Si quieres odiar tu vida y gastar cientos de euros limpiando tus objetos personales después de haber sido atacado por decenas de insectos, has encontrado el lugar perfecto.

Todo lo que queda es que el propietario robe mi depósito de seguridad de $400 y tendremos unas vacaciones perfectas del infierno.

Un servicio excelente que proporcionó una estancia muy agradable, con un personal amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo necesario.

El apartamento era increíblemente bonito, céntrico, espacioso y bien amueblado, cuidado hasta el último detalle y muy limpio. El personal de My Space Barcelonaera extremadamente profesional, amable y sorprendentemente servicial. Lo recomendaría mucho para familias y grupos de amigos. Fue una experiencia impresionante. El apartamento estaba impecable y cómodo. El personal de My Space Barcelona mostró una actitud excepcional hacia sus huéspedes, brindando asistencia en todas las áreas, garantizando la limpieza y comodidad del apartamento, y ofreciendo una excelente relación calidad-precio. Mi experiencia superó todas mis expectativas y agradezco su ayuda para hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan agradable. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar a todos.

Hola, nos quedamos en el apartamento esta semana. Encontramos el apartamento en un estado lamentable, al contrario de lo que muestran las fotografías. Las imágenes de Internet no se corresponden con las imágenes del sitio. Tuvimos daños por agua en el techo, lo que provocó un agujero enorme, por lo que el baño y un dormitorio ya no se podían utilizar.
Los servicios de la empresa también dejan mucho que desear, no obtienes solución ni compensación de ningún modo. Además, nos quitaron el depósito mientras todavía estábamos allí sin ningún motivo.
Aconsejaría a cualquiera que no reserve ninguna habitación o apartamento a través de esta empresa.
Si el apartamento fuera sólo para dormir, no fuera tan caro y tuvieras un servicio razonablemente bueno, no sería tan malo, pero la forma en que tratan al cliente es simplemente una gran broma y ridícula.

Las fotos te desorientan, no se corresponden con la realidad, todo está sucio y roto, colchones con manchas, etc, gotea agua del techo y el servicio en MySpace es pésimo, en algún momento simplemente dejan de contestar y no hacen caso.tus llamadas

Las fotos son engañosas.
El apartamento ya no se parece a las fotos.
Solo 3 cuchillos y 3 vasos. Cuando son 5 no es lo mejor.
La limpieza no está ahí. (papel higiénico y otros debajo del sofá cama, restos de orina y otros en el colchón.)
Las camas no son cómodas.
El aire acondicionado apenas funciona. Obligados a "dormir" con las ventanas abiertas, lo cual es muy complicado dado el lío que hacen los vecinos (música alta, gritos de todo tipo y baños nocturnos.)

J'ai vraiment pas été content de l'appartement, l'extérieur sale bouteilles mégots de cigarette sur le sol, impossible de fermer l' œil de la nuit très très bruyant, musique très forte des locataires se baigne dans la piscine à 4h du matin avec la musique, aucun respect! C'est sûr nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce lieu.

I have been treated very well and I have always been very quick to respond. I already have my flat, but I am sure I will continue to count on them in case I need anything during my stay in the next few months. Having a pool in the apartment has been a luxury!

Ces appartements sont impeccables. Tout est neuf, propre, ils ont un emplacement incroyable et un service si amical de la part des gars. Tout était incroyable, ma famille et moi sommes restés là une nuit et Roa a adoré rester plus longtemps. Je reviendrai, c'est sûr!

