O'Malleys restaurant

Comí aquí hace 2 años. El lugar estaba lleno y el personal hizo que fuera una experiencia excelente. Este año volví por la misma experiencia, pero ¡¡qué decepción! El personal fue antipático, nos apresuró a hacer el pedido, la comida tardó mucho en llegar a la mesa, aunque solo 3 de muchas mesas estaban ocupadas, las papas fritas estaban frías, la salsa solicitada nunca llegó, negocios turbios en las terras, parecía que se vendían drogas. ¡¡Ya no es mi lugar y nunca volveré!

He visitado este lugar todos los años y nunca me ha decepcionado. El menú presenta algo para todos los gustos, la comida está bien presentada y tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Muy recomendable.

Encontramos malleys después de 6 días de nuestras vacaciones, la comida era excelente, el servicio era bueno y Gearoid era un caballero de principio a fin y organizaba taxis cuando terminamos de comer, ya que era difícil llegar. Muy recomendable y volveré.

Sobre la comida no hay nada que decir, estuvo estupenda, por eso estuvimos allí dos veces.
El servicio que recibimos del caballero con el bolígrafo en el pelo fue estupendo, ¡qué joven tan amable y alegre! Jovencita tuvimos la 2da y última x lamentablemente no fue así, tal vez no fue su día, puede pasar.
Comimos tika masala, pizza, bistec y costillas.
¡Todo estaba delicioso y no era caro!

Las camareras eran muy agradables y amables. El servicio está bien.
La comida era buena pero sin +, la salsa estaba muy picante. Comimos tapas, que creo que para muchos eran heladas. Dicho esto, dados los comentarios, ¡nos sorprendió gratamente! Haber probado otros en tapas en Estartit, no necesariamente es mejor en otro lugar.

¡Conseguí el combo de bistec y costillas, fue muy agradable y con una buena relación calidad-precio! Muy buena bebida y excelente personal, especialmente Gearoid, no pudo hacer más por mi familia y lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Un servicio muy largo (1 hora para traer un solo plato) cuando llegamos a la inauguración y ya habíamos reservado. Una calidad realmente no top, es cierto que no es muy caro, en cualquier caso no tenemos más que por nuestro dinero. No recomiendo comer allí, solo verlo como un pub y no como un restaurante.

El restaurante estaba en mi lista porque comimos muy bien aquí la última vez (hamburguesa) y el servicio fue muy amable. Este año encontramos el servicio pobre. Cuando preguntamos si había sitio, apenas hubo respuesta. Solo se señaló. La camarera no parecía muy feliz. Las hamburguesas no estaban buenas. Bollos no tostados y fríos y carne sin sabor. Lástima. Lo quité de mi lista.

Las hamburguesas son terribles, la carne sabe a pescado y los bollos no son tostados y dulces. Las papas fritas no son buenas. La única ventaja es el servicio porque es muy agradable.solo recomiendo la pizza

Catastrófico. Precios altos, esperas muy, muy largas para recibir comidas congeladas.

Solo punto "positivo" camareros que hablen español, francés, inglés

La comida es muy variada y todo es sabroso y el precio también es bueno. Definitivamente recomendado si estás en la zona.

Crec que els últims anys ja no és el mateix.
Menjar fred, i a vegades sense acabat de fer.
Servei molt despistat, també hi havia molts cambrers nous que no sabien que hi havia a la carta i la seva atenció per el servei és millorable.

This place is amazing. It’s like home from home. Every holiday my family come here. The team are so friendly and work so hard. The food is really good, in my opinion it makes our holiday. Keep up the good work

Très bon accueil. Les champignons à l'ail avec du fromage c'est original, mais un peu gras, par contre le gâteau au chocolat fondant est un délice.

Una pasada de bar restaurante, con cocina abierta durante todo el día.ambiente old British con encanto, personal amable, comida buena, cerveza fría.vamos, una combi playera de lo más relaxing

Comida rica, la pizza estaba muy buena, los aros de cebolla y los calamares también, así como la ensalada.
Las bravas no son bravas, son patatas fritas congeladas con una salsa rara, así que éstas no las recomiendo.
Los camareros son muy amables y atentos aunque español solo hablaba uno de ellos y otra lo chapurreaba, y por eso y porque a la hora de servir fue un poco desastre, se llevan 4 estrellas en vez de 5. Admiten perros️

Kids meals were okay.
Beers was average, not the coldest

The staff is very nice, we just ate nachos at the beach, so i'm sorry to say that these nachos with the sauce was not quite what we expected. So much cheese and then hot sauce mwah.
The pasta was like from a can, no spices i think.
The tapas where not what we expected.

