Alquilamos un coche aquí por 2 días. El empleado en el lugar fue amable y el vehículo estaba en buenas condiciones. Sin embargo, cuando lo devolvimos tuvimos que esperar un poco hasta que llegó un empleado, aunque en realidad ya estaba abierto.

Alquiler muy caro. Límite de kilómetros recorridos por día y depósito adicionalmente alto. Busca la competencia, porque cuesta la mitad de precio.

El consultor Edgar de Olimpia en la sucursal de Calella, fue muy amable y servicial, hablaba varios idiomas y tenía buenos consejos. Se lo recomendaría a todos

Reservé un auto a través del sitio web www. El formulario contiene detalles sobre el punto de recogida, el conductor no vino al hotel. Tuvimos que recoger el coche de la oficina. El auto está bien, rayado por todas partes, pero estaba funcionando. El gran inconveniente es que no puede devolver el automóvil por la noche, y solo por la mañana del día siguiente. La oficina trabaja de 9 a 13 solamente. Tienes que encontrar un lugar para estacionar, lo cual es muy difícil porque la empresa de alquiler no tiene estacionamiento propio. Una vez que encuentre un lugar para dejar su automóvil durante la noche, debe pagar € 6,40 adicionales por el estacionamiento. Depósito reembolsable 400 euros.

Alquilamos un coche por un día para ir a Barcelona. Nos recogieron en el hotel y dejamos la llave en la recepción del hotel por la noche. Olimpia Car fue profesional y súper agradable. Todo salió perfecto y no tuvimos ningún problema.

En julio de 2021 durante nuestra estancia en Pineda de Mar he alquilado un coche aquí. Desde el primer mensaje de whatsapp para cotizaciones sobre el alquiler, hasta la entrega del auto TODO FUE SIN PROBLEMAS si no quiere estresarse, llévese su auto de alquiler aquí!

I rented a car there on the 7th and 8th of October, meaning last week. When I did the booking there, I said I wanted just for a day but when I came the next day, I wanted for 2 days. The guy that works there was very cool, I didn't have any problem at all. And there is no added price. One has to read the hiring conditions. Those are written big outside on the door and on the desk.
My experience was good!

I rented a car for 2 days and nobody asked me where I was planning to go and they did not mention anything about leaving the country. When I came back, they knew that I went to France and ask me to pay 29€ extra. I said no because I was not clearly informed. Their representative left and I thought I would not be charged. This morning when I looked at my bank account I saw that they charged me without asking! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I will contact my bank to cancel this but wanted to share it with other potential customers. ONCE AGAIN YOU NEVER ASKED ME IF I WAS PLANNING TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY AND YOU NEVER MENTIONNED ANYTHING ABOUT THIS EXTRA INSURANCE. CHARGING MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Me llama mucho a atención la educación con la que contestan a mi reseña ya que en el establecimiento les falto llegar a las manos con nosotros… nos amenazaron e increparon y, al poner la reclamación oportuna y pertinente, me cobraron 350€ de fianza porque, debido al hecho de la reclamación que puse, me dijeron que íbamos a ir por las malas, es decir, me amenazaron por ponerles una reclamación y me cobraron la fianza íntegra… una consecuencia patética de ego por su parte en represalia a mi reclamación.

CUIDADO, ES UNA ESTAFA DE LUGAR!
Chicos, tened mucho cuidado y no contratéis con esta empresa. Si lo hacéis por error, pagar con tarjeta de crédito para poder anular el pago antes de que os cobren u os robarán la fianza entera, es decir, 350 euros, poniendo cualquier excusa para ello. NO ES DE FIAR, ES UNA ESTAFA DE LUGAR. POR FAVOR, DIFUNDIDLO PARA QUE DEJEN DE ROBAR A LA GENTE.

Wir konnten kurzfristig ein Auto bekommen ohne Probleme. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sprechen englisch, spanisch und Russisch. Die Autos sind im guten Zustand und die Kindersitze sauber.

One Day trip from Calella to Carcasone in France for 7 people in Nissan diesel. The car was reliable and economical. 125€+29insurance+30€ cost of diesel.

Much better to arrange a hire directly with these guys. Much cheaper than doing it from home, online through a broker before the holiday. I arranged everything and got the full cost confirmed over email. Then paid cash at the arranged appointment. They delivered to my hotel and the car was great. Very happy with olimpia

Absolutely ok. They even brought the car to Caprici hotel for me and took it back on the same spot. Stuff professional and friendly. The deposit was released even before they checked the car! Excellent service, I highly recommend.

Reserved a car in person from this Calella office, arrived the following day and sat in the office for 15minutes waiting, only to be told that the car had already been hired to someone else due to the fact we were an hour late for collection. No alternative was offered to us and our travel plans were ruined. The attendant was hardly even apologetic.
What is the point in making a reservation I wonder?

Am inchiriat o masina mica pentru 4 persoane pentru ca excursiile oferite de ghid te cam usuca de bani. Cu o Toyota mica si economica am mers 4 persoane excelent. Recomand!
