Purobeach Barcelona

Fuimos recibidos muy amablemente por Amparo y Sofía. El espacio es amplio y acogedor con una música que acompaña pero no molesta. Como digo en el título "no estan pero estan" puedes mantener una conversación privada sin que nadie interfiera en ella. el comedor está ocupado SOLO por los clientes pero en cuanto fue requerido, el personal acudió solícito a servir con profesionalidad. Muchas gracias a Samir, Travis y el maitre Sufian. Comida de gran calidad servida sin esperas entre plato y plato. Pedí el coctel Floral Spritz, el ceviche de corvina y calamares a la parrilla y para postres tarta de manzana. Para finalizar un café como colofón a una velada muy romántica con mi señora.

Muy lindo lugar y servicio por parte de Travis y Liane excepcional.
La paella de marisco de la cocina estaba muy bien.
La bebida de sandía parecía más impresionante de lo que sabía.

Vinimos al club de playa hoy e hicimos una reserva. Reservamos camas y nos debían un crédito de 80 euros y un crédito de 25 euros (para una cama balinesa y una tumbona). La cama también venía con un batido que era pequeño y aguado y el refrigerio eran patatas fritas rancias a las 11 a.m. El servicio fue increíblemente lento y "Tuve que pedir varias veces una bebida antes de conseguirla. Cuando llegó la factura, se mezcló con la mesa de al lado y nos dejaron arreglar esto con las personas que no conocíamos. Los créditos que nos debían no fueron deducidos.de la factura y cuando cuestionó esto, el camarero insistió en que así era. Desde entonces, hemos revisado la factura y la hemos contado y no se ha deducido. Hoy pagamos más de 400 € solo por las camas y gastamos más de 200 € en bebidas.y no obtuvimos el crédito que esperábamos. A pesar de esto, el lugar fue agradable y aun así tuvimos un buen día ya que el servicio no fue el principio y el fin de todo, la música fue buena, es simplemente irnos después de haber gastado tanto y no recibir lo anunciado.

Editar: comentaron que enviarían nuestra reseña a la gerencia. También les envié un correo electrónico desde entonces y no obtuve respuesta.

¡Nuestro día fue muy relajado en Purobeach Barcelona! Las camas eran muy cómodas y la comida y las bebidas eran geniales. Travis nos ayudó de manera muy amable y amigable, ¡nos alegró el día! Realmente lo recomendaría para visitar este club de playa.

La piscina es un asco. Se puede ver claramente moho y espuma en la pared donde está la línea de agua. El agua está tan turbia que ni siquiera se nota que hay un diseño con los azulejos. Hay pequeñas partículas flotando por todas partes. ¡Por 90 euros esperaba que fuera mejor!

¡Muy aburrido! Puedes omitirlo si planeas visitarlo. No había electricidad, ni todos los platos del menú, ¡SIN MÚSICA! Y ni siquiera se disculparon por ello, ni siquiera ofrecieron una botella de agua gratis o con descuento. Fue realmente decepcionado cuando ya conoces otras ubicaciones de Puro Beach. ¡NO PIERDAS TU TIEMPO Y DINERO!: - (

Caro para nada. La botella de vino que está incluida en la entrada de 250€ para dos personas es un vino barato que es mejor no beber.

Reservamos una mesa en el restaurante con anticipación, mencionando que será una fiesta de cumpleaños. Cuando llegamos nadie tenía la información de que vendríamos ni había ningún feliz cumpleaños. Nada.

La comida era realmente mala. Entrec te que estaba cerca del estado crudo cuando se ordenó medio raro. La parmesana en la ensalada César no era real, el pollo estaba solo en piezas enteras puestas allí.

El servicio fue bueno por parte de la mayor parte del equipo, se podía sentir un poco de esfuerzo, pero en general creo que para estos precios necesitas subir de nivel con la calidad.

Además, las luces de todos los baños no funcionaban.

