Los apartamentos en sí están aceptablemente limpios, pero completamente desgastados y rotos. La piscina prometida en la azotea era un asqueroso estanque verde lleno de colillas y las ventanas rotas.

Y además, como en muchas otras reseñas, inventaron una razón para no reembolsar el depósito.

¡Absolutamente te aconsejo que te mantengas alejado!

La ubicación es perfecta. El apartamento está en el sótano que no conocíamos. No ves la luz del día.

Great service, very good floors. The photos match the realityVery happy with our stay in this apartment. Cozy, spacious, modern. The check in was so easy. Once in the apartment, it had everything we need and more. The roof terrace is terrific and views even more. Near we had great restaurants and shops and also metro station. I will definitely recommend it to my friends who come to Barcelona. Thank you so much!

Really great location with a neighborhood feel and many local area restaurants that are top notch. Owners have great communication and really nice to meet us at the flat as part of their welcome.

We rented a flat of their at Rambla de Catalunya, 67. It was catastrophic. Photos were misleading, cleanless seriously discutable, WC leaking, everything old, dish machine not working, not enough plates to cook, 6 duvets for 8 beds. AVOID renting with them!
We have been reimbursed very little by Airbnb because they refused

Location is great, the neighborhood is full of bars and cafes! Apartment has everything you need, good value for money.

The truth is that my family and I were very happy with the apartment! The people who work there are very nice and the apartment is very nice and clean. When we go back to Barcelona we will certainly stop there again!

Make sure you read the SMALL PRINT. You need to pick the keys up far away from where the apartments are. Its a "Loft style" no windows or sufficient Natural Light. Also you will need to leave a security deposit and add a cleaning fee.please read carefully a and be 100% sure this is what you need.

Very nice apartment. It is located in a really quiet area but you can manage to go everywhere easily. I could not met Toni personally but his maiden My Space Barcelona Apartments was really welcoming, so if I ever come back to Barcelona I would not mind to stay again at his place.

This apartment is of excellent quality, located a few blocks from Plaza Catalunya. The attention of the staff was excellent, taking care of all details to achieve a good stay. Everything is new in this apartment, and very comfortable.

Estupendo apartamento, muy limpio en una de las mejores zonas de Barcelona, justo al lado hay una parada de metro (10 pasos) y además super silencioso, no se oía nada en absoluto. La persona que nos recibió, nos atendió estupendamente y nos facilitó muchísimo la llegada y salida del apartamento, con el tema de las maletas. Le agradecemos desde aquí como se portó de bien con nosotros. Es un apartamento para tener en cuenta en próximas visitas a Barcelona

À éviter, les 300€ de caution j ai faili ne jamais les revoir. Heureusement j etais passé par Expedia à qui j ai remonté l info et qui a fait le forcing sinon je me faisais bananer!

Mi experiencia fue perfecta, hemos estado super cómodos, el piso estaba super bien equipado, limpio y muy confortable, éramos 7, cuatro adultos y tres niños, y de verdad el trato que hemos tenido por parte de My Space Barcelona ha sido inmejorable, en todo momento atentos a nuestros requerimientos, se los recomiendo siempre!

Booked an emergency apartment when our bags went on to Barcelona instead of stopping in Madrid where our air bnb was. The office let us check in early when we landed at 12pm which was very nice. One issue was we had to get a cab to the office, then another to the apartment due to luggage. Also, the shower flooded the bathroom and the hallway so we just abstained from using it. The sink didn't drain well either, possibly from being 2 levels down in the basement, not sure. Overall, very much appreciate them getting us in on short notice. Travelers should know there is a security deposit required and cleaning fee, as well as the tourist tax for 16 years and older.

Nice and peaceful place but now you don't come at night because some people are make problems at night time
