I have never been treated so poorly by a "professional. " I texted him two times, very professionally, about an issue that we had (that is ultimately his own fault), and he responded by blocking me. When my husband called to ask him for an update to our problem, he cursed out my husband and told us to figuring it out ourselves. To me, that's not the way to treat a paying customer.