Very attentive and sleek; a great spot to catch some rays and get a hangover snack. The nachos need a bit of work, but their servers are very friendly, and the deck is beautiful, relaxing, and clean.

Fuimos a un evento organizado por nuestra empresa, el lugar es espectacular, vistas envidiables, para cenar tuvimos un pequeño catering y en general estaba todo bueno, los camareros muy simpáticos.

Generally a pretty disappointing experience. We were expecting a beach club, not a hotel pool with kids running around and jumping into a basically dirty pool.

We needed to ask the staff to put the music on, and when the music eventually did come on, it was not the vibe we were expecting (more like lift music!).

We paid EUR 1500 for the Moet cabana. And I can confirm that the value for money is terrible. Essentially, all you get for the money is a EUR 290 bottle of champagne (which was lovely!). When we booked online, it showed that all the other cabanas were booked out, but when we got there the place was empty except for a couple of families with kids by the pool. I feel like we could have just booked a regular sunbed, and used the other free cabanas and saved ourselves a lot of cash!

We were not given the fruit platters that were included until we complained (and then it was implied that these were "on the house", when in fact they were supposed to be included in the EUR 1500 cost). The water and smoothies on arrival were pathetic: a tiny shot of watery smoothie, 2 packets of crisps, and 2 half litre bottles of water. Not exactly sufficient for 6 people paying so much money.

We did complain on the day, and were offered a bottle of Cava to compensate. We rejected the Cava and instead asked for champagne, which we did get on the house, but it was a bit of a weak response, to be honest, considering the EUR 1500 we had already paid, plus in the end we spent a further EUR 800 on drinks and food.

The one star is for Jose Luis, our server, who was exceptional, and really saved the day. He was super attentive and always there when we were ready to order more drinks.

All in all, most definitely not the pool party we were expecting, and I consider it to be a real waste of money. We wont be choosing Puro Beach for our next pool party celebration, and will make sure we do better research next time to avoid repeat disappointment.

If what you are trying to create is a Niki Beach vibe, you are really failing.

Realmente un oasis de lujo y paz en Barcelona.
Servicio inmejorable e impecable nos atendieron Ali y Sufyan.
Empezamos con unos cocktail, no los elegimos, les pedimos que nos sorprendieran y así fue.
Seguimos con unos entrantes también recomendados: patatas bravas, jamón y quesadillas. Excelente elección y servido de una manera exquisita.
Continuamos con entrecot y pulpo a la plancha, de nuevo recomendados. Buenísimos, tiernos, sabrosos.
Volveremos, gracias por todo.

All I can say is it is amazing, It's beautiful, the staff is amazing highly recommend.

First of all I have to say that we travel a lot and we love to check out the nicest beach clubs around the world!
But the experience at Puro was not what we’ve been expecting! We know the beach club from Mallorca! This one we loved that’s why we want to check out the one in Barcelona!
The one Star is for the staff they where very friendly and let us change the bed from the kindergarden area to a bit more quite area!
The beds are not white anymore they’re more yellow and brown! It’s more like a kindergarden not like a nice place where you can have drinks and hang out! To many children jumping around screaming so there is no chance to enjoy the music! The food was very bad… cold fries and no taste of the rest! The pool was very dirty I couldnt even see my feet! The manager should invest some money and renovate this club!

La piscina estaba turbia y llena de suciedad en el fondo. Me comentó una señora del hotel, que ya llevaba días así. El poke de atún, de los mejores que he probado. La experiencia, en resumen, MEDIOCRE.

Endroit bling bling ou défilent/paradent des gens qui sont dans le bien paraître.et qui ont vraisemblablement beaucoup d'argent à dépenser car c'est excessivement cher et je ne parle que du coût d'entrée. La piscine de format adéquat mais souvent bondée, est entièrement toujours au soleil et on peut facilement douter de la qualité de l'eau sans parler des parois de céramique noircies et gluante. Pour le prix demandé, minimalement ça devrait être impeccable et propre car les profits qu'ils doivent générer sont assurément immense c'est certain.
Cette piscine urbaine ouverte au public, est aussi la piscine dédiée de l'hôtel Hilton dont l'accès par ses clients est limité à une certaine zone et quantité de client de l'hôtel à la fois, ce qui est totalement idiot pour un hôtel digne du nom de Hilton.

