Al igual que otros compañeros que veo en los comentarios, hice mi reserva con PerlaTours para el evento de Joe Dispenza. El evento se replanificó varias veces por COVID y por solidaridad aguanté la reserva hasta que decidieron cancelarlo. En ese momento la organización de Jose Dispenza reembolsó el importe del retiro inmediatamente pero PerlaTOurs no me ha devuelto el importe de hotel, no contesta a los correos y por lo que veo tampoco a las llamadas. No puede confiarse en esta agencia.

I booked accomodation for JOE Dispenza Event which got cancelled due to COVID. New dates were promised, but then moved, I never received my refund. They promise refund since a year now and they never refunded it.

A Joe Dispenza event in Spain, for which Perla Tours was the accommodations partner and for which I was registered, was cancelled due to COVID. It has since been rescheduled and the new dates were not convenient for me. Official Perla Tours communications promised those of us who could not accommodate the new dates a full refund if we cancelled. I cancelled, no refund was issued, and no-one will answer my phone calls or emails. DR Dispenza's organization promised the same and my registration fee was refunded within 24 hours.
Since Perla Tours' official communications say that they are refunding those who cancel, my Amex Travel Insurance will not accept my claim for compensation. I have explained this by email and by phone and am receiving a complete stonewall. Unacceptable customer service on Perla Tours' part. I would absolutely not recommend them as a booking agent or partner. I seem to have lost nearly $1,000, which I borrowed for the event, so will not be able to rebook for the new Dispenza dates.

I booked a hotel through Perlatours. On 3/12/20 I cancelled and even though a refund was promised as of 4/1/20 no refund has been received. When I called they were rude and aggressive. I do not recommend their services.

Booked a day trip to Barcelona whilst on holiday in Calella. Good value for money, our guide was really friendly, fluent in several languages and was very thorough and proffesional. Would recommend.
