégat (surtout un week-end de réveillon, enfin.). Apparemment il y aurait eu des plaintes à notre encontre, nous n'en avons jamais vu le jour. ATTENTION LES FRANCAIS SE FONT AVOIR PAR CETTE AGENCE, GARE A VOUS!

Vous me répondez que nous avons cassé le four!? Il l'était déjà, à peine avons nous tiré la poignée qu'elle nous est rester dans la main! Menteur que vous êtes!
Vous dites que nous avons fait du bruit dans l'appartement du bas, c'est encore faux, nous ne sommes pas restés dans cet appartement pour justement ne pas déranger les voisins, Menteur que vous êtes!
Et enfin la clé je vous l'ai envoyé depuis le Jeudi 9 Janvier et je doute que vous ne l'ayez encore reçu, Menteur que vous êtes!
Alors si comme dans les autres commentaires que je peux lire pour votre établissement il n'y a que des réponses négatives, c'est très simple, n'acceptez plus de français et le problème sera réglé, Arnaqueur que vous êtes!
Je viens de vous contacter pour justement avoir la confirmation de la carte, on m'a gentiment raccroché au nez, alors arrêtez un peu, s'il vous plait!

These apartments are really awful. We were completely ripped off. The apartments were NOTHING like advertised, the cupboards were empty so we could not cook, and the place was extremely small and dirty. The company are ignoring all of my complaint emails. Do not be fooled!

El apartamento está muy bien situado, , muy bien comunicado y distribuido de una manera ideal para aprovechar todo el espacio para 8 personas. La decoración es muy agradable, no se ve "desnudo" pero tampoco sobrecargado y tienes todos los extras electrónicos que puedas imaginar, tanto en el baño (secador de pelo), en la cocina (microondas, tostadora, exprimidor,) y en el salón (televisión, cadena de música). Además tiene un aire acondicionado que funciona genial por la distribución que tiene, y en seguida climatiza la casa, fundamental en Agosto. La piscina excepcional, tranquila y muy bien orientada. Pasamos unas magnificas vacaciones!

Really nice top floor apartment with sunny balcony and convenient location a few minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia and also the old hospital which was fascinating. The manager was extremely helpful, everything was great.

The location of this Apartment is very good. Just few meters from La Rambla. Although it’s apartment, you get very nice feeling. It has very nice and modern design with very helpful staff. If you are going to Barcelona mostly to spend time outside in the city, it very good choice for you (money/value).

We booked a flat in this location and we were completely satisfied with the accommodations.

Everything was perfect. The staff were available and professional and glad to help us with directions or advice whenever we asked. I would book with them again in a flash!

Our party of seven recently stayed in the apartment. It is very centrally located with a store across the street and many fun bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and responsive. My only suggestion is that they could provide a few extra towels. I would recommend the apartment.

Excellent place to stay in Barcelona. In a good residential area with local shops and takeaways with good links to centre by bus or metro. Apartments well laid out and equiped, spotless and serviced daily. All the My Space Barcelona staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Would certainly come back and recommend them.

My Space Barcelona ofrece un servicio con el que ayudan a optimizar el rendimiento de los inmuebles y nos evita a los propietario, sobre todo los que vivimos fuera, lidiar con el lío normativo que envuelve a este mercado. Personalmente llevamos dos años trabajando con ellos, y no solo hemos tenido mayor rentabilidad que antes, sino que además todo es muy fácil, se encargan de todo, y pagan las rentas juiciosamente cada de mes. Una buena solución delegar con ellos!

Worst apartment ever, we stayed at Carrer de Ballester, 34 first they charge you 90 euro for cleaning service when they dont give you any house keeping for the entire time you are there, and tourist tax when the place is not even that close to tourist area, and these guys are not helpful at all because we arived 2 hours earlier then our check in time and they wanted to charge us 10 euro per luggage bag to just keep it in their office and we were 6 ppl with 2 bags each, i understand we cant get our apartment till 3 but dont try to rip us off then no hot water for 4 days out of the 5 days we stayed in this hell hole and i guess these guys call single beds queen beds as all the beds were single beds except in one room where they joined 2 single beds together to make it big.without thinking there is still going to be a gap in between beds and mattress is so bad tht you rather sleep on the floor. Came home with the worst back pain. But i guess i got what i payed for, next time i will spend alittle more and stay in a better place

They deserve five minus stars. Incompetence, blatant lies, neglect - we have never met such management. We found disgustingly filthy towels, dirty bedsheets, lamps without bulb or with the wire torn, the fridge with water running down the walls with the rests of food left by our predecessors floating in it, the lock of the entrance-door broken, insufficient number of blankets, etc, etc.
We called them and we wrote mails asking to change the washing and to fix the faulty things, they promised it faithfully and did nothing. After 3 days! And many complaints (we stayed a week) they left us on the table some clean stuff. We had to make the beds and to change the towels. The broken objects and the front door were never fixed or at least replaced. One gets the impression, that they are purposingly trying to harm their company. Never again! Krystyna and friends
