El servicio al cliente una maravilla súper profesionales, el coche iva súper bien y súper cómodo conducirlo , me prolongaron 1h:30 mas de la hora de devolución y no me hicieron ningún cargo por ello, la recogida del vehículo fue muy rápida muy sencilla y con una forma de pago súper cómoda y con una oferta sin fianza desde luego si vuelvo a playa de Aro volvería a alquilar con ellos sin ninguna duda

We initially booked at an online agency which we cancelled as the pickup process was very inconvenient. We went to Fauria and were immediately assisted by Emma who offered a personalized service, fast and efficient, giving all relevant information without making it a painful admin process.
We highly recommend Fauria and call out for attention on other websites faking rental agencies with address but actually being virtual agencies offering a poor service at higher prices.

Really nice service. Car in good condition. Personal and uncomplicated check-in and drop-off at the train station girona. Much better than the big rental companies.

Nos hemos alquilado una furgoneta en Girona para nuestra familia y todo fue organizado sin problemas y con perfecto service. He organizado desde inglaterra y tenia communicacion muy facil - varias preguntas en relacion con sillas para Los niños, hacer el drop-off en el hotel o aeropuerto.y he tenido un servicio muy professional y amable.

Nice service and helpfull employers. The car was rentend via Paypal very easy. They also called a taxi for me when i had to go back. They gave their phone number to contact with whatsapp incase they want to contact you or issues.

They have not big assortiment on cars but its ok!

Here you can rent a good scooter (I rented Kymco Miller and saw there also Agility City and Syms) with decent price (42 euros per day with basic and 47 euros with full insurance). You get two helmets, receive the scooter with full tank and need to rerturn with the full tank. The service is nice and quick, using of WhatsApp makes it easy. Recommended!

I rented a scooter SYM 125CC.in spain it is allowed to drive a scooter upto 125CC with a car license.nice, new scooter and a lovely day.the people who advised the scooter are very nice and friendly. A lovely day. I made a long ride, maybe to far, but always be carefully.pick the right spot and you can enjoy.:)

Vandaag een scooter gehuurd, prima SYM. 125 CC, je mag hier met je autorijbewijs een 125 CC rijden.maakte niet uit.ik rijd ook moters, maar toch.ik ben het binnenland in gereden en je hebet eigenlijk een navigatie nodig.ben ook wel ver weg gegaan.leuk om te doen, wel altijd goed opletten.het is niet zo als in nederland.top mensen, goed geholpen en fijne scooter:)

I rent two times a car from this company. One time 4 days and one time three days. The car was good, the service was excellent. They were very customer friendly and it was just easy to rent and to bring the car back. No diffecult stuff, just good! Thanks and hopefully till Next year!

Wonderful experience I can't remember the ladies name but I had an early flight and they went in early to let me turn the car in and then called me a cab. Great people great service. Will be back.:)

En mi caso arrendé el Renault Clio, coche prácticamente nuevo con solo 14000km, limpio, en perfectas condiciones, muy cómodo y con el depósito casi lleno. Precio económico y un servicio excelente. Incluso nos aconsejaron calas bonitas y sitios para visitar. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Enhorabuena a los comerciales de esta oficina de Fauria en playa de Aro por su amabilidad y atención.

Fantastic. Go for the maximum insurance option when booking online and have a worry free rental. Office gave excellent tips on where we should go in 2 days and agreed to pick the keys up at our hotel so we could leave early for a flight. Would definitely recommend the rental office in Platja d'Aro.

Rented scooters which were in perfect new condition, compared to other rental companies Fauria is the best. Good service and kind people.
