I would like to leave my point of view regarding your comments for Vanessa.
1. A Low budget project wouldn’t consider about hiring a designer. Asking questions or clarifying aspects of the project should not be a limitation but a way to ensure the correct execution.
2. A sample of material doesn’t come in the size of 90x90 nor the original size, but a smaller sample size.
3. An interior designer is definitely not an engineer, although, in charge of working with the carpenter and constructor to make sure that the drawings and plans are possible.
4, Human error is totally acceptable and can happen, and the chance to fix it is given. What is not acceptable is not admitting the responsibility and throwing the error to another.
5. It is always possible to contact a lawyer or the ÓMIC (Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor) incase disagreement regarding the payment.

Unprofessional company.
Summary: there were issues and the contract was canceled.
Afterwards, they helped us to get a fair agreement with the providers.
We were expecting a 5 stars experience with a 5 stars price.
They don’t work with the ethics as they describe in their profile. We were expecting to have the material brought to their office or our flat. That was how they explain to us about how they work. We end up to visit store by store for us to tell them what we like from hundreds materials. The same with selecting accessories. We were given a few websites and catalog with more than hundreds of choices.
We spent 2 months researching on the ideas and working on the drawings with the designers, including the carpenters. It was exciting as the plans were finally sorted out.
During the construction work (project execution as per the contract), we were informed last minute that most of what we wanted in the drawing was not possible. Their solution was to follow what the carpenter could do. Hence, the carpenter charged us for extra research for another design.
In the end, things are still unfinished right after 5 months, although the contractual relationship was ended prior 3 months. The designer didn’t make sure the carpenter did the tests before the installation.
Most frustrating is our project drawings were not measured before installation. For instance, end up a one piece kitchen wall (design) split into two pieces. Few materials were ordered in the wrong size.
Last, they did not admit their mistakes as they throw all the responsibility to the installer. Also being very rude to us. They refused to explain what was written in the contract. Even the contract specifies they are accountable of the communication with the providers, it wasn't always the case until we have to ask for an update on how was the progress.
Given the way our contract was initially cancelled, the carpenter decided to charge us 100% without finishing the job. We recommend not to work with their partners to avoid this issue.
Nevertheless, after the contractual relationship was ended, they realised their responsibility. The communication flow was better and in a more professional way clarifying any previous miscommunication. They helped us getting in contact with the kitchen materials provider to get to an agreement. We hope that this experience teach us both.

Creatividad, calidad y excelente trato a todos los niveles. He trabajado con ellos varias veces y siempre me han ayudado a encontrar exactamente lo que quería y necesitaba, gestionando los costes y tempos. Seguiré trabajando con ellos. Recomendados 100%.

Helena, Paula y el equipo de PPT son creativas, resolutivas y sensibles a las necesidades del cliente. Han sabido escuchar, entender y plasmar muy bien una visión para el proyecto, a nivel estético y funcional. Además, están siempre disponibles y comprometidas hasta el final. Volvería a trabajar con ellas seguro.
