Todas las opiniones de inquilinos que veo son negativas. Así que supongo que lo de las malas gestiones en estos casos es algo común.
A pesar de los honorarios de agencia que cobran, practicamente es el inquilino el que tiene que hacer su trabajo, debido a su falta de profesionalidad.
Nos devolvieron la fianza pasado el plazo legal después de mucho insistir (con errores de contabilidad que por supuesto tuvimos que solucionar nosotras). Seguian pasando recibos una vez firmada la baja, sin dar señales de vida ni explicaciones.
Nunca recibimos disculpas por las molestias.

For the last 15 years or so I have an excellent business relationship with RCM Consultores. I must say that I always found this Firm courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have no doubt that this relationship will last for many more years to come.

I rented a property via RCM Consultores. The lawyer managing the process, Miguel Barreda Velázquez advised that RCM was only renting the property on behalf of a client "Fomento de proyectos y desarrollos sl". When we entered the property it was filthy, we sent photos and they acknowledged this. When we finished the tenancy, they created a variety of false damages and deductions (including cleaning, even though we left it spotless) so they didn't have to refund the deposit. I've since discovered that the 'client' is in fact a company owned by the family of the head of RCM, Mr Castarlenas, but in the name of his wife, Rosa Santamaria Lain. They even use this company to pay their staff at RCM. I have also discovered that RCM Consultores and Miguel Barreda Velázquez have a history of keeping deposits and then avoiding responsibility.

I have heard that this company has taken large amounts of money for rental deposits and then refused to hand it back. Would steer clear to ensure you don't become a victim too.

This sole trader company clearly have a business model of taking deposits with no intention to return them. Terrible service. Stay clear.

A mi me paso lo mismo que a Adam, no me devolvian el deposito del alquiler pero al final y despues de mucho batallar pude recuperar mi dinero.

Agency is entirely disreputable. They refuse to return deposits on apartments, are uncommunicative and are unhelpful in every way. Be very careful if using these people.
