Muy buen servicio, el coche estaba como nuevo y la atención ha sido muy rápida. Personal muy amable

¡Es una farsa! Además de ser ladrones, no hay empatía. ¿El único objetivo? Robar clientes
Vuelo que aterrizó tarde, debes saber que ya estamos pagando 50 euros extra por llegar tarde.
Cuando aterrizamos, gran sorpresa, todos los competidores estaban abiertos excepto Okmobility.
Nos encontramos pagando un taxi nocturno del hotel… volvemos a la mañana siguiente y ningún gesto comercial por parte de ellos. Sin compasión.
Merece ver a todos los pasajeros participar en la competencia.
Todavía estoy esperando el regreso del gerente a quien pedimos ver pero que obviamente no estaba presente.

150 euros por un citroen c3 para 2 días, pago cobertura premium! Pago suplemento para salir al extranjero. A la llegada el parking cerrado dando vueltas por gracia en plena navidad durante 15 minutos, dejo el coche, no hay problema. Bueno pues resulta que retirada de la fianza de 38 euros! Porque suspuestamente nos hemos pasado de km, no dan ni un km de cortesía, no tienen en cuenta el hecho de tener el parking cerrado. Era mi compañía de alquiler de confianza pero sinceramente la próxima lo cojo con centauro rent a car!

Sigo esperando nuestro depósito de 100€, unas 5 semanas después de que devolviéramos el scooter en perfectas condiciones. Están ignorando mis mensajes o dicen que ellos o el "Departamento financiero" deben "verificarlo". Servicio estafador, recomiendo evitarlo y alquilar en otro lugar.

Muy buena atención, el staff es muy amable. Los coches son prácticamente nuevos y tiene muy buena ubicación en el centro de Barcelona

Solo necesitamos cambiar el conductor y fue imposible comunicarme con el servicio al cliente y no hay otra manera de solucionar ningún problema al final ni vehículo ni dinero de vuelta por suerte solo fue 60€ igualmente l denuncia ya está en camino.

Los coches, el trato, la gestión del alquiler de coches le doy 5 estrellas. Lo que es abusivo es la fianza de la franquicia… más de 1.000€ para alquilar 2 días!

No me gustó alquilar con ellos, porque me dijeron que el seguro a todo riesgo que contraté con Booking no me servía con sus coches de alquiler.

Watch out. They won't let you choose the type of the motorcycle you want on the website even after you pick a bike on the web it's always they put on what they want and when you see the bike you wants they say it's reserved and if you have a question to customer service online you will be redirected to a site chat and the rep will assure you that they will help you but she needs to connect you after you pay 1 euro only then of course the answer will be none of what you are asking to rent is available ha
You will be charged from that time forward 1 euro weekly for nothing

Tried renting a motorcycle through their website but it would not allow me as it always crashed or some error appeared that did not allow me to complete the process.

After calling a few times, to which they never pick up, I found out through my telephone operator they have a special phone number which when you call it charges you! Beware of this!

After calling numerous times and not getting a reply I decided to go physically, there a nice lady helped me rent the bike for menorca and all went well.

However, once I was in their menorca office the very employees told that the images of the cars and motorcycles on their website are fake and do not represent the actual vehicles they have!

Apparently they did not have any motorcycles, even though I had reserved one in their Barcelona office, and told me the only solution is to upgrade to a car, which was triple more expensive.

Obviously I left and rented with another company, RecordGo (Amazing company). Overall just a bad company that wants to scam its clients

We rented two motorcycles with a friend and everything went smoothly. Making the reservation was easy and the staff were really nice. Low prices with high quality services! I highly recommend as I will be renting from them again in the future:)

Rentet 2 moped the 23.febr. 2023. It was a noce woman, which told us the trafficrules and where we can park legal in Barcelona. They made sure, that the helmets fit, told us about the prices and the different of the 2 prices, so we easily could choose (between traffic help or not). She showed us the clean and newly bikes and showed us how to open/close the topboxes. The return went smoothly asweel. Thank you.

I spontaneously booked a 9 Seater van with a promotion to celebrate the new years weekend in France with some friends.
We got a call the evening before that there was a problem with the Van and that the pickup would be delayed. They were very upfront and honest about the situation and did everything they could do in that situation. After all we picked up the Van at 2pm instead of 12am, which was communicated to us earlier.

The girls in the store were absolutely amazing through the whole situation and we found a fair compensation for the delay, which was communicated verbally only. We returned the car, without problems (Barcelona traffic with such a big car is another thing.) and they stayed true to their word. I would absolutely come back again.

Muy eficientes, en 5 minutos hemos salido con la moto alquilada y a un precio inmejorable. Cecilia no ha ayudado en todo, atención de 10.

Una experiencia genial con el Fiat 500, pequeño pero gigante en comodidad, suave y silencioso. Me ha encantado la atención de la señorita Susana muy paciente y te resuelve todas tus dudas sobre alquilar un coche. La oficina ubicada en pleno corazón de Barcelona es una pasada me queda muy cerca de casa.

El servicio al cliente excelente, explicaciones claras sin más complicaciones paseamos por todo Barcelona felices con la moto que nos alquilaron, gracias Suasana y kawtar.

Durante el viaje el coche fue genial y el consumo del coche era muy bajito por lo que en ese aspecto estupendo.

Por último, al entregar en coche en paseo de Gracia, esta mal indicado donde hay que dejarlo y como, podrían explicarlo cuando lo recoges pues al ser la misma ciudad entiendo que saben donde y como funcionan las otras oficinas. Por suerte la chica que nos atendió en la oficina de Gracia fue muy amable. Entregado, revisado y listo.

Very Good service! Only the check in took a little time because there were some people before us in the line that had some issues. But nothing out of the ordinary

We were skeptical at first due to price but we had a perfect experience with the rental of the car friday-sunday.we got a new C3 in perfect conditions, all the cars parked in the zone of OK mobility parking were bright new.we were explained all the possible additional and we decided to add rod assistance for only €9 for the 3 days.no problem getting the car or bringing it back.still pending to receive the €100 bail hoping with no issues to have a great experience and decide to use the company again

La verdad que una maravilla, tuvimos que ir a recoger el coche antes de lo que habíamos puesto y por un pequeño recargo (comparado con otras agencias que hemos usado muy pequeño) nos lo dejaron hacer sin problema. El coche fantástico y súper limpio, el parking donde están los coches fácil de encontrar y todo súper bien indicado desde la tienda. Por último las personas que nos atendieron tanto en el "check in" como el "check out" majisimos y súper atentos con todo.

Sin ninguna duda repetiremos con ellos.

Although I booked an economy car, I was offered an upgrade at no additional cost. I got a brand new BMW X1 and what else can I say.

Desde el principio, un servicio muy grato y efectivo. Nos hicieron el upgrade a un carro más grande sin costo adicional y no tuvimos ningún problema. La entrega y la devolución del coche es rápida. Recomendado.

Such a terrible experience! We had to wait for a really long queue but when It was our turn, our booked car was not ready! So we had waste time waiting again. We complained about it and the manager was really rude and unpolite. We’ll never come back again. Pleny of other options to rent a car where dont treat you like trash.
