Servicio caro y horrible. Mi punto principal es que el personal no limpió la habitación adecuadamente y parecía que lo habían hecho con prisas. Además, nuestras solicitudes han sido pasadas por alto, en particular tuvimos que llamar a la recepción 4 veces para cumplirlas. Por último, el gerente (Stephen) hizo promesas pero nunca las cumplió.
El personal fue muy servicial y se desvivió por ayudarnos a navegar por Barcelona. Excelentes sugerencias de restaurantes y los porteadores ansiosos por ayudarnos a conseguir taxis. Muchas gracias
Las habitaciones son bastante buenas. La ducha roció un poco alrededor del sello de la puerta de la ducha. El personal es muy amable y extremadamente servicial. La ubicación es excelente porque está cerca de todo pero no demasiado. La barra de la azotea es imprescindible 10/10. Greta vista de la ciudad y bebidas Greta.
La experiencia fue maravillosa, especialmente esta era nuestra primera vez en Barcelona. Nos alojamos aquí por 4 noches, el hotel es hermoso y limpio. Rennaisance está situado en el centro de Pau Claris. Disfrutamos yendo a diferentes restaurantes que están a poca distancia del hotel. Plaza Catalunya y Rambla Catalunya están a sólo 10 minutos a pie del Rennaisance. Para nuestra sorpresa, Casa Batlló está a solo 5 minutos a pie. El personal es muy amable y servicial, especialmente Marc y Wilqem. Son muy serviciales y profesionales. Estábamos muy contentos de que nos dieran refrescos de cortesía en nuestra habitación. ¡Muchas gracias Wilqem por un excelente servicio! Estábamos tan contentos que también nos diste agua embotellada y un chocolate para llevarnos al aeropuerto. ¡¡¡Fue realmente apreciado! ¡El servicio al cliente de Wilqem es realmente asombroso! Gracias también a Madalena y al otro asociado que nos ayudó cuando hicimos el check out (lo siento, olvidé el nombre del asociado). ¡Un aplauso para Rennaisance y el personal! Nos alojaremos aquí de nuevo en nuestra próxima visita. ¡¡Gracias!
Este hotel fácilmente podría tener una calificación más alta, pero el personal de la terraza de la azotea fue simplemente grosero y antipático. Simplemente estábamos preguntando acerca de estar sentados donde no se podía fumar y el miembro del personal fue simplemente desdeñoso y grosero. Parece que el personal de bienvenida de alimentos y bebidas está bastante mal capacitado ya que el desdén y la mala actitud continuaron con el desayuno. Me pregunto si necesitan más apoyo o formación. Los principales destacados por el mal servicio fueron Bertha en el desayuno y Athina en el bar Goya, la terraza que nunca pudimos disfrutar. Es una verdadera lástima porque el resto del personal es muy educado y servicial. Soy un miembro de élite, así que me pregunto si siquiera se considera la lealtad a Marriott.
La ubicación es perfecta y las habitaciones eran geniales! El servicio también fue excelente y todo el personal fue servicial, especialmente Johanna en la recepción.
La ubicación es muy buena, todos son amables y el servicio es bueno. Pero no puedo evitar sentir que es viejo y viejo. Sin embargo, el estado de la cama es realmente excelente.
Thank you for your hospitality and help last week while I moved my daughter into an apartment nearby. The rooftop garden is beautiful, and the staff at Breakfast were warm and friendly. Look forward to staying again in June.