Mientras descansamos en una cama Balinesa, teníamos la sensación de estar en un Beach Club ibicenco.

El ambiente, las personas que allí estaban, la música, decoración.todo sensacional.

Si buscas una piscina agradable donde relajarte este no es tu lugar. Música a todo trapo, a petar de gente, desorganizado y la piscina muy sucia no solo turbia sino realmente sucia. Todo lo contrario a elegancia lujo o exclusividad que puedes pensar que tendrás en un Hilton. 80€ por esto está totalmente fuera de lugar. Comida correcta. Pero guarda tu dinero para algo mejor.

Me gusto prácticamente todo desde el trato de los camareros y camareras, el servicio, la comida, los detalles, los dj la piscina la música. Una buena experiencia que sin duda volveré a repetir. Un oasis músical entre edificios.

We came to the beach club today and booked a reservation. We reserved beds and were due 80 Euro credit and 25 euro credit (for a bali bed and a sun bed. The bed also came with a smoothie which was tiny and watery slushy and the snack was stale crisps at 11am. Service was incredibly slow and had to ask multiple times for a drink before getting one. When the bill came, it was mixed with the table next to ours and we were left to sort this out with the people who we didnt know. The credits we were owed were not deducted from the bill and when questioning this, the server was insistent that they were. We have since been over the bill and counted up and it has not been deducted. We paid over €400 for the beds alone today and spent over €200 on drinks and did not get the credit we expected. Despite this, the venue was nice and we did still have a nice day as the service wasn’t the be all and end all, music was good, its just to leave having spent so much and not getting what was advertised.

Si compras o reservas aprovechando alguna promoción, te diría, ves a probarlo. Pero la verdad, no vale lo que cuesta. El sitio es bonito, pero se masifica y la piscina se queda pequeña (la piscina de niños acaba llena igual de gente que quiere mojarse los pies). El gesto de bienvenida con agua y un zumo está bien y el crédito que te dan para poder pedir algo, aunque insuficiente si pagas el ticket completo, es bueno. Ahora bien, que no sepan hacer un whiskey sour correctamente es criminal con la cantidad de cocteles que tienen en carta. El servicio es bastante mejorable. Esperaba mucho más siendo parte de Hilton sinceramente

Went there for one afternoon and I have a hard time mentioning anything positive about our stay.

While booking it said that there was one sun bed left and no other alternatives, note that the sun bed was 350 EUR where you could spend 80 EUR on food and beverages. When we arrived there was more than enough empty sun beds left and other alternatives, what ever we thought.

The water in the pool was freezing, good thing that the weather was hot enough. The music that was playing was not you typically hear at a beach club, it was somekind of playlist with a variety of poor chosen instrumentals, no DJ was to be found.

Food was ok, Not wow but ok, had a hard time slicing up a steak with a knife that couldn’t even slice through melted butter at best, in other words no steak knifes were available.

All in all I would give this “beach club” 1/10, nothing wrong with the staff, did their best to “jack” up the atmosphere by running around and offering the guests vodka shots (not for free obviously). Would say that the place need new management or go to a real beach club for some inspiration on music, how to throw a real beach club atmosphere and maybe invest in some steak knifes if they’ll keep on serving steaks.

Would not go there again and would not recommend it.

I expected much better from Purobeach brand.
Barcelona has much better places to offer.

Celebramos un cumpleaños de casi 20 personas y lo pasamos genial. Menú cerrado correcto. Eli nos trató genial. Recomendable.

Nice athmosphere, really low quality of the food. Should not be aloved to use the Puro brand at all.