Apartamento muy amplio, limpio y cómodo, todo muy nuevo y cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. Cocina totalmente equipada. Situación céntrica y tranquila al mismo tiempo. El personal de recepción muy amable. Relación calidad-precio, excelente. Supero con creces mis expectativas.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en un apartamento en Barcelona, gestionado por My Space Barcelona, en ambas ocasiones hemos recibido por parte de todo su equipo humano un trato exquisito. Nuestras estancias han sido de 4 y 3 semanas. Destacar sobre todo la calidad y confortabilidad de nuestro apartamento en en la calle Ramón y Cajal. A pesar que por razones de trabajo nuestra intención era alojarnos en otra zona de Barcelona, nos alegramos de que no fuese posible, pues este alojamiento cumple sobradamente nuestras expectativas, ademas de estar en una zona tranquila y muy centrica. Estamos deseando volver a nuestra casa, despues de una pequeña reforma, pero sin duda cuando ese momento ansiado momento llegue, a buen seguro que sentiremos cierta nostalgia de tener que dejar este apartamento. Appartement d'apparence correct. Par contre, literie de mauvaise qualité. 2 couvertures piur 5 personnes. Pas de papiers toilettes et attention certains appartements ndonnent pas sur la piscine. Pour y accéder ils faut descendre au sous sol, traverser le parking sous terrain pour y accéder à la. Bref prestation. Très moyenne

I love the fact all you do is try to make the feedback from your customer irrelevant.

When we look at all the negative feedback you have, which are a lot between your properties (because of the extra charges mainly!) you seriously should think of possibly changing things?

All you do instead is reply to your customers feedback with excuses!
Either saying they never stayed at flats you rent, or you don't believe their feedback, or you pretend they're spams!

One advice from someone who stayed at one of your flats and was so angry at you is to possibly improve the customers vision of your service and flats? !

And yes I efficiently advise future victims by leaving actual feedback about the terrible experience I had which is shared by others! Many others.

The manager was so rude on arrival he made us pay £100 more even though we showed bank accounts as proof of payment. He actually folded his arms and turned his head away because he didn’t want to know. I have never experienced such bad customer service. The appartments was unkept tv broke cooker didn’t work and the list of rules were endless. The bed was so unstable we had to take the mattress off and sleep on the z bed. The other appartments were let to groups of lads and girls who would definitely have lost their deposits because they dared to be outside after 8pm. There was building work going on above our heads by the pool all day and after paying £200 per night we felt robbed. The worst part for me was the rudeness of the one manager when the other staff were helpful and polite. You honestly would be a better company without him.

What a fabulous apartment! We, two couples, stayed at My Space Barcelona Barcelona for six nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience starting with meeting our charming host who met us at the apartment and gave us, along with a great wine, a thorough walk-through of the state-of the-art apartment which can sleep eight and included two master bedrooms.

He offered suggestions on the best of Passieg de Gracia where the apartment is located. Conveniently located in the heart of the city and is within walking distance of many shops and sites. It is near the Metro and Bus tours that will acquaint you with the entire city and is also near a taxi stand. Best of all it is directly across the avenue is Casa Batllo, one of Gaudi’s many significant statements on the landscape of Barcelona.

Toni made himself available to all our questions and offered great suggestions throughout our stay.

We spent several weeks in another country after our stay in Barcelona and found their five star hotels to be less desirable than My Space Barcelona.

Would we recommend My Space Barcelona to friends? Would we stay there again? YES! And YES!

Muy bien ubicado, centralísimo dentro de Barcelona. Además con un par de almacenes en la misma cuadra. El pequeño balcón permite unas vistas nocturnas de la ciudad muy interesantes. La atención muy amable.

We loved staying at this apartment while in Barcelona! There was plenty of room for our family of four (two children, 9 & 4 years old) and a travel nanny. The apartment has such great character, as it is in an older building. It was clean, cool, quiet, and had all the necessities needed for a great stay.

We shopped at the Mercat Ninot which is close by and made breakfast with the fresh ingredients every morning before heading out to explore. There is wonderful upscale clothing blocks away and restaurants and bars everywhere. We just loved exploring and finding new places to try! One of our favorites was a cozy wine bar named Cellarer. The two owners of the wine bar are very knowledgable about Spanish wines, friendly and welcoming. The small bites they serve are fantastic!

Graciela, who met us upon arrival, was warm and welcoming and answered all of our questions. She was very helpful, even reserving a taxi for the five of us to get to the train station on the morning we left.

The apartment has a wonderful folder filled with maps and suggestions for food, sights and anything you need to know about the apartment. It was appreciated and helpful.

We would definitely stay at this apartment again if we visit Barcelona!