Great location! Very central walking distance to main touristic places! Room we had is good! Great to have a balcony! Customer service is great! And the receptionist was very welcoming when we arrived! Terrace is nice and food was good.
The staff in every part of this hotel are exceptional, friendly, and helpful this includes the bellmen the bartenders and the receptionists. The location was great. However, this is not a 5 stars hotel for several reasons: (1) the in-room safe didn’t work, (2) Room service ends at 11 pm, (3) There’s a housekeeping closet 2 doors down from our room that was a source of noise at various times of the day including late night and early mornings, (4) the bed is queen size not king. We haven’t complained about any of the above issues during our stay because they are mostly out of the staff control and are not worth the hassle but definitely in my opinion the combination of these issues disqualifies the hotel from being a 5 stars hotel.
We stayed at this hotel the end of Oct. We are a family of 6! We had a great time staying there until the end! We were checking out of the hotel, had arranged for a large taxi, luggage was in the lobby & I was watching the luggage. A guy sat down behind me & tried to get my attention. On his 2nd attempt, he tapped me on the shoulder. When I turned around, his partner stole a backpack. He asked the hotel staff to call the police, we asked to see the camera footage as I could easily recognize both guys but the staff was not helpful. The guys were still in the lobby! My recommendation is for this hotel to hire security guards to prevent this type of stealing from their guests inside their facility! With that said, they have other wonderful employees & did enjoy them.
You have to know this is a great hotel one block from The mandarin oriental lol! It’s dependable it’s pleasant it’s efficient and the staff at the front desk are just wonderful -eager to help and gracious! Housekeeping works - now it’s not the mandarin but you don’t go to Barcelona to sit in a hotel! You go to get out of the hotel and enjoy the restaurants Vinnitus tapas Botofumeiro A Japanese place next to Sagrada was amazing sorry it May have a Michelin star Staying at the the renaissance was comfortable and efficient! Will always stay there!
The best is the location, very convenient just one block from Paseo de Gracia. But the rooms need a design refreshment, at least my room, it looks all fashion, especially for a 5* hotel in a city famous for design. I can't comment about other services, I didn't use them.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, front desk staff is extremely efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset at the Goja rooftop!

No recomendado entrar en el parking con coches grandes, ya que no te vayan las experiencias extremas. Ya que es muy estrechito y el coche puede sufrir algún rasguño o quedarte sin retrovisor. Por todo lo demás super bien
He asistido a una conferencia que se ha realizado allí, ya que el hotel alquila salas para ese fin, con un servicio de catering que supongo pertenece también al hotel. En principio la sala es correcta, con dos proyectores laterales de mediano tamaño. La atención del personal es correcta y amable y el ambiente es tranquilo. Los baños modernos y limpios.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights after departing a cruise ship, this was our first visit to beautiful Barcelona. I can’t say enough about this hotel, the location is perfect, the hotel room was amazing and the entire staff was absolutely professional, gracious, accommodating and friendly! We plan to return one day because that gorgeous city needs more than 2 days to explore and we will definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous rooms, the 8th floor terrace bar was great. Room service was excellent and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar downstairs was really poor.

Welcoming staff, beautiful modern decor, great ambience, comfortable room with an amazing bathroom and a beautiful terrace! Gabriela and Felipa were very nice and attentive at the terrace bar. Felipa made a great recommendation for drinks! Would Defitnetly stay here again
The hotel is OK. Staff really nice and friendly. But nothing special. Nice location but a little bit far from the beach. And there is no pool and the rooftop is really small and you need to buy drinks to stay there because it's a restaurant.
Very nice hotel that is close to restaurants, shopping and shops. Whether to enjoy tapas, dinner or to do some shopping this is a hotel that suits. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Some rooms have a balcony which mine did not. Hotel staff is very courteous and accommodating.
Great Hotel, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was super too! The beds were so cozy. The shower had great water pressure. We enjoyed our time there and would go back again.
Great location, close to subway lines. Quiet, clean, and roomy rooms. Great little grocery store across the street. Breakfast a bit pricey in hotel but good.
Fine hotel, but the room seemed more Sheraton than the plush Renaissance that I expected. Room seemed old-fashioned (how many people can use an alarm clock with the old dock that Apple stopped using with the iPhone 4?) with basic uncarpeted wood floor, desk was a table top, no dresser (just two drawers in closet). Location is good - near bus and Metro and (long) walkable to old city. Overall it was fine, but set your expectations accordingly as a basic Courtyard in the USA would seem plusher.
Descubrimos la terraza en la semana de las terrazas. Terraza amplia, bien decorada, casi 360° de vistas sobre barcelona. Respecto a la carta escasa, pero creo que puede ser interesante volver a contemplar un atardecer.
As with all Marriott Properties Outstanding service in all aspects. Will always stay at a Marriott Brand hotels or Resort when possible. The employees make the Brand a place to stay.
This hotel is only 15-20 minutes from the airport and about 10-15 minutes from the Cruise Port. The room is small (this is Europe), but beautiful. There is a nice little restaurant in the lobby that serves delicious food (again Europe) and the staff knows what hospitality means.we woke up late the day of check out and told them that we just woke up and needed 1 hour to get out of the room and they kindly allowed us the hour without charging us more.so nice.
