I stayed here during the opening month and had the best stay! It’s an absolutely beautiful property, very spacious with a nice coworking space and swimming pool. Plus they have events organised every week and a projector in the lounge for movie nights, so it’s easy to bond with other digital nomads.
It’s within walking distance of Parc Gaudi and you can also walk into town or take the metro (but it is up a hill so it’s a nice work out when you head home!)
I would definitely stay here again

This is more than just a coliving in Barcelona. You get to work in a nice coworking space, have community session to meet new like-minded people in the house, enjoy their dinner & fitness/meditation session on a weekly base, all included in their monthly offer. The happiness officer& staff are involved into the people's experience and wellbeing and its created a unique experience for me:)

For what it worth as part of the Palma family: I stayed 1.5 month in the Barcelona coliving for the opening with all the first guests, the house was already full (10 private bedrooms) and I tried 2 different ensuites bedrooms. I didn't feel a minute I was in the city. Every morning I wake up either I could hear the birds singing from the beautiful trees and 2500m2 garden, either I could watch the sunrise and sunset with the city from the high ceilings windows, it was just stunning, and unreal. I was living 1 year before in Barcelona, and having this coliving property just a few minutes from the metro, supermarket, bars / restaurants and especially 5-10min subway stops from Barceloneta / gotico / gracia, is just a blessing, compared to my previous experience.
I'm very sad I had to leave as it's not only about the coliving house with its fully furnished coworking, sauna, swimming pool, game area.at Palma, it's about people. The first minute you arrive, you'll feel part of the family as you are at home with like-minded people and that feeling.is remaining the key driver for Palma coliving. Every future guest is asked to join an interview with the team as part of the selection process to make sure to keep like-minded people aligned with the same conscious values. You'll also find Debora the happiness officer that is here every day to make sure you are feeling good, she ll be your point of contact, keep the house on top level and facilitate the activities included in the monthly price such as 3 yoga/meditation sessions per week, the community session to share intentions and plan the week, introduce new members every Monday, then the nomad event outside of the city and a few shared / cooking lunch-dinner that are part of the entire experience to co create meaningful connexion. You can't miss the soul and warm environment that has been created carefully.
This is the Palma experience, and I can't be more grateful for having been part of the beginning of this journey in Barcelona.

Palma coliving Barcelona is for sure the best place to meet nice people. Beautiful coliving villa with an amazing garden, the bedrooms are comfortable with different type of offer & prices (private bathroom or shared, private inside balcony or direct access to sauna etc.), and the coworking is fully equipped. Located close to the metro & bus station, nearby Gracia district. Great place for staying at least 1 month while working remotely & discovering a new place with great people!

Esta es mi primera vez en un coliving y la vara quedó muy alta, una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. La casa tiene mucho espacio, donde pude trabajar, descansar y conectar con la comunidad. Gracias Matt, Hugo y Grace.

Es mi segunda vez en un Palma Coliving (anteriormente estuve en el de Palma de Mallorca) y la experiencia no me pudo gustar más. Lo mejor de todo, las personas que conoces. Se crea un ambiente buenísimo para conectar y ayudarse unos a otros. La villa de Barcelona es espectacular, con un jardín enorme, piscina y vistas a la ciudad (está al lado del famoso Parc Güell). Las zonas comunes son ideales para conectar con otros nómadas digitales, sobre todo la zona de trabajo que tiene todo lo que necesitas. Hay proyector para ver películas, cocina súper equipada y hasta sauna! Las habitaciones son súper amplias y recuerdo que tenían también una casita para los que quisieran viajar con su mascota
Lo último a añadir es que organizan actividades para que los colivers se conozcan, a mi me encantó la noche de tapas, todo buenísimo! Volveré sin duda!

The Palma Co-living space in Barcelona is absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious with large wardrobes for your things. The room I stayed in with my friend had double sinks and a big bath tub too!
The communal areas (kitchen, dining room & co-working space / living room) are all decent size. There is a big projector for movie nights with friends.
Outside there is a garden with sun beds, a hammock and a big swimming pool. There is gym equipment, yoga classes 3x per week and even a sauna.
The internet speed was great, I didn’t have any issues while working from here. Matthieu and Hugo the owners are so friendly, and so were the other nomads staying here.
There is a metro station just a 10 minute walk away and it takes 15 minutes on the tube to get to the centre which is so easy. The house is at the top of a hill so you’ll also get your step count in on the way back from the city lol!

As a digital nomad from Barcelona looking for change, Palma coliving surprised me a lot! The Coliving property is definitely unique compared to the others in the city: the "villa-style" with its unique private garden/swimming people, its location: nearby Gracia district one of the most dynamic district for me so far, the "family vibes" thanks to the selected community to make sure to be aligned with their conscious values such as creating meaningful connection, or organising event together to enjoy every moment of our stay. Thank you Palma team and I'll definitely come back to one of you other location!
