No ALQUILAR CON ESTA AGENCY se dedican a estafar a todos. No devuelven la fianza y si tenéis suerte os la devuelven a plazos. Agency profesional 0 no tienen seriedad no cumplen en nada. Handyman nulo no hay. Solo cambia la bombillas no hace nada. Personas de limpieza musulmanes no limpian bien. Chic@s no alquilen.

Agence de location d'appartement, totalement non entretenu!
Ils le savent et ne font rien.

Possibly the worst agency ever. Here is a non exhaustive list of the problems I encountered the first week after I entered the flat:
- no electricity for 36h;
- no access to hot water for 6 days;
- toilets leaking for 2 days, then sealed for 3 days;
- the washing machine leaked for 2 days;
- only 1 of the 2 refrigerators was working (9 people living in the flat) ;
- the lights in the entrance were turned on and there was no way to turn them off;
- basic equipments were missing (and for most of them we never got them, despite our repeated demands), such as: adequate number of chairs in the kitchen (6 chairs for 9 tenants.), coffee machine, etc
-. I could go on for hours, basically the flat was supposed to be "renovated", but it was still in construction when we moved in.
Also they make you pay 125€ of charges/months, even if electricity & water did not work the first week (and we didn't get refunded)
Last but not least, they take ages to give you back your deposit (some of my friends are still waiting for it 6 months later; others got it back but only partially)
The only reason I stayed in the flat was the people I was living with, otherwise I would have left as soon as possible.