But, we ate it and the overal experience was ok.
Its an english owner if i'm correct, so it was like eating english tapas. Not spanish:)

Eines der besten Restaurants in welchen ich je war! Definitiv empfehlenswert! Tolle Lage nahe am Hafen von L‘Estartit. Sehr sympathische Bedienung. Die Auswahl ist sehr vielseitig und vielversprechend. Wir entschieden uns für die Fajitas was für uns das Highlight unserer Ferien wurde. Auch für Fussballfans eignet sich dieses Restaurant/Pub, da gratis Fussball der europäischen Top-Ligen gezeigt wird. 10/10 was das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis angeht.

Ha un des avis les plus dur à rédiger. Serveuse française très appréciable. Hamburger très bon, frites en supplément. Celui que J ai pris était peu consistant. Il faut demander si vous voulez mayo sel ou autre. Peut être qu in autre menu aurait été adapté à ma grande faim. 30e avec apéro pour 2 adultes et un enfant reste positif

Family of six? Showed up as walk ins in at least two occasions. (Embarrassed about that) The staff really made us feel welcome. Food was excellent. Ambience spot on Cannot praise you highly enough. Forgot my hat and on a really busy night, you took the time and effort to find me further up the way to return it. Wishing you all the best. Hope to call back next year and this time we will definitely book in advance?

Quand c'est bon c'est bon! Y'a rien à dire de plus. Nous avons pris des tapas (nachos, patatas bravas et tortillas) mention spéciale pour les nachos qui sont excellents. Puis hamburgers pour les uns et salades pour d'autres, tout le monde fut rassasiés.

Les serveurs et serveuses sont très sympathiques et d'une gentillesse très appréciable. Merci à vous pour ce moment.

Under staffed and the staff seemed under huge strain, thus came across rude. Lots of tables free, but long queues and turning down of customers. We sat down and then decided to leave. In my opinion O Malleys is not a good representation of an Irish pub.

Great restaurant and bar in the centre of L'Estartit with nice view on the harbour. The atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly and funny. The menu great, they have a lot of different things. I especially like the chicken tikka masala.

Passez votre chemin, il y a bien meilleur et plus agréable dans le centre d'Estartit.
Décevant l'acceuil du serveur.
2 personnes sur une table de 6 et on nous dit qu il n y a plus de places, 2 personnes sur une table de 4 idem.on lui propose de réunir 2 tables, il refuse. Il a perdu je ne sais combien de clients ce soir là par son attitude.
Allez chez Fancy, bien meilleur et acceuil chaleureux qui eux se sont démenés pour nous trouver une table de 4 personnes.

El servicio al cliente bueno, la comida fritanga poco elaborada. Bastante que mejorar, la carta para pedir destrozada, la fachadas dejada (porque se descuidó un familiar y se sentó ahí, si no no de broma)

Preiswertes Restaurant - es ist ein Pub und entsprechend ist die Karte auch eher danach ausgerichtet. Regional Gerichte gibt es hier nicht. Der Service war gut und zügig.

22: 30 cocina cerrada. En la puerta no se exhibe carta en castellano, el camarero parece ser que no entiende el castellano tampoco. Nuestro gozo en un pozo así que hemos ido a Kim's que está a 50m y tienen unas hamburguesas por 2,3€ más que están cojonudas. Aquí sí hay carta en castellano y los camareros además de hablarlo y entenderlo perfectamente son muy amables.

Looooooong waiting time and terrible food. The chef has never seen salt in his life.

Patatas bravas? - straight out of the freezer, dry, no salt.

Tortilla? - Piece of dry egg with potatoes.

Cheeseburger with bacon? - why not just buy bimbo bread (dry) and a patty from the supermarket.
Believe me, at home the result is better.

You wanna order mushrooms with garlic? - you’ll get 4 mushrooms. 4!

Cena con mi pareja, hamburguesa sin gracia, carne muy fina y sin más, precio barato. Para mi gusto prefiero pagar 5e más y que la hamburguesa tenga más calidad. La pizza muy buena masa fina, con abundante queso la verdad que me sorprendió y el precio muy aceptable para nada caro, el trato fue bueno, seguro que vuelvo a comerme otra pizza!

