Vivo en el edificio Freser, 60 desde más de 3 años y es un desastre.
La reforma ha sido hecho mal, muy mal. Las paredes y pisos no tienen insolación, los balcones se están cayendo.
Los propietarios intentaron contactar Novert sobre muchas temas pero no contestan (ejemplo: han cambiado 2 veces la cerradura pero no quieren cambiar la puerta entera que es defectuosa) y desde 2 años, estamos esperando que mueven el dedo.
Están perdiendo tiempo para no cumplir la garantía de los compradores.

Sin sentido común, falta de profesionalismo.

Hoy han dejado 4 familias en la calle. Aragon 477. ¿Qué clase de empresa es esta que su trabajo consiste en aumentar la pobreza?

I can't recommend. Some of the work is generally good but not for what I paid for the flat. Some of the sub-contracting was sloppy and now, 18 months later, things are falling apart and some of the work needs to be redone, notwithstanding that the apartment hasn't been used much. They are somewhat responsive but mostly just passing the buck. Disappointing. My neighbors have had similar experiences.

In August of 2018, I moved to Barcelona and arranged my first site visit on a property 63-67 Rabassa, that Norvet moved me to after the disaster with 477 Arargo. I was taken to see construction on the building. I was shocked at how small the flat appeared. I had a contract for a unit that was 46 m2 - which is 495 square feet. This was markedly smaller - and I arranged a second visit later to measure the flat. I measured it to be approximately 35 m2.
At this point I called my lawyers and demanded that we measure this with an architect who was legally able to submit such a report. I was only 2 m2 off - it was 37 m2. This was 9 m2 less than my contract, and in the city of Barcelona, illegal for habitation.
In February we went to measure the flat again. It seemed that Norvet had modified some of the walls to try to increase the area of the apartment slightly, and they had gotten it close to 40 m2, but the salon / kitchen area was still 17 m2 (still not legal). We soon notified the city of Barcelona who came to measure the flats and revoked their certificate of habitability. Now, the apartment is still illegal - and they are refusing to grant us access to visit the flat to see what work may or may not have been carried out since then. Furthermore, there are 4 other flats on the ground floor of this building that are illegal. Whether the owners are aware or not is a mystery, though I’m certain they are not.
If you ever hear or have the opportunity to work with this property group, I would run far in the other direction. They are professional scam artists who have no business ethics and no respect for the community that they are building in. They are always late on delivery dates, and building apartments without legal permits is something that’s happened now in 3 buildings they’ve constructed. Como haya muchas empresas como esta, se cargan Barcelona a la de ya! De Barcelona solo dejarian el decorado para alquilarselo a extranjeros (que tienen mas pasta y pueden pagar lo que piden).

Tasteful attention to detail and outstanding service. We finally found what we were looking for with Norvet. I personally recommend.
