Rent a Bike & Luggage Storage

¡Las personas más hostiles que jamás haya existido! ¡Las bicicletas están parcialmente rotas! ¡Nunca vuelvas a ir allí! ¡Pura estafa!

Elegí este alquiler de bicicletas entre otros debido al bajo precio de 10 €/24 h por una bicicleta normal, como dice el sitio. En mi visita a la tienda intentaron alquilarme 14€/24h la bici hasta que les enseñé el precio en la web. Finalmente acordaron el precio del sitio. No aceptaron pago con tarjeta de crédito y me informaron que solo aceptan efectivo. Además, no nos dieron un recibo.
PD. Las bicicletas no tenían luces y no nos proporcionaron cascos.

Este lugar es increíblemente horrible para los turistas. Piden una fianza de 250euros por cada bici o un documento. Traté de dejar mi licencia de conducir brasileña y el tipo no aceptó un documento oficial. ¿Se supone que debo dejar mi pasaporte? Están locos si dejan que alguien les sujete el pasaporte para una bicicleta.

Pésima experiencia con esta tienda!

Mi hijo de 10 años compró una bicicleta para niños pequeños, con el sillín lo más alto posible.y yo, como adulto, obtengo una bicicleta para niñas pequeñas (ver fotos) Mientras hicimos una reserva para bicicletas regulares, alquilaron las últimas 5 minutos (!) A nuestra llegada. Tratamos de montar en bicicleta estas sobras que encontraron en la parte de atrás de la tienda, pero esto fue horrible. Después de 10 minutos llegamos a la otra tienda cerca de La Rambla y nos quejamos.
Dijeron que podíamos volver a la tienda en Villaroel y recibiríamos un reembolso.
Entonces, cuando llegamos allí después de 45 minutos porque mi hijo no pudo andar en bicicleta en esta bicicleta para niños pequeños y se cayó varias veces, rechazaron un reembolso o incluso un descuento porque afirmaron que no nos quejamos en 15 minutos.

En realidad? ! Si esta es la forma en que hacen negocios.

Precios decentes para bicicletas con candados, esperé a regañadientes durante 10 minutos después del cierre para esperar a mi prima que se había perdido (les habíamos dado nuestras identificaciones y nos íbamos al día siguiente), a pesar de que supuestamente tenían que visitar personas en el hospital, así que Agradezco inmensamente su hospitalidad para esperar.

This place will scam you and not give you bike locks then charge you 20 euros for a replacement. The customer service is terrible. I don’t even wanna remember how bad it was to write more, just don’t go.

Un excelente servicio? Para irte de escapada un día entero y alquilas lo mejor mi amiga y yo quedamos satisfechas Volveremos.

Esta es la segunda vez que visito Barcelona y quise hacerlo de una forma diferente, recorriendo sus calles en bicicleta. La verdad es que acerté con Rent a bike BCN.
Fueron muy amables, nos dieron un mapa con el recorrido de las zonas mas emblemáticas de Barcelona donde recorrer en carril bici y nos recomendaron la mejor ruta ciclista.
Sus precios son muy económicos y las bicicletas están en perfecto estado. Sin duda lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que quiera visitar Barcelona en bici, son los mejores!

Este lugar lo estafará y no le dará candados para bicicletas y luego le cobrará 20 euros por un reemplazo. El servicio de atención al cliente es terrible. Ni siquiera quiero recordar lo malo que fue escribir más, simplemente no te vayas.

El servicio es bastante rápido y el equipo cuenta con lo necesario. Te piden algo de documentación como garantía pero al final todo está excelente.

Alquilé 3 bicis con mis amigos en agosto. Tienen bicis de buena calidad y el proceso de alquiler era sencillo. Muy amable personal. Hemos disfrutado el servicio mucho. Gracias!

This place was conveniently located to our air bnb so we begrudgingly paid their expensive storage fees. No gripe about that other than it being expensive.

You should know they are CASH ONLY and no longer take credit cards. This was minus 1 star. When we went to pick up luggage we were forced to wait outside in some sort of an undefined line. From there we proceeded to wait more than 15 minutes to be able to pick up our bags. You’d think high cost would at least mean good service but you would be wrong. (-1 star)

On top of that they let someone roll up and cut the line while we’re waiting (-1 star) see the guy in bright yellow in my picture.

When we thought that things couldn't get any worse, they didn't check our ID when picking up our luggage and based on that I cannot recommend leaving luggage here. (-1 star).

Overall find a better place where they at least give you good service for the high expense.

Ofertas engañosas y al decirselo se indignan. Te revientan a llamadas y encima te faltan el respeto.

As a Dutchman, I really wanted to cycle around Barcelona. I got a proper bicycle for €8 for an entire day. Barcelona is very bicycle friendly, so this is a great option for tourists!

En mi caso conocí este establecimiento por su página web. Estaba buscando un lugar donde cambiar la rueda delantera de mi patinete ya que estaba pinchada. Debo decir que calidad/precio/servicio es de lo mejor que he podido encontrar. Me cambiaron ambas ruedas y ajustaron el freno por 65€ en dos horas. He de decir que todo perfecto, no tengo queja alguna. Va a ser mi nuevo taller, he quedado muy contento con el servicio. Además se pueden alquilar patinetes y bicicletas con lo que no hay excusa para conocer barcelona a un precio asequible si venís de viaje.

No vayáis, es una estafa, me cobraron literalmente 50 euros por poner una rueda maciza Xiaomi que yo había comprado previamente, solo por poner el neumático en la llanta me cobraron 50 euros, hay otros sitios que por 30 euros te dan la rueda maciza y te la instalan. Realmente una estafa

We were able to store our luggage here for a day since our Airbnb checkout was at noon and our flight left at 9 pm. It is relatively close to urgell station and the price was great.

We arrived back 10 minutes later, but before we had called the shop to inform them and ask for their help. Despite of this they closed so we will miss the plane tomorrow (my ID was taken as deposit) In fact there was a big demostration near the shop full of people, so it was really hard to get there. I do not understand this unflexible and cruel behaviour. Really disappointed.

Very good idea and also well worth the €. Bag is secure in a locker that only myself and the owner had the pin to. And bikes are in good shape for everyday needs.

Alquilamos 2 bicis por 8€ todo el día.

Las bicis más baratas son tipo holandesa, no están nuevas pero funcionan muy bien.

Llegamos 5 minutos después de la hora de cerrar pero avisamos antes y la chica nos esperó aunque tenía prisa por llegar a coger un tren. Fueron muy amables y atentos.

Muchas gracias! Hemos pasado genial. El personal (Marina) es muy amable y ayuda mucho a elegir las rutas y explica las reglas. Este sitio es recomendable. Las bicicletas son muy buenas y cómodas.

Horrible service the bicycles are broken the service is bad bad bad they have me a broken bicycle we i came back they extorsión me with the police.be careful with this place they are thugs and thieves!

Be careful the bikes are in very bad condition and if anything happens you pay and you must carry the bike back to the shop, there is no refund if you change your mind after you pay.
We brought a bike back with the tire out of the rim after 5 minutes we left from the shop and we asked the lady for our money back and she refused.
She said that it’s the company policy but there was nothing like that on the contract we singed.
I never got my money back so be careful.

Not satisfied at all. The bikes are old and in a bad shape. The basket that we rented fell of (due to its condition) and within my phone and the fruits that we bought. Two stars, because they roll, break and the gearing worked.

Very rude staff and old bicycles of no safety. They don't give you exact information about the policy of the company or a written proof of all rules.
