If you want cheap. Look elsewhere. If you want sound advise, top quality equipment, craftsmanship and yet a good price. Look no further.

Also much appreciated they took our personal situation into account. I can truly recommend Prism Solar (thanks Callum) and the collaboration with Iron Man Welding (thanks Mark).

Due to my work abroad I couldn’t be around, at the time of installation. But they took all the time and courtesy in involving my wife in the process and workings. That’s a big plus too.

The service from Callum was excellent. Installation was quick, clean and on the date and time specified. Callum returned a couple of weeks later to answer the questions we didn’t know we had at installation.
After a recent period of extreme weather Callum made it known he was available to visit anyone who’s system had been affected. A level of professionalism and customer care that instilled even more confidence.

We have had a new solar system with lythium batteries installed by Callum for our home in Spain. The fast delivery and service and also for a good price! Super we are very satisfied and recommend this company to everyone!

Després d’explicar-li la idea a Callum, ens va dimensionar un sistema de plaques solars més bateries de Li-ion que cobria perfectament els requisits que ens vam imposar.

Quan va arribar la setmana d’instal·lar el sistema amb tot el material disponible a casa, vam decidir ampliar el sistema per poder donar cabuda a un cotxe elèctric endollable, ja que veiem que és el futur al transport per carretera a mig termini.

Vam avisar a Callum amb 48h de marge, i desprès d’un esforç logístic significatiu ho va fer possible.

Com a resum, Callum és un professional que t’escolta les necessitats i et fa la millor proposta tècnica per cobrir-les. No sabem si hi han millors sistemes qualitat/preu disponibles, però si sabem que estem molt satisfets amb tot el servei que hem rebut i la qualitat/preu del sistema instal·lat.

We contacted Callum from Prism Solar without big knowledge on PV energy and battery storage systems.

After discussing the idea with Callum, he designed a solar panels and Li-ion batteries system that met our design requirements.

Once the system installation week came with all material already at home, we decided to increase the system to consider also a Plugin Hybrid EV, since we believe it is the future of road transport in midterm future.

We communicated Callum the increase decision within 48h margin, and after a significant logistic effort he made it possible.

As a summary, Callum is a professional that listen to your needs and provides you the accurate technical solution to fulfil your needs. We do not know if there are better quality/price systems available, but we know that we are really satisfied with the offered service and our system quality/price.

First class service and great pricing. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend without hesitation.

Solar power is good when it is working, when it doesn’t you go into panic mode as your freezer defrosts, you can’t go online looking for help as your internet is down and your back to candles and torches. Its time like this you need to know where to turn for fast and effective results.

I had a recent system failure and made one easy phone call, within 24hrs a site visit was squeezed in-between existing client commitments and a loan system was fitted while the faulty unit was taken away and inspected.
In my case the inverter was right off due to a lizard with a weak bladder but Prism Solar helped me with my insurance claim and with their report and meeting with the insurance inspector, they were able to get them to agree accidental damage.

If I tried to handle it myself I would have had to buy a new or secondhand inverter quickly tried to figure how to install to existing system, I doubt I could have got the insurance to pay out as they were dubious from the start when I first reported the claim.

So either way I would have been out of pocket, by using Prism Solar I was inconvenienced for less than 24 hrs and ended up with a new inverter fitted and with a manufactures 5 year warranty.

There are many companies selling and installing solar systems its only in an emergency do you find out the ones you can rely on!

We approached Prism Solar people before we moved into the house in Spain. Callum was incredibly proactive and met us 2 days after we arrived. A few days later he was back putting in batteries to keep us going while we waited for the panels to arrive. A few days later he was back with his team to install the solar panels. His knowledge and professionalism was fantastic. He was able te detail our requirements and advise us on how to manage our energy requirements in the longer term. We will be using Prism Solar for all of our energy needs from now on. I can’t recommend the company high enough.