Más de 1 hora de espera para que nos dieran unas hamburguesas quemadas y unas patatas congeladas, de lo peor que he comido. Lo mejor la amabilidad del personal.

Pésimo! No le doy 0 estrellas por que no se puede opinar! Restaurante perfecto para ir Chicote, menú de tapas con tortilla mercadona solo hacia falta sacarla con el plastico, croquetas fritas con aceite del año pasado y patatas congeladas y crudas con sabor a todo menos patatas. No le deis ni una oportunidad malisimo espero que cierren pronto

Malísimo no se puede decir otra cosa. Yo creo que es peor sitio donde he ido, absolutamente todo es congelado y frito con aceite del comienzo del verano. Mejor come en casa

Great food for very normal prices. If there is room its always an excellemt choice for eating. Kids menu and more than enough choice for adults. Make sure to try the olympic burger!

Sat down here for some food and was pleasantly surprised. Large selection of food to share (or keep to yourself!). Friendly service and good range of drinks too. They're one of the few places open on a Sunday afternoon.

El lloc està bé. Ens han possat uns cuberts no molt ben nets i de seguida al dir-lis ens han canviat els cuberts.
Sobre la carta: massa cosa! Crec que hi ha barreges de gastronomies, que potser el més adient seria servir una carta més curta, i així no servir congelats com les patates.
Per exemple, un Onion Bhaji (menjar indi) i patates braves. és una barreja rara. Sincerament, si algú vol un Onion Bhaji anirà a un dels restaurants indis de L'Estartit.
El motiu de les tres estrelles és el menjar congelat i que hem demanat un wrap vegetarià sense formatge degut a que la meva parella no aguanta el sabor del formatge. Les verdures tenien regust a formatge, segurament han estat fetes a la mateixa plancha. Per sort, nosaltres no som al.lèrgics ni intolerants, però haurieu de tenir precaució amb les traces de llet als aliments, preguntar-li al client si té intolerància o fer el formatge en un lloc diferent.
La atenció dels cambrers i del cuiner, ha sigut excel·lent. El cuiner ens ha sortit a preguntar si volíem més salsa, ja que trèiem el formatge, i m'ha semblat molt simpàtic.

Sehr netter Chef und Bedienung. Breites Angebot an Speisen, vieles gut, aber nicht alles. Angesichts der moderaten Preise aber eine Empfehlung.

The meals here are fantastic the atmophere is great the staff are friendly and helpfull i recommend O'Malleys to anyone who enjoys good hearty food xx

Lieu agréable parle français, anglais, espagnole. On sy est arrêter pour boire un verre et manger des tapas, le personnel est gentil accueillant, et comparer à d'autres commentaires la qualité n'est pas si mal. Nous y reviendrons.

Friendly staff, good location overlooking the harbour, a fair selection of food, only grumble, we had a breakfast and the baked beans only just qualified in the plural, very very small portion

Food was great, lovely atmosphere. Would recommend anyone to try this place. Kids really enjoyed their food. Great food at great prices for all the family.

So we happened upon o malleys.had a very pleasant experience to be fair. I had the rack of lamb.very reasonably priced to be fair and as a chef myself I really enjoyed it.my husband enjoyed the steak on the stone.my 11 year old had the oven baked chicken which I'm confident I could have kicked across the water to Ireland and the wall paper paste gravy as was mentioned in previous comments, but we were delighted and left a tip.we mentioned to the waiter that the ladies camogie final was on the next day and was he able to show on tv- he said no problem at all as there was no English games on etc.we asked could we reserve seats, to be told no need.we told our friends at the local camp site and all went down prior to the game to be told the owner was showing his kids a movie and wouldn't be showing the GAME. BIg BIG MISTAKE on his part I would have sent alot of b
usiness his way plus he missed out on 10 customers for 5 hours plus.very disappointed to be fair.

Nice place, with live sport and good prices.
The menu isn't the smallest one, plenty of food to choose from. Also they are really tasty and the portions are pretty big.
Fully Loaded Nachos (Large) as the starter and Mixed Grill Plate afterwards (sharing for two) and dessert at the end. That was already too much. But everything was really good.
Good choice of cider here.

Perfect pizza, de magarita pizza hebben een fantatische romige smaak. Enig nadeel is slechte acoustic in achter deel.

Price/ quality. For me it was good food for reasonable price. Went for the double burger, which was a bit greedy with the green, but next time I'll go for quadruple burger!