Fuí por una comida de empresa, y decepcionante. Todo es fachada, superficial, a unos precios exageradamente altos, y la relación calidad-precio es nefasta.

El sitio esta bien, pero el servicio no es muy bueno. Los precios son demasiado elevados para lo que es.

Un lloc que no val per res allò que et fan pagar al consumir. Brut, amb bosses de xips i gots de plàstic pel terra. Hamaques que se suposa son blanques.ara de color “gris”.
Pseudo luxe i gintònics aigualits servits en un got de metacrilat a 16€. Intent fallit d’emular les “pool party” d’Eivissa de la manera més cutre possible.
Menys ampolles de Moët com a reclam i més cura amb la neteja!

El menjar correcte però, sens dubte, el millor, l'atenció de la cambrera argentina Aylen, pel seu tracte i atencions.

It's a 4 star hotel, and you go to the bar and order wine by the glass at about 15 euro the glass. So we order three different ones (two red, one white). The waiter comes back and put everything on the table and we ask him, which one is which? To what he responds I don't know. Well, go ask the bartender, and he says bartender doesn't know either. We go there, and bartender says both wines are the same because they ran out of one. We accept it, and then when it's check time, they charged us for the other wine that they ran out of. Very nice atmosphere but seriously I would expect better.

Increíble para pasar un día de piscina, el cóctel Watermelon es delicioso, la atención genial también. Lo único que no me terminó de gustar fue la carné de la hamburguesa, estaba extraña, creo que era congelada El resto de la experiencia muy recomendada!

We were staying at the Hilton. Not clear to me if this place is under same ownership, I expect not. We are Hilton Diamond members and were treated like TRASH by the RUDEST staffs at PuroBeach.

We waited at the check-in desk for the pool area for 15 mins whilst staff chatted and gossiped. When they eventually gave us the time of day to check us in they were so RUDE! We paid extra to have loungers next to the pool, but when we were taken to them they were fully shaded. We wanted to sunbathe and asked if we could move and the rude woman just shrugged and said “no, we are full” (it was less than 20% occupied).

We then waited 40 mins and there was no sign of the complimentary water, fruit and sunscreen you are supposed to receive. I asked the lady if we could get it and she said “we are busy I will bring it later” - can you believe that? SO rude! Drinks and food are hideously overpriced and take FOREVER to arrive.

We will never return to this Hilton whilst the pool is under the current management. I recommend staying at W hotel for a better experience. I will be reaching out to Hilton management to inform them how badly this place treats their diamond members.

Fashion y cool en esta terraza del Hilton ideal para tomar un trago corto ak anochecer. Le falta más ambiente para ese espacio tsn grande que lo deja algo desangelado

Situada en el fantástico hotel Hilton Diagonal Mar con unas impresionantes vistas de Barcelona.

Puro placer! La carta bien, y tanto la materia prima como la elaboración de los platos exquisista. Caro, no nos vamos a engañar, para darte un capricho; las instalaciones y el servicio cuidado. No olvides pasar por la tienda pq tienen ropa cómoda, estilo ibicenco, de algodón o lino.
Si hay una pega, es el aire, que hace incómodo el estar cuando no da el sol.

Preislich natürlich sehr abgehoben. Trotzdem sehr netter Service. Etwas abseits ist auch keine Miete für die Möbel zu zahlen.

The service is very bad. The pool is small and its very expansive. If you are looking for something better go to Cafe del mare, bigger pool better service and cheaper.

Very slow service. It is told that sundebs include water, fresh fruits and smothies, but we recived only water in an hour.food in the restaurant is so untasty, do not eat it! But the coctails are really nice, especially Diaquiry.towels are small and durty.

El lugar es impresionante pero el servicio para ser un Hilton es pésimo, solo tienen dos clases de cervezas malísimas y carísimas.

Terraza preciosa, fui a pasar la tarde de viernes, buen ambiente, música en la piscina, cómodas tumbonas y te prestan las toallas para la piscina.
